Fantasy Fiction Thriller

I have always had a certain fascination with the outdoors there’s just something about the forever unknowing that lays within that appeals to me. There had always been this window in a shed near my house, my mother had always forbidden me to go over to it because she didn't trust it ,but my curiosity got the best of me so I have to go to see what it was even if it killed me. On the border of the forest so one day when my mother and father went out to get the groceries I took my opportunity. I crawled out of my bedroom window and scampered towards the old creepy shed that lay beneath a canopy of giant trees that had been standing ever since I was a baby. Upon closer inspection of the Hut, I quickly gathered that I couldn’t get through the door as it was bound by a huge metal chain. I walked around and found a reasonably sized window that was ajar, that I thought I could fit through I threw my bag over and crawled through I turned around and was greeted by a beautiful utopia there were luscious green trees, bushes as fluffy as a teddy bear, plants as beautiful as diamonds I could hear a faint hum of hypnotic music in the distance. I threw my bag over my shoulder and took a deep breath, one step, two steps the ground felt as if my feet were melting into the pulpy of the floor beneath me but I was undertaken on this supernatural place I had come across.

The mysterious melody was almost slumberous as I got closer it got louder until I was next to a bush. I felt something brush past my foot and into the scrubs. I pushed the green shrubbery and saw the most inconceivable view I had ever seen. There was a tiny little village with a mystical embroidered with illegible symbols and writings around and in the middle lay a single tooth on the floor. All of a sudden one by one fragile creature appeared from the miniature doors, I crawled through the thicket and sat down. One by one they came closer towards me slowly, I took my bag off of my shoulder trying not to scare the beings and opened it their eyes followed my every move as my hand went into my bag I heard a voice “ food” in a very high pitched voice, I looked around amazed and partly alarmed I asked if they wanted some. I took the sandwich out of my bag and placed it onto the floor as quick as anything they devoured it, they asked for more but I had none to offer and told them I would come back tomorrow. So as I promised I came back the following day for 2 weeks I became quite close to the tiny creatures. Or so I thought, they asked me if I could have one thing to change my future what would it be I said “ I would have money because my family are not so fortunate “ as I wished they made a deal with me if I delivered food to them every day they will supply me with money for my family. So as we agreed I did about a month later I came to the creatures with the biggest, juiciest piece of meat imaginable and threw it towards them as they had ingested the meat. Coins as gold as the sun came out from all of their tiny little doors I started to pick them up cramming them into my bag, whilst saying it was very nice of them to do this for me but this was the last time I could do it because I was moving away and couldn't supply food for them anymore.

Silence filled the forest the little creature's eyes turned evil, as the stone embroidered table began to open causing all of the tiny houses to disappear to reveal a hole as big as a child, with an extortionate amount of bones, lay on the floor I felt a push behind me before I could do anything I was in the child-sized pit. My body began to feel warm and the tiny teeth of the little creatures dug into me it was a weird sensation as if u was as if I was being torn to pieces but I couldn't feel it I began to laugh hysterically as if the teeth began to tickle me. Darkness. As my eyes began to open I was in a white room with about 3 children all in a very heated discussion. As I started to get up they stopped stared and I could feel their eyes as sharp as a sword looking at me the same way those evil animals did. As tears started to fill my eyes someone said “ not another ignorant child foolish enough to fall for their games “I looked up in confusion and mere terror I asked what had happened to me they looked and laughed as if I was stupid and said,“ you are now a pungent rose louring in the creatures next victim and forever will be looking at that window. I realised that I would never be able to see my family ever again and they would never see me. Suddenly I could hear the faint shouting of my mother and father. They would come looking for me but they could never hear me. What felt like hours passed I could hear police sirens come up to my house would I finally be found or even brought to justice. Footsteps were getting closer and closer the smell of the roses getting stronger and stronger could this be it suddenly silence. I could hear the jingle of my keyrings on my bag being picked up. YES, they have found me suddenly gunshots filled the air my ears felt as if they were bleeding the tiny people were no more. The police left and never came back.
