Valigetta

“You can run but you can’t hide, come and show yourself like a man Valigetta!” shouted the bounty hunter.

   Valigetta jumps from the building and shows up in front of the bounty hunter without any worries. He put down his briefcase and raised both his hands as a sign of surrender.

   “Hahaha, are you an idiot? Without your briefcase you are nothing?” the bounty hunter said it sarcastically.

   Valigetta look straight at the bounty hunter with bloodlust. The bounty hunter can feel the killing intent aura that came from Valigetta red eye. The bounty hunter points the gun to Valigetta's head but his hand trembles when he points it.

   “See you can even hold a gun correctly, how can you expect me to use my briefcase just for you?” asked Valigetta.

   “Don’t you dare mock me! I will take your head and claim 1000 gold buttons!” said the bounty hunter angrily.

   “Okay let's just forget about the gold and we both can live, right now I don't intend to kill you,” Valigetta said steadily.

   “I will kill you assasin!” The bounty hunter fires the gun.

   The bullet missed.

   “Like I said, you are not holding the gun correctly,” said Valigetta.

   Valigetta walks near the bounty hunter.

   “You better not try to do that again, or not I will kill you for real,” whispered Valigetta to the bounty hunter.

   The bounty hunter fell, trembling when Valigetta whispered to him. He really thought that he would die at that time.

   Valigetta takes his briefcase and walks away

Valigetta is an assassin that uses a briefcase that can store energy. The briefcase has a lot of energy that can convert into any weapon that he wants. He is a wanted assassin in Jongvale which is famous as the richest country.

The government tried to kill him but always failed. Government sent many assassins to try to kill him but still did not work.

   Valigetta opens his briefcase and changes his entire outfit. He wears a pandora hat and glasses with a neck scarf so that the government can’t find him.

   “Can you give me strawberry crepes, please,” Valigetta asked respectfully.

   “It costs 1 silver button,” answered the seller.

   “Here,” Valigetta gave it to the seller.

   Valigetta walked away from the market. He saw a lot of posters wanted for his face. Sometimes he is really amazed how an artist can draw him even though they don’t see him face to face.

   “Help!” scream a woman in the crevice of the building.

   “Don’t be rough, I just want to be nice with you,” a stranger seduced that woman.

   “Please, I feel uncomfortable that you did this,” the woman begged.

   “Don’t worry I will pay you back if anything happens, after all I am royalty soldier,” persuade that stranger.

   “No stop,” the woman cried.

   “ Sir, something you just did is hurting my eye,” said Valigetta.

   “What did you say? Do you know who I am?” ask the stranger sarcastically.

   “I am sorry sir but the thing you just did got nothing with your position in royalty, so please let go of the woman and we can avoid chaos from happening,” Valigetta tried to solve the problem without putting up a fight.

The stranger swung the punch to Valigetta.

   He dodge it and swing a punch to the stranger's head. The stranger fell, and Valigetta grabbed the woman's hand then ran away. 

   “Damn you instruder, I promise I will find you then kill you,” shouted the stranger angrily.

   Valigetta stopped his running. He takes a look back. It seems that the stranger is not following them.

   “Are you okay miss? Is there any hurt?” ask Valigetta respectfully.

   “I am fine, just who are you?”

   “I am Eugene, nice to meet you,” answered Valigetta.

   “My name is Natalia, thank you for your help just now,”

   “Don’t mind it, I just did the right thing,” answered Valigetta peacefully.

   “Well you are safe now, then I shall go. It is really nice to meet you miss,” Valigetta walked away from Natalia.

   “Wait, can I leave with you just for one day, I'm still scared of that weird royalty soldier,” Natalia begged.

   Valigetta silent.

   “Fine me, but just for one day,” Valigetta made a deal.

   “Really thank you,” said Natalia happily.

   “Well then let's go,” said Valigetta politely.

   “So you don’t have any house?” said Natalia while lighting a campfire.

“I am a traveller so I don’t need any house to stay, I can just live in the wild,” said Valigetta while letting out the sleeping bag from his briefcase.

