Dear Diary January 2nd, "It's Me again." "Not sure how the new year will be for me as this is the second half of the school year, and I am still not doing well in school or with my grades." "Will have to get back to you as soon as I know."

Dear Diary January 4th, "It's Me again." "I know this is getting old and I am tired of only telling you my problems and all the things that may or may not matter." "They matter to me as if you truly care." "You are only a book."

Dear Diary January 5th, "It's Me again." "I wanted to apologize about the remark I made the other day about you only being a book." "You are the only one with whom I can share my deepest darkest secrets with." "I supposed you can somewhat understand all that I am going through, sort of."

Dear Diary January 10th, "It's Me again." "I have been afraid to share with you about anything for the guilt I am feeling since me and Josh have broken up and I was really upset." "Oh, that's right I will share with you about Josh sometime, when I have the chance to do that." "Gotta run for now." "Hope to talk more later."

Dear Diary January 12th, "It's Me again." "I am happy to say that me and Josh are back together, and it was the most miserable time being away from Josh." I am so in love with him, and I missed him so much." "Thanks for being a good listener."

Dear Diary January 14th, "It's Me again." "We kissed for the first time, and it was awesome." "Like WOW!!" "Yep, that awesome and that AWESOME!!!!!"

Dear Diary January 19th, "It's Me again." "Tonight, Josh gave me his promise ring and said he was going steady with me." "Josh was really happy and we kissed for what seemed like forever." "WOW!! My toes curled up when we kissed." "It was true magic, and I hope this never ends for us."

Dear Diary January 25th, "It's Me again." "Tonight, we went for a long walk along some old path that was covered with brush." "As we crossed the bridge over the river, the boards creaked before several gave way." "Before they fell, Josh grabbed hold of me and yanked me back from falling in the river." "Josh has a strong grip."

Dear Diary January 26th, "It's Me again." "It was a very long day of schoolwork, including a book report that I quickly did and turned in." "The teacher looked at my work and was not too pleased with how the book report was." "I was held back after class." "The teacher, Mrs. Gapport, was sharing with me about how much she expected me to do and how well I was doing in class." "She was not sure what to make of my present work and would have to let my parents know if this kind of work continued." "So much to do and so much expected from us at this place in life."

Dear Diary January 31st, "It's Me again." "I am very disappointed about being placed on being grounded by my parents." "I know it's because of my recent work at school along with my grades and all the other things that are not that damn important." "Maybe to those who things like this should never worry about or that should never matter to them unless they share that with me." Geez!!!!!!

Dear Diary February 3rd, "It's Me again." "Today Josh and I went for a short trip up the same path, where the bridge had fell apart with the broken boards." "As we neared the point that we had a near mishap, Josh and I stopped for a moment and kissed." "It has been a while since we had this opportunity to do this." "It was then that Dad showed up and scolded me for leaving the house as I was still grounded." "I cried." "Yelling how not fair it was to be scolded, especially in front of my boyfriend."

Dear Diary February 5th, "It's Me again." "Today I snuck out of the house, and met with Josh, who made sure I was aware of our plans and how we would be sure to leave without anyone knowing that we were both gone." I can't wait until we do leave."

Dear Diary February 10th, "It's Me again." "I am happy to say the plans we have made will be happening very soon." "Not sure who will find out and how will they react, but as far as we are concerned, we do not care one way or the other."

Dear Diary February 13th, "It's Me again." "I am very happy to say the tickets are purchased and the suitcases are packed, hidden in the bushes." "We are both excited and nervous at the same time." "Josh and I have our rings hidden in a place that only we know." "Yes, we are considering getting married at a location that only we know and have refused to think about too often so we will not reveal our plans to anyone."

Dear Diary February 16th, "It's Me again." "We decided to wait until we had eaten at our homes, respectively." "As Josh would let me know later, his dad and mom were looking at him suspiciously but said nothing." "Getting more nervous we were anxious to get going."

Dear Diary February 20th, "It's Me again." "We ran away, caught the train, and headed down the train tracks." "I was more nervous than Josh, but soon I would be Mrs. Josh Neighbors." "I was so caught up in the moment, that I was not aware of the squad car pulling up alongside of the train as it was traveling down the tracks." "I am very surprised they finally stopped the train before we could react."

Dear Diary February 25th, "It's Me again." "Been sitting here in a local jail cell separated from Josh and not knowing what is going on since both mine and his parents are arguing about whose idea it was for us to run away and be married." "The outcome of this is hard to know since I may not be able to enter anything after this moment."

Dear Diary February 27th, "It's Me again." "The local judge allowed us to be released into our parents' custody and for now that is all I will say until I find out what all may or may not happen." Thanks for listening to me and hope you will enjoy the next thing I will be writing as much as I will enjoy writing it in your pages."
