Once upon a time, there lived a man by name Jesus Christ,the King of the Jews or the Messiah .

It is quoted in John 3:16 that for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whoever believes in him will not perish but have everlasting life.

Jesus Christ was the son of God who was conceived by the holy spirit ,was born of a virgin named Mary.

Jesus Christ performed miracles and died by crucifixion as a sacrifice to achieve the atonement for sin and rose from the dead and ascended to heaven.

Also Jesus Christ lived on Earth for 33years . Again during those years after being baptized by John the Baptist he began his ministry of teaching . It was during his ministry that he chose his twelve disciples and then performed a number of miracles and gave his inspirational sermon on the mountain near the Sea of Galilee.

The life of Jesus Christ includes Baptism, Transfiguration, Crucifixion, Resurrection and the Ascension.

The full name of Jesus Christ is Yeshu Nazarene.

Jesus enabled people to be reconcile to God. Also the crucifixion of Jesus is honoured on Good Friday and his resurrection on Easter Sunday. Jesus Christ performed many miracles that includes the calming of the storm ,the feeding of five thousand people ,walking on water.

Jesus also appoints twelve disciples. The ethical teachings of Jesus Christ includes loving your enemies, refraining from hatred and lust and forgiving people who have sinned against you.

Among Jesus teachings was the Parables where Jesus taught kindness and the generosity of God and the perils of transgression.

Some of Jesus parables includes the prodigal son and the Growing seed. The disciples have been given to know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven. Jesus performed two miracles that includes the healing miracles and nature miracles.

The healing miracles of Jesus Christ includes cures for physical ailments ,exorcisms and the resurrection of the dead.

Also the nature miracles of Jesus Christ includes turning water into wine, walking on water and calming a storm among others.

Jesus Christ states that his miracles are from a divine source . Again Jesus Christ miracles are signs performed to prove his mission and divinity . Some of Jesus miracles teaches about the importance of faith. Also the cleansing of ten lepers and the raising of Jairus daughter from the dead. Jesus Christ also healed a bind man who was seek and also rebuked demons from a lady who was being called a Prostitute.

Jesus taught his disciples to love one another and to love their neighbors as themselves.

In Peters confession he told Jesus that: You are the Messiah, the son of the living God. Also Jesus affirms that Peters confession is divinely revealed through truth. After Peters confession,Jesus told his disciples about his upcoming death and resurrection.

In the Transfiguration ,Jesus Christ takes Peter and two other Apostles up on a mountain where he was transfigured before them and his face shone like the sun and his clothes became dazzling white.

A bright cloud appears around them and a voice from the cloud says ,this is my son the beloved with him I am well pleased listen to him.

Judas Iscariot one of the twelve Apostles secretly strikes a bargain with the Jewish elders ,agreeing to betray Jesus to them for thirty silver coins.

Also Jesus Christ raised Lazarus from the dead due to this Authorities decided to kill him.

The last supper is the final meal that Jesus shares with his twelve Apostles in Jerusalem before crucifixion.

Jesus Christ predicts in the Gospel that his disciple Peter will deny knowing him three times before the rooster crows the next morning. Jesus also predicts that all his disciples will desert him.

Jesus washed his disciples feet after the meal.

Later Judas came with an armed mob sent by the chief Priest ,scribes and elders to arrest Jesus Christ. Judas kisses Jesus Christ in order to identify him to the crowd who then arrested Jesus Christ.

Another disciple of Jesus Christ in order to stop the armed mob or soldiers used his sword to cut off the ear of a man in the crowd and later Jesus found mercy and healed the man of the cut and said Go and sin no more.

Roman soldiers questioned Peter the disciple whether he knows Jesus three times and he denied of not knowing Jesus.

Then Peter heard the rooster crow and then recalls Jesus prediction about his denial.

Peter then weeps bitterly.

Later the Roman soldiers and Temple guards arrested Jesus Christ. Jesus proclaims his identity and the Roman soldiers fell on the ground but they managed to arrest and capture him.

Also Jesus Christ was taken to the house of the high priest Calaphas ,where he was mocked and beaten that night.

Calaphas asked Jesus are you the Messiah,and he answered Yes "I am".

Then Calaphas tears Jesus robe in anger and then accuses Jesus of blasphemy against God.

The Roman soldiers released Barabbas to be crucified with Jesus.Then the soldiers placed a crown of thorns on Jesus head and then ridicule him as the King of the Jews. The soldiers beat and taunt him before taking him to Calvary also called Golgotha for crucifixion.

After the trials, Jesus was led to Calvary carrying the cross. It was Simom of Cyrene who assisted Jesus Christ in carrying the cross.

The thieves crucified with Jesus also mocked him.

Jesus died on the cross and later his body was buried in a tomb.

On the third day he rose from the grave and showed himself to his disciples and Mary Magdalene that he was the true Messiah and he ascended to heaven.

Lastly after Jesus to heaven ,Peter prayed and seek for forgiveness for denying that he did not know Jesus Christ on the day of crucifixion bexause after the resurrection and the ascension to heaven Peter truly believed that Jesus Christ is the Messiah and the only son of God.