   “Your briefcase is small, how can you store everything in it?” Natalia asks in astonishment.

   “Everyone needs a secret, so this is mine,” Valigetta  gave the sleeping bag to Natalia.

   “For me?” ask Natalia.

   “Yes, you are my guest after all,” answered Valigetta.

   “Thank you.”

   “Well I slept first, I am really tired today. Make sure to turn off the flame before sleep,” Valigetta leans back at the tree.

   Natalia nodded her head while putting her hand near the campfire.

   Natalia watch shows that it is 3 o’clock in the morning. Valigetta still sleeps peacefully at the tree. Natalia wakes up and takes out a dagger from her pocket. She pointed the dagger at Valigetta's stomach.

   “Finally Jongvale can leave peacefully,” smirk Natalia.

   “Nice trick you got there princess,” Valigetta awoke.

   “Huh?” Natalia's face looks panicked.

   “Can’t believe it you want to kill someone who is nice to you,” Valigetta pointed his hand to the sleeping back.

   The sleeping bag turns into blue dust which is in energy form. The blue dust moves right to Valigetta's hand and forms into a dagger. He pointed the dagger to Natalia's neck.

 “Well then, shall we settle this once for all,” Valigetta looked at Natalia's eyes with his bloodlust red eye.

   Natalia pulled her dagger and fell down. She was really in fright. In front of her is an assassin that is wanted in Jongvale. 

   “Huh,” Valigetta turns the dagger into an energy form and it flows to the briefcase.

   “Why don’t you just kill me now?” Natalia asks in tremble.

   “You are not worthy to kill,” answered Valigetta.

    Valigetta points his hand to the briefcase, then the energy flows into his hand and turns into a cloak. He wears a cloak.

   “Wait where do you think you are going?” Natalia scolded him.

   “Don’t mind me, I just want to take a walk,” answered Valigetta calmly while holding his briefcase. He walked away from Natalia.

   “I said wait, you criminal!” shouted Natalia aggressively.

   “Do you realize you are an assassin too?” Valigetta answered sluggishly.

   “I will kill you!” shouted Natalia.

   “Then kill me when you are ready,” answered Valigetta calmly.

   “Why are you following me?” asked Valigetta sarcastically.

   “Just shut up, I will kill you when I get my chance,” answered Natalia disgustedly.

   Natalia looked around. She saw a lot of people at the roadside begging for money. There are also people with bad clothes and bad health. The environment she saw was worse than where she came from. She was really surprised when she saw all of that.

   “Where are we?” asked Natalia with worries.

   “We are in Abaddon, one of Jongvale regions,” answered Valigetta.

   “Wait, I don’t think we are in Jongvale, this is not the Jongvale I knew,” Natalia whispered .

   “I know it's hard for you to believe, but it is,” Valigetta pointed his hand to the briefcase and made another cloak using the energy that flowed from it.

   “Wear this, maybe some of them know you are a royalty assassin,” Valigetta lent the cloak to Natalia.

   Natalia wears the cloak.

   They walk toward an old building that is about to collapse.

   They take a seat in that building.

   “What are we doing in this building? I think it is not safe if we stay here,” Natalia squinted at the people in it.

  She saw a lot of people with big muscular bodies with tattoos and a lot of scars on their body. Not to mention their faces are creepy like they could kill you any minute.

   “Let me remind you, you are an assassin yet you still not familiar with this?,” sigh Valigetta.

   A waiter came to their table.

   “May I have your order,wait is that you Eugene?” the waiter asked.

   “Yes I am,” Valigetta answered calmly.

   “Well who is this girl anyway?” the waiter asked.

   “She is my companion, her name is Nat,” answered Valigetta.

 “Then shall I take your order?” asked the waiter.

   “Could you give me coffee and a croissant?” ordered Valigetta.

   “For you miss?” the waiter asked.

   A silence came from Natalia.

   “Get her milk and pancakes, that will be enough,” answered Valigetta.

   The waiter walked away.

   “Hey that is rude , you should not be silent when the waiter asks,” scolded Valigetta.

   Natalia looked outside.

   “Is this really Jongvale?” Natalia asked back the question before.

