                  PRINCESS ALENA: A WANDERING LOCKET

It was very long ago when the king and queen are walking in the sanctuary for feeding animals, they were sentenced by an eternal saint, “the princess will be born dead and evil spirits visit to feast on her”.( with an intense tone)

And days passed along but the king was haunted by the prophecy which he heard from the eternal saint as well as king became weak watching the queen bedridden (from the moment she heard the saint). Soon, after the sightings king noticed that the queen’s illness, nightmares, and animals vanishing from the sanctuary are related, king ordered the soldiers to safeguard the palace and to find the missing animals.

Soon after the search throughout the kingdom soldiers were unable to find the animals that were lost, listening to this king fell apart. And wasn’t ready to lose anymore, noticing the misery of the ruler, the sun went down.

Now, in another kingdom called fairyland, there was a little princess with a lovely locket around her neck and she was so beautiful, cute, and sweet. As she was playing around in the palace. She was surprised staring at her fellow friends and rushed towards king-Queen (father and mother) with her tiny feet, bluish-pink fork, and newly out wings. Then reaching to the lap of mother, father aside little princess asked, why people don’t have lockets like me? And why don’t I have a long stick as others? (With curiosity tone). Then, the king and queen smiled at her, answered the little princess, “she is very special so she got a locket, and also she doesn’t need any long stick to use her magic power”. Suddenly little princess said to the king and queen that some animal is in danger far in the forest. Then the king asked his daughter to know that, is she willing to save the animal or not? The surprisingly little princess nodded her head as yes. Seeing her fully functioning tiny wings king exclaimed you can go my sunshine. While the queen felt a bit terrible seeing her daughter flying into the dense forest. After reaching the forest little princess heard the screams so clearly which seems that she was so close to the animal. And she was so right, the animal is rushing towards her from behind and as soon as she saw the thing (animal), the princess yelled stop. Then both were surprised to see each other that they were able to hear and understand. Princess was surprised as the animal followed her request and the animal was surprised as it could listen from another living thing. With a trembling voice animal exclaimed, why did you stop me? I was just trying to save my life from the hunter. Within their talk the hunter arrived at that place, so the princess made the animal invisible by holding her locket (performing magic), then the hunter asked the princess about the animal and she said no, as the hunter passed out of the forest. Princess felt unconscious and the magical spark broke out with which animal was back to visible. Seeing the condition of the little angel animal took her to his den and settled the angel onto the fluffy honeycomb. Then cubs of the animal entered the den, seeing the bed taken cubs shouted who is this lying in our bed? As the wind was strong, cool breezes entered the den flying the cape covered on the princess. Looking at the little girl rubbing her eyes and trying to get the cape cubs cried out for disturbing the little girl and helped her to get under the cape.

When it was morning little princess awoke and was searching for food. And was about to cry as she was unable to find the food, seeing the little girl cubs gave her some cherries and honey to eat. Soon enough princess heard the approach of a thing she uttered, “All of you go and hide now”. Within no time cubs settled behind the small tree in the den. As the thing was approaching closely princess was about to attack, but as the animal shouted, it is me little angel one you saved from the hunter, the princess sat down right in the same place she was about to attack. And asked the animal, what is your name? And why are you hiding here? And where is your home? Continuing the talking animal said we are called bears. This isn’t our home, we left our home to be alive and for the food. So, we travel from place to place for food and hide in the den which we find for that particular day. After that little princess prepared to return back home, but she heard a soft voice in her mind stating my sunshine don’t you want to see the other beautiful creatures out in the woods, I wish you will enjoy noticing them. Hearing this princess became so curious and decided to stay back to meet the creatures. Then she started running in the forest as fast as she can to see the other animals. However, her feet started troubling her after a distance. Then bear carried angel on his back as he was following her from back then (from the den). As they were passing by long to small trees princess started asking what is this? What is that? Oh! I really want to know what this is. And bear became busy in explaining her things from weeds to fruits then even trees and the talk continued as,

      Little angel, little angel your eyes are huge,

     And we have just passed the apple tree.

Huge bear, the huge bear I want to taste it,

 No angel no now is not the time.

     Little angel, little angel this is called a frozen leaf,

       Huge bear, the huge bear let me collect some I know about it,

 Yes angel, yes let us take some for future use.

And as princess seemed to fallen in thoughts, bear asked what it is. Or have you heard about (…) before the long bear was about to finish his sentence, princess exclaimed we have to save it soon, bear asked what! What we have to save and where is it. Princess with a low tone utter, there that thing up between the trees, which is stuck in the lines of thread? Noticing it bear stood on his feet, so that the little angel was able to reach the threads, and then by using her locket princess landed the ant on the ground. Then the princess warned it never to climb heights when you are alone and all started roaming in the forest. After, sometime they noticed something strange that the little princess body was vanishing, and the princess has no clue, where she heard the voice again stating don’t think about it sunshine just stay calm and enjoy everything, cause you can understand everything in your journey. After that, as the princess slept back on the bear, he and his cubs along with ant found a den and all together went to rest for that night.

