Taxi driver

It was Friday night, Sabal and his friend cum business partner(Michael) are enjoying the weekend in dance bar.They are celebrating because recently they made a big profit from their business.Both of them are drunk and Sabal started to dance on the floors, lights the cigarette on his mouth and dragged Michael to dance along with him. Both of them dances freely and abandonedly as both were very happy and drunk.Drunkards in the bar encourage them by hooting and cheering.It was 11:30 in the night and they decided to leave the bar . Michael lives quite far from there and was a bit more drunk so he decided to stay on Sabal's house which was quite near from there so they took a taxi. In the taxi Sabal asked the driver if he could light a cigarette. The driver had no problem with that but Sabal's cigarette packet was empty so he requested to stop on some shop but the driver offered him a cigarette from his packet. Sabal took the cigarette and had the chat with the driver. The driver was quite friendly and Sabal who was drunk enjoyed the chat anyway. With such talkative and friendly driver they did not realized when they reached their home. Sabal gave him his fare and some tips but the driver refused to take the tips. Sabal and Michael got out from the taxi and when the driver tried to start the car it had some problem. Sabal and Michael stopped and asked him what happened, the driver got out from taxi and checked the engine , the engine had some problem which needs to repaired. The taxi could only run approx 1-2 km.No mechanic shop were open at midnight and the driver home was quite far. Sabal who was quite impressed with the driver offered him to spend the night on his house and BE HIS GUEST for tonight. Hearing this Michael dragged Sabal to a corner and said how can he allow a strange person into a house. Sabal said that he seems to be a nice guy and let him be thier guest for tonight. Michael disagreed and said , "This is your problem when you are drunk , you think everyone is nice but don't forget our profit money is also in the house and you are going to let a stranger as a guest." Seeing the two guys murmuring the driver said them to not discuss as he will manage outside. But Sabal said they have no problem and urged him to park his taxi in the house. Sabal somehow convinced Michael but Michael was not fully satisfied with Sabal's decision. When they got inside , Michael went to a room where the money was kept and locked the room from outside and kept the key inside his pocket. Sabal requested the driver to have some drink with them so all of them sat on the table , Michael turned the TV and was changing the channel when Sabal told him to not watch TV and have chat with them. He kept the remote aside and started to have chat and drink with them. Feeling quite bored Michael again took the TV remote and turned the volume up. It was the news channel and the news anchor was about to say such news which would make them go mad out of fear. The news anchor said that recently in the city there has been 5-6 cases of strange robbery. A man who acts as an taxi driver drops the people in their house specially in the night and    pretends the car breakdown and somehow managed to stay in their house and until morning he Robs the house and murder the owner of the house , news anchor added that they don't have the photo of the criminal but gave some identity marks of the criminal which was similar to the taxi driver. Hearing the news Sabal was quite nervous but Michael was very much scared. They both looked at the driver, now the driver behavior was quite changed. He took the remote from Michael's hand and turned the TV off. He gave them a creepy smile and continued his drink and said what has happened to the people these days and cursed the criminal and urged them to have their drink. Both took the sip of whiskey and looked towards the room where the money was kept. When they turned back both of them screamed as the driver had ice peak in his hand and was looking towards them. The driver said to pass the ice tray and told them to not worry as he is not a criminal. The night goes on and the driver finishes his drink. He said that he will sleep on the sofa in the hall. Both Sabal and Michael also slept on the sofa in the hall to keep eye on driver. All of them were drunk so they all quickly fell asleep. It was 2:30 am night , Sabal was woke up as some noise disturbed him. He saw that the driver was infront of the room where money was kept and was trying to open the door. Sabal quickly goes to him and seeing Sabal the driver was quite nervous and asks that if this is bathroom as he wants to go to bathroom. Sabal showed him the bathroom which was in corner of the hall. He goes to bathroom and Sabal checked if the lock was damaged or not. He returned to his sofa as lock was not damaged. The driver came and slept on his sofa. Sabal kept his eyes on the driver. The night passes by. In the morning the door bell rang , driver who was in deep sleep was waken up. Both Sabal and Michael were not there so he goes to open door with his hand on his head due to hangover. He opens the door and was in quite shock. Three policemen were there and they entered inside. Police officer said that they came to search the owner of the house as they got complaint from the owner's office that he has not been in contact since 3 days. The driver said that he is just a taxi driver and tells him how his car broke down so he is there just for a night. Police started to check all the rooms , they broke the lock of the room and was shocked as there was the dead body of the owner of the house. After seeing the dead body the driver got almost fainted , as he realizes Sabal and Michael were the actual criminals shown on the TV last night who looted and murdered the owner of the house. The police officer arrested the driver as prime suspect. Sitting on police van and looking his handcuffed hands the driver thinks and regrets why he agreed to be a guest into a stranger house.