   “It is, nothing could change even if you said no,” answered Valigetta.

   “I thought Jongvale is the richest kingdom in the world,” said Natalia wistfully.

   “This is not the only worst part, there are more if you open your eyes,” answered Valigetta.

   The waiter walked towards them.

   “Your order served,” the waiter put the food they ordered on the table.

   Natalia takes a bite from the pancake.

   “Wow, surprisingly this is good,” Natalia eats it with gusto.

   Valigetta takes a cup of coffee and drinks it.

   “Most of the people here got hidden talent but the royalty just ruined it, sorry if it hurt your feelings,” said Valigetta.

   “What do you mean by that?” asked Natalia with astonishment.

   “The poverty part is not the worst. The royalty get their slave from here, they can do anything they want with their slave. If the slave doesn't follow the order they will be cruelly tortured,” explain Valigetta sadly.

   “Do you have any evidence?” defended Natalia.

   “You see, if the slave their torture still alive they will send them here. As you can see there are a lot of people who have disabilities here,” Valigetta pointed at the people outside who lost their hand, leg, eye and more.

   Natalia takes a cup of milk and drinks it.

   “May I ask you what is the reason you are an assassin?” asked natalia with curiosity.

   “When I was a kid my mother was killed by a royalty in front of my eyes,” answered Valigetta.

   “So the reason you are an assassin is a vengeance?” asked Natalia.

   “Not exactly, I just killed the royalty that killed my mother. The main reason is to fix the country with my own hand,” answered Valigetta calmly.

   “That is an absurd reason, you are becoming a monster day by day from that,” Natalia answered aggressively.

   “Don’t blame me when I become a monster, blame the royalty who did not do their job correctly,” shouted Valigetta.

   Silent came from Natalia.

   “Hey don’t you feel our environment is getting hotter,” asked Valigetta.

   Natalia's face is pale. He quickly got up and ran out from the building. Her expectations were right, the royalty mages cast ‘Fire Wall’ spell. This spell shall burn alive humans little by little.     

   “What is that!?” shouted Valigetta.

   “That is a fire wall, the diameter will decrease until the entire place is wiped out by fire,” explained Natalia quickly.

   “They really give it all this time,” said Valigetta angrily while looking at the fire wall that was very high.

   “Damn it,” Natalia ran quickly to the end of the fire wall.

   “This is too much you can’t just open the fire wall just to kill one assassin, there are innocent people in here,” begged Natalia.

   The king suddenly walked closer to the fire wall. Natalia felt really relieved that the king came at the right time. She will try to convince the king to stop this nonsense plan.

   “Your majesty you should stop the fire wall, I will kill Valigetta quickly so please I am begging please stop all this plan,” Natalia was begging while on his knees.

   “Hahahaha, joke on you,” answered the king.

   Natalia feels puzzled. “Your majesty, there is no time for a joke, please cancel this plan as quickly as possible,” begged Natalia.

   “You see this is my real plan, you are just a bait for that assassin,” explained the king sarcastically.

   “What do you mean?” asked Natalia sadly.

   “Don’t you see I am using you, I don’t care about you. The only thing I want to be is to become a god in my kingdom. I want to wipe out the entire Abaddon people,” said the king sarcastically while smirking.

   “A god? Don’t be silly, they are your people, stop this plan now!” shouted Natalia angrily.

   “Just shut up you weakling! don’t you know Abaddon people are dangerous. They can make their energy unlimited because of their bloodline? shouted the king.

   Silent came from Natalia.

   “Imagine just how many obstacles I have gone through to be a god!” the king became crazy.

   Natalia closed her mouth with both her hands, she was really disappointed with the king. She just realized how disappointed she was in reality.

   “You know what, I think I should kill you right now,” smirk the king.

   The king pointed his hand to the sky. Then the lightning from the sky came to strike Natalia. She closed her eyes. She prepared to die, her eyes shed with tears. She just lost hope to the royalty after having been betrayed by the king.

   But suddenly a building was built surrounding her.

   From far away there was Valigetta pointing his hand to Natalia to cast a spell that made the building. He ran quickly to Natalia.

