My story is entitled Teenagers spending their final days at home before going to College. yh The story is centered on the fact that Teenagers spend their days at home before going away to College. Teenagers are mostly the youth help in the preservation of cultural heritage. Todays Ghana's heritage is made up of only indigenous and borrowed ones. Also culture is not static it grows. This also means that within the same society a culture can change within a given length of time for individuals and teenagers. Also a teenager spends their final days at home by engaging in Pre-University studies to learn towards their Academics. Others also engage in Computer with Computer firms or Institutions, they learn about the basics of Computer Studies. Since infancy, during my childhood I noted that Teenagers seek to spend their final days at home before going to College. This happens to be their resting periods at home after their final exams. Teenagers often spend their final days at home before going to College because it is within this period that they engage in Pre-University activities. Also within this period they study on courses that they have chosen to pursue in the University. When Teenagers spend their final days at home before going to College without engaging in activities in relation to Academia they seem to become a nuisance to society as some of them are refused admission to the University. Also since they are refused admission to the University they engage in activities not worthy of society and are noted as a nuisance to society. Some Teenagers who do not study during this period become too proud for my liking in our society. Other Teenagers also use their final days at home in working on a farm and also managing shops. Also for some Teenagers who are from wealthy families often spend their final days overseas in the United States of America and the United Kingdom. Other Teenagers also spend their final days at home with their families in the village. Teenagers spend their days at home by studying on their own in Libraries before being accepted Admission into the University. Some Teenagers also help their parents in their field of work be it Accountancy or any other work. Other Teenagers also spend their final days at home in churches, they engage in church activities and also work for the church. Again Teenagers had the opportunity to spend their final days at home working with a Television station and also others assist local Restaurants as Waiters. In order for these Teenagers to earn some income before entering into the University ,they are offered extra working activities in the field of Mobile Money Agents. Some of teenage students engage in jobs as Mobile Money Agents just to earn for themselves enough cash before Admission into the University. Again Teenagers spend their final days with their family by travelling to other countries like Nigeria to visit a relative. Most Teenagers who have relatives working in the Health sector, spend their time working in Hospitals as part time Ward Attendants, just to earn for themselves some money. Also some of the Teenagers work in Pharmacy shops with their relatives during the stipulated time that they spend at home. It is also within this period that they learn about drugs and prescriptions and how to sell drugs to customers. Also within this period students also share their experiences about lessons they have learnt , during their exams to some and upcoming students who are yet to take their exams. Again some of the students also learn and engage in jobs with Computer firms,they also do typing and Printing services just to earn for themselves some money for their families. However,it was within this period that students engage in activities where they earn for themselves some money. Also some of these students who spend their final days at home ,use their leisure time in reading all sorts of books. Again the time spent during the holiday season is to raise enough money before Admission into the University. It is also within this period that some of these students apply to work in various Banks as clerks. The students are noted to make plans towards their studies. The Teenagers seek to work in the Library especially District Libraries as part time Librarians just to earn for themselves some money before Admissions into the University. Almost all the Teenagers ,seek to work in offices as District clerks to earn for themselves some money before Admissions into the University. It is within this period that some of the students help their parents in their various workplaces especially the entrepreneurs. It is the period that they seem to be entering into Adulthood, so they are being trained within this period to work in offices as District clerks. It is because their qualification is not of a high standard. Some of the students learn and practice the art of music. These students learn and create. their own music. The practice of music is always done by these students. The students who learn music and play music become very perfect. Also when they fail in their exams and are refused admissions into the University, they choose the career to become musicians. When they become Musicians they earn for themselves enough money and become celebrities all over the world. Some of these students who are not offered Admission into the University and spend their final days at home before going away to College engage in football activities and they sometimes become celebrities world over. Again some of these Teenagers work in Gyms and do exercise to engage in a career of boxing to earn some money before Admissions to the University. The students are offered a career in the field of becoming very good Sales Agent for Insurance companies when their results are out within the stipulated period in order to earn for themselves some money before entering into the University. Also within this period of waiting to enter the University in the holiday period I will read all sort of books and also books for my chosen course of study so that I may gain more knowledge and also excel in my Academics entirely. Finally , Teenagers spend their final days at home before going to College because they will like to work to earn for themselves some money. Also others use this period to study towards their chosen course of study from the University.
