No condition is permanent in this world, Be humble. Any scenario happens because things change daily, and people of different types are born in the world.
Juma was the leader to a certain district where he started well his leadership by helping many people in the society, He did many things that make the title conceding to all people in the community, He supervised many programs in the society such like schools, hospital, roads, railway and other so many things .He also attended the community celebration by offering some prizes and he wanted to be known to each and every body in street and failed to understand that " IF YOU WANT TO PLEASE ALL ,YOU WILL PLEASE NON" and other one saying that A LEADER WHO DON'T LISTEN WILL BE SURROUNDED BY THE PEOPLE WHO DON'T SPEAK. Juma continued to govern people in the society but wonderful enough people started on lamenting and complaining "our leaders nowadays pretend to assist us while not ,he tries to create his own economy and hiding things through doing some issues in the society. Juma was finally conceding to another’s point of view that in society if you want to make every body happy you are going to fail automatically. The leadership has many things as you continues leading people you must know that reading people behaviour in leadership also a philosophy to apply so as to succeed in leadership life.
Juma had Integrity as The importance of integrity should be obvious. Though it may not necessarily be a metric in employee evaluations, integrity is essential for the individual and the organization. It’s especially important for top-level executives who are charting the organization’s course and making countless other significant decisions. Our research shows that integrity may actually be a potential blind spot for organizations. Make sure your organization reinforces the importance of integrity to leaders at various levels.
Juma also had Ability to Delegate as Delegating is one of the core responsibilities of a leader, but it can be tricky to delegate effectively. The goal isn’t just to free yourself up — it’s also to enable your direct reports, facilitate teamwork, provide autonomy, lead to better decision-making, and help your direct reports grow. In order to delegate well, you also need to build trust with your team.
Juma had good Communication as Effective leadership and effective communication are intertwined. You need to be able to communicate in a variety of ways, from transmitting information to coaching your people. And you must be able to listen to, and communicate with, a wide range of people across roles, social identities, and more. The quality and effectiveness of communication across your organization directly affect the success of your business strategy, too.
Juma had Self-Awareness as more inwardly focused skill, self-awareness is paramount for leadership. The better you understand yourself, the more effective you can be. Do you know how other people view you or how you show up at work?
Juma had Gratitude as Being thankful can make you a better leader. Gratitude can lead to higher self-esteem, reduced depression and anxiety, and even better sleep. Few people regularly say “thank you” at work, even though most people say they’d be willing to work harder for an appreciative boss. Learn how to give thanks and practice more gratitude in the workplace.
Juma had Learning Agility as Learning agility is the ability to know what to do when you don’t know what to do. If you’re a “quick study” or are able to excel in unfamiliar circumstances, you might already be learning agile. But anybody can foster learning agility through practice, experience, and effort.
Juma had Influence; For some people, “influence” feels like a dirty word. But being able to convince people through logical, emotional, or cooperative appeals is a component of being an inspiring, effective leader. Influence is quite different from manipulation, and it needs to be done authentically and transparently. It requires emotional intelligence and trust.
Juma had Empathy as Empathy is correlated with job performance and is a critical part of emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness. If you show more inclusive leadership and empathetic behaviors towards your direct reports, our research shows you’re more likely to be viewed as a better performer by your boss. Plus, empathy and inclusion are imperatives for improving workplace conditions for those around you.
Juma had Courage; It can be hard to speak up at work, whether you want to voice a new idea, provide feedback to a direct report, or flag a concern for someone above you. That’s part of the reason courage is a key skill for good leaders. Rather than avoiding problems or allowing conflicts to fester, courage enables leaders to step up and move things in the right direction. A workplace with high levels of psychological safety and a strong coaching culture will further support truth and courage.
Juma had Respect As Treating people with respect on a daily basis is one of the most important things a leader can do. It will ease tensions and conflict, create trust, and improve effectiveness. Respect is more than the absence of disrespect, and it can be shown in many different ways.
we have being born to forget things in our life wherever we have being assisted in our life. Do all good things as the leaders but don't wait for the others to pay back for your efforts done.
Do all good things and others will assist you not the same people you assisted in our life wherever we are.
So my beloved whatever position you are today use it positively, tomorrow may not be yours but someone else's, it is the measure you met on them today you will get tomorrow.
_Champagne is expensive, but it does not quench thirst, like ordinary water. That a thing is ‘ordinary’ does not mean it is not valuable. Water might be ‘ordinary’, but without it, there is no life. Value ordinary people! They can save your life. Don’t be too proud to respond when your gateman greets you. Remember, it was a house-girl that told Naaman how to cure his leprosy. If you treat the ordinary people in your life like garbage, you may die with your ailments. Low class people are not necessarily low life people._
Value the common man the way you value air.
Juma did a lot to the society to build different types of projects but finally conceding to another’s point of view that the society never keep on remembering all things done by the leaders but keep remember when a leader is in leadership.

This is more an essay on leadership than it is a story.