   “Are you okay?” asked Valigetta calmly.

   Silent came from Natalia. She shed a lot of tears. Then she cried sadly, she felt so weak.

   “So you want to be a god?” said Valigetta angrily.

   The king's face paled. He scattered by looking at Valigetta's red bloodlust eye. This time the king is really in trouble.

   “Shall we end this quickly a new god,” said Valigetta sarcastically.

   He put down his briefcase. The energy flows out from the briefcase a lot to his surroundings.  He clapped his hand. “Reality Manipulation,” whispered Valigetta.

   Suddenly surrounding change into torture chamber. The king and the mages tied up on the chair with a steel chain. They can’t move any inches of their body.

   “Hahahahahaha, what will you do you idiot king. How dare you insult the others' positions,” laugh Valigetta crazily.

   “Your majesty, we can’t move,” said one of the mages while struggling to escape.

   “You idiot do something!” shouted the king angrily.

   “Hahahaha, it is useless you are not at the same level as me when I use this form. I am going all out, after all I fight a king who wants to be a god,” smirk Valigetta crazily.

   Natalia is shocked and terrified by the magic spell that was cast by Valigetta. So this is the power of the wanted assassin. She just realised her straightness was far different from his.

   Valigetta snapped his finger then suddenly a ton of dagger appeared in front of the king and the mages.

   “Any last word, new god?” asked Valigetta sarcastically.

   “Please have mercy,” begged the king with tears shed of tears.

   “Huh, you are a big disappointment king,” Valigetta snapped again.

   The floating dagger immediately stabs  the king and mages repeatedly without mercy. The blood gushed from their body. The king and mages scream out loud but no one can hear them.

   Valigetta claps his hand again. The surroundings turn back to normal but the fire wall is still there. The king and mages dead bodies lying down outside. Valigetta made a chair from the energy and sat in front of the fire wall.

   “Don’t just sit there, we need to break the fire wall spell,” said Natalia angrily.

   Valigetta smiled.

   “The fire wall spell is the strongest spell, only the person who did it can break the spell,” answered Valigetta calmly.

   Natalia points his hand to the firewall then shoots it with a water pressure spell. The fire still cannot be extinguished.

   “Damn it!” shouted Natalia angrily.

   “Come on it is impossible,” said Valigetta calmly while creating a chair with the energy.

   “Let have last conversation,” asked Valigetta 

   “Damn it, then why do you save me at first,” asked Natalia angrily while taking a seat.

   “I think you should look at the king and mage's death, maybe that will satisfy your feeling,” answered Valigetta calmly.

   The fire wall diameter started to decrease its size.

   “Do you have any family?” asked Valigetta.

   “No.”

   “Friends?” 

   “No.”

   “Then I shall be your friend,” 

   “Huh?”  Natalia feels weird.

   “Nice to meet you, my name is Eugene, code name Valigetta,” answered Valigetta calmly.

   “My name is Emily, code name Natalia,” said Natalia.

   “I just knew that you can manipulate water with your energy, that is amazing,” said Valigetta with admiration.

   “Well you should not underestimate me, you wanted  assassin,” said Natalia arrogantly.

   “Hahahaha, if you know me earlier maybe I can improve your water manipulation, and if you are lucky you can do better than I just did to the king and mages,” said Valigetta happily.

   The fire wall is getting closer to them.

   “Well it's time to say goodbye, the fire wall getting closer to us,” said Natalia sadly.

   Valigetta stands up and runs to the fire wall.

   “Goodbye Natalia, maybe in another life we can see each other. Maybe that day I am not an assassin anymore,” shouted Valigetta happily.

   “Wait!”

  Valigetta touches the fire wall with his bare hand and absorbs the fire wall energy. He transferred the energy to his  briefcase. His body burned while did it.

   The fire wall spell has been broken.

   Valigetta is already dead while transferring the fire wall energy into his briefcase.

   “Argggghhhhh,” Natalia shouted traumatically while crying.

   “You are a liar! You said you want to be my friend!” Natalia cried hard while hugging Valigetta's dead body.
