Adventure Drama Mystery

My story is entitled The Girl Guides an established group of people welcoming a new face into their midst.

Girl guides is a movement found worldwide which was originally and still largely designed for girls and women only.

The girl guides welcomes new faces in their midst in instances where they rescue people drowning in the sea.

Likewise other instances too that they do not welcome boys and men into their midst but rather only girls and women. The Girl Guides organization was introduced in 1909, this was because girls demanded to take part in the then grassroots Boys scout movement and also to rescue victims who drown in the sea.

Girl Guides challenge themselves in the Guiding and put their ideas into action taking part in an amazing range of activities in order to gain the skills to also confidently navigate the world.

Girls in Guiding love know how much fun they have together. It was also proclaim that the Girl Scouts founded the Girl Guides and the young women into the movement.

The Girl Guides movement was formally founded in 1910 by Baden Powell and his sister Agnes Baden Powell.

Girl Guides is an established group of people who have been changing lives and building a better world through leadership development , community action and service to others. peer education and advocacy.

Girl Guides meet to exchange ideas, they often learn many useful things.

Girl guides are Life savers, they learn how to be a Life saver. A Life saver is a good swimmer who can carry a drowning person to safety, hence often welcoming new faces into their midst due to nature of their job.

The Girl Guides often than not give Artificial Respiratory to revive the drowning person in instances where necessary.

Wendy was quick. She raced along the beach before she quite knew what she was going to do. Also she rememberdd the old ship bell on the beach, that rings when there was danger at sea always. She also ran up entirely to it.

They caught hold of the thick rope that hung from the clapper and pulled with all her might.

However, there are instances that the girl guides do not welcome new faces into their midst especially boys and men to join the Association, because it was meant only for girls only.

Also Wendy, the Girl Guides was so astonished at the loud sound that came from the bell that she nearly fell over, but after the first shock, she pulled again and before long, Peter was by her, shaking her arm. What is it.? What is it.? , he asked.

He said, pulling her hand off the rope.

Wendy pointed out, and Peter, seeing two piles of clothes on the beach and guessing the story, she was almost away like a flash and into the sea.

Peter then caught sight of the Head of one of the two men, a long way out from the beach.

It was noted that many people crowded round Wendy , for everyone had rushed out when they heard the ship's bell. Almost eight of the older Girl Guides were trained as Life savers and ran to the 'rope-drum'. The Rope-drum was made into two large wooden wheels joined together by a a short metal bar and the rope was wound round and round between the two wheels. The Girl Guides pushed this large drum along the beach and put it into a position. Miss Helen was the Guide Captain, then.

She was then very good at this kind of work. Are you too ready to let out the rope.? She called out entirely.

The Girl Guides were very good at this kind of work, of swimming and rescuing in an aspect welcoming a new face into their midst.

The Girl Guides stood by the drum, ready and waiting. You better stand by and haul in the rope to pay out as I need it the most.

She also tied the end of the rope firmly around her waist, then she ran out into the waves,as far as she could go without losing her foot-hold entirely.

The Girl Guides yelled and paid out.

Miss Helen the Guide Captain, plunged into the sea and swam out.

The rope also raced after Miss Helen the Guide Captain ,help on! , they shouted by willing hands.

However, Miss Helen was able to get one of then to the rescue, welcoming her as a new face into their midst.

Miss Helen then cried out Patience. 'Thank God ' ,you arrived safely said Pastor Nicholas.

Another soldier , Ryan was able to catch hold of the rope, which he did with some great thankfulness ,for the strength and violence of the currents.

They also made him afraid that he too might be unable to get back to the shore of the sea.

'Haul in !' shouted the Girl Guides.

The Girl Guides hauled,Miss Tyra and Vanessa including half a dozen of others ran into the shallow water to help in the rescue of the victims and welcome new faces into their midst.

Miss Helen the Guide Captain and the soldier Ryan were brought ashore.

Ryan the soldier had wished to join the Girl Guides but not welcomed as a new face into their midst this was because he was a male and as the name depicts the Girl Guides was only meant for females only.

The strong soldier had swim to help his friends who fell victim and drowned in the sea. The strong soldier was also disappointed when when he found out that the man was still missing in life.

The girl guides also had complete faith in Prince , because he was also a life saver and could swim to the rescue of other victims welcoming them as new faces into their midst.

Prince was a good swimmer and a Life saver ,he was the only one who rescued the soldier Ryan when he was drowning at sea and welcomed the soldier into their midst.

The soldier Ryan was given Artificial Respiration by Prince , because he was also a member of the American Red Cross Society.

Also both the soldier Ryan and Prince practised swimming, but it was an unfortunate incident that the soldier Ryan got drowned in the sea struggling in swimming during some instances.

The Girl Guides were an established group of people welcoming new faces into their midst each and every time especially the victims of girls who drown at sea.

The established group of people known as the Girl Guides are mostly invited to make the same promises which was ,I promise that I will do my best to be true to myself and develop my beliefs to serve the Queen in the United Kingdom and my community at large and also to help other people and to keep the (Brownie) Guide Law.

The Promise is what brings every girl together.

Girl guides makes promises in order

To be active citizens of their Community and the world at large.

Develop the spiritual side whatever, she believes or cares about and to respect the beliefs of others.

Finally, our inclusive promise for all is a shared commitment for every member that helps in the good conduct of rescuing victims who swim and drown in the sea.

Victims who drown are welcomed as new faces into the midst of Girl Guides who rescued them from their calamity.