The next morning, altogether left the den and started traveling, and then ant was like,

              Shiny morning, shiny morning shows the way home,

              While dense forest surprises us with creatures.

Stop said the little princess, I sense the injured animal. Bear lets move towards that animal it is just 100 feet ahead of us. After which they witnessed the badly injured deer with blood flowing all over her body. As the princess hold the locket to perform magic, she flew into the air and light was emitting from her turning her just near to invisible by curing the injured deer. Then deer exclaimed that she ran from the circus facility because the town was turning into hell by evil spirits and I was wounded by one of the evil. Making these statements deer also expressed its fear as,

              Scary evil, scary evil so cruel as black,

              It follows and follows till it rips you apart.

Meanwhile, the little princess turned invisible and floating in the air only with the visible locket. So, the little angel asked the bear can we go to the town. Bear gave an expression as disapproved but as angel started asking continuously whole crew bear and its cubs, ant, deer, foxes (hiding behind them), enter the town which turned hell. They noticed that not a single living organism is there in the streets and houses. Princess was so desperate to save the town seeing the huge disaster, but everyone in the crew opposed her decision and bought her out of the town. But, as they were leaving their footprint making traces behind them (black smokes in form of their feet). As the princess turned invisible she used this chance and left the crew forward returning to the town and when she used her magic whole town came back alive. And people saw the locket floating in the air. Hearing the sounds, light scattering from the town whole crew members reached the town. But, the little princess left the town already. As she was scared by the looks of people. And the path started healing itself as the princess was traveling. Soon, tracing, following the path animals reached princess. So, soon princess became the talk, between the people and they named her as the wandering locket because they were unable to the princess. However, as the dawn was out they entered the large gate with long trees and had a nap.

AT MIDNIGHT:

At night in her consciousness princess started hearing voices as, my beautiful sunshine we are as worried and unhappy as we are going to lose you for years because you have reached the end of your travel, and tomorrow who will do the right thing?

Chipmunks singing:

      “Holy locket, holy locket where are you?

       We so-called woodland creatures waiting for you.

       Holy locket, holy locket reach us fast,

        Bring back our lost brothers and sisters.

        Holy locket, holy locket bless our place,

        By turning your path towards us our wandering locket.”

As the voices were, too loud princess and crew woke up, bears, ant, deer, foxes, owl (far in the forest) rushed towards the song. And chipmunks stopped singing, waking up the remaining animals (butterflies, moose, raccoons, ants, hawks, cardinals, goldfinches) as they saw the return of their family. Where everyone started grabbing each other and princess voice heard softly, what is this place bear? Continuing it bear replied this is home from where I escaped, escaped what are you saying? Yes, little angel and started explaining the story of a king, queen, and saint. After the illness of the queen, the king stopped feeding us and evil spirits attacking this place so I left this place with my sons and daughters like that I saw you in the forest. Then by listening to the whole story princess came to a conclusion that the whole time the locket was trying to bring me to this very moment and father, mother made it happened without explaining it, not even about my powers. And princess heard the voice again, sunshine this will be last time I can speak with you I am here to say this is the day the princess of king and queen is going to take birth and you have to enter into her unlively body to make it alive and remember it sunshine ones you came to know about your powers in the locket who can travel back to our home and also evil spirits will come back once again. As the voices in her brain were fading father, the mother explains to me once again means what? How? I haven’t seen them. Between all animals started uttering are you wandering locket people are talking about. Then bear replied she is not a wandering locket, she is a princess from fairyland because of my mistake leaving the sanctuary bought her here, and as she started using her powers to help us and this place she turned invisible. Then, little princess, animals experienced the birth of the child in the palace. After which little princess smiled facing animals as a message of leaving. As she was turning in to bright light and slowly entering into the born corpse, the princess remembered the old voices of her parents discussing, queen what name suits our little daughter? And animals asked bear what is the name of this little angel? Breaking through the sky evil spirits turned at the palace stating get out of our site fairy princess (Al…) and as the light along with the locket occupied the child every living entity answered “ALENA” at the end of the light.

As soon as the locket reached the child evil spirits started attacking the palace to kill the child for their feast. Sensing the attacks all the animals in the sanctuary gathered around the child, where the aura of the little princess added extra strength to the animals fighting the evil spirits away. And within which little princess started smiling as birds bought her throne made of flowers. After which the kingdom was back to normal, kind-queen were happy and animals playing with the baby princess. Where, the voices sang,

           Hold princess, hold the necklace around your neck,

           Evils, witches, fairyland is mourning for your return.
