Royal Murder gone wrong

The twilight crept through the large castle Windows, as the queen of Sacramento, queen serena sat at her dressing table. It was the Christmas eve. The first Christmas eve of the newly made queen, queen Edwy. Queen Serena had been waiting for this day since the king of Sacramento, king Stefan the second married Edwy, his maiden, who is now a queen.

Queen Serena is one of the five queens of king Stefan. But queen Serena has never felt this envy towards the other two queens as she feels towards queen Edwy. Maybe it's because she is immensely beautiful or maybe because it was impossible for Serena to accept someone with a low cast as a maiden to become of her own value.

So tonight, the night of Christmas eve, queen Serena has decided to kill queen Edwy.

THe king has divided his castle's jobs amongst 4 queens. Queen Liah, the eldest and most intelligent is responsible for the decoration of the castle. Queen Falerina, the third oldest and most stylish is responsible for parties held at the castle. Queen Serena, the third oldest and the cleverest is responsible for all the kitchen related issues. And finally queen Edwy, the youngest and most beautiful is responsible for the garden of the castle.

It was the dinner time and queen Serena couldn't wait to carry out her plan. She reached to the dining hall five minutes early dressed in a simple crimson velvet gown, her hair tied up in a tied bun and her black and red junkie crown placed on her head expressed nothing but power of destruction.

King Stefan entered the room. " I see you are early, queen Serena." He said as he sat on the head chair of the dining table. "I always am king." Queen Serena replied with a taste of confidence in her voice. Soon queen Liah and queen Falerina arrived too. Queen Liam was dressed in silk black and red gown, her hairs falling down straight and a thin golden crown on her head. Queen Falerina was wearing a furry red and white dress which hugged her body properly, her hair tied in a low bun and a shining crown of diamond on her head. But queen Edwy had yet not arrived. Queen Serena was becoming impatient by every minute. She wanted to see queen Edwy, after all it was the day of her death. The day queen Serena had been waiting for so long. Finally queen Edwy entered, she was looking beautiful like always. She wore a simple cotton read dress, her hair falling down in curls a tiara made up of roses on her head. "You are late queen Edwy" serena said with a hint of joy that comes from teasing somebody. "Oh queen Serena I'm sure it takes time to look as beautiful as our Edwy." The king said with a kind smile. "I'm really sorry for the delay, dinner to be started." Queen Edwy apologized. And sat in front of queen Serena.

The servants started to bring dishes one by one. Queen Serena had planned tonight's dinner with great enthusiasm. There were the most delicious dishes of kindom. Everyone on the table was excited to start with meal. After all royal Christmas eve dinner was famous amongst each And every One in the kingdom. The excitement on queen Edwy's face was visible as it was her first time at the royal Christmas eve dinner. Queen Serena was looking at each plate expectantly as if to spot something. And to her utter happiness, there it was! The Apple that queen Edwy eats daily. Queen Edwy eats some special apple from her special tree which is in castle' s garden daily in the dinner. Only, it wasn't her special Apple tonight. Tonight it was the cursed Apple. The Apple that queen Serena had cursed herself using the witchcraft that she learned from her mother.

The dishes were placed perfectly at the royal dining table. The Apple was shining and bright red, no one could have told that it contained such evil inside. "On this holy Christmas eve I thank God the for the chivaliry and prosperity of our kingdom" the king raised the toast.

But before anyone could begin with meal there was a great deal of shouting outside the castle. The king asked his servant to go and get the knowledge of the matter. Queen Serena was anxious to start the meal. The noise outside didn't matter to her. It was her day......her victory day and no one could stop her from winning. "I suggest we start the meal my king. Its not good to make the food wait." Serena said with a tight smile. Everyone at the table smiled and started with a meal.

Queen Serena opened her mouth to get a piece of beaf inside but her eyes were on queen Edwy who was going to bite her 'special apple'. But the ingredients in hands of both the queens couldn't reach their destination as there was a sudden blast behind queen Edwy and Apple in her hand flied in front right into queen serena's mouth. Not able to understand the situation queen Serena closed her mouth. The mouth that never opened again....

The castle had been attacked by the enemy. There was chaos everywhere.

The king sent up the army in front to fight. The king of Sacramento won the war. But kingdom lost a lot of its population. One of them was queen Serena. The king and the other 3 queens survived the attack. But no one ever understood the reason of queen Serena's death. She had no marks of severe injury nor is there any sign of poison in her body. At last it was decided that she died due to shock.

Queen Serena's death was her own planned and no body but she was the only one responsible for it.

Clearly, the royal murder of queen Edwy by queen Serena had gone incredibly wrong!
