My story is entitled Arnold in a hostile or dangerous environment within his community.

Once upon a time, there lived a young man by name Arnold and an American Actor who lived in a hostile and dangerous environment due to the fact that he was black in complexion.

Most of his friends the White folks were racist ,they often bully him and gave him all kinds of odd jobs because they disliked him.

They never had any good intention for him .Any bad or nefarious activity or stealing that happens in the city is being addressed to him due to the fact that he was living in a hostile and most dangerous environment.

At times if Arnold is innocent of such unlawful crimes he is being arrested by the Police because he was caught in such a hostile and dangerous environment that often creates excessive noise.

Again the hostile or dangerous environment had no courts and lawyers so at times although Arnold is innocent and not guilty of the said offence or crime he is put into custody until a lawsuit is filed against him in the court within the city to defend him.

Arnold was living in a hostile and dangerous environment because he does not have enough funds to fend for himself and also provide adequate housing facility and other amenities like toilets and bathroom for his family.

It can be noted that in a hostile or dangerous environment exists when ones behaviour within a workplace creates an environment that is difficult or probably uncomfortable for another person to work in due to illegal discrimination.

Arnold the young American Actor lives in a hostile or dangerous environment that is unpleasant and also frightening .

People living in hostile or dangerous environment sometimes fall victim of sexual harassment and sexual advances in the workplace and other communities.

Arnold argued that what actually constitutes a hostile or dangerous environment is sexual harassment, extortion of money, stealing,human trafficking and Galamsey.

Also Arnold observed that common complaints in sexual harassment lawsuit was often made by the people of his community especially the girls. Some issues such as sexual harassment unrelated to work,jokes about physical contact often occurs within the hostile and dangerous environment.

Again Arnold noted that other alarming issues that often occurs within the dangerous and hostile environment is the extortion of money by some workplace staff and other Political officials.

Lest I forget the issue of stealing was often practiced by cruel and bad people within Arnolds community.

It can be argued that human trafficking often referred as the Second coming of the Slave trade is being practiced by some wicked people within Arnolds community.

They much often sell humanbeings for money through human trafficking overseas.

Also Arnold noted that the issue of Galamsey that is the illegal mining of gold and bauxite occurs much often within the hostile and dangerous environment.

In addition all these issues affecting Arnolds community makes it a dangerous and hostile environment and must be addressed in order to curb the issuss about Galamsey,stealing, human trafficking, extortion of money, and sexual harassment.

The Court and the Police help in solving such issues in order to keep the hostile and dangerous environment safe.

The Police must always make it a mandate to help in solving such issues in the hostile and dangerous environment in order to make the environment or the community safe for Arnold and the other inhabitants to live in peacefully.

In the workplace, Arnold noted that a hostile or dangerous environment is probably one where its situation is so severe , dangerous and pervasive that it often prevents most people from working harmoniously and then disrupts businesses.

The inhabitants and Arnold also noted that the hostile and dangerous environment had physical hazards like slippery floors,falling objects, unguarded machinery,heavy lifting.

Some hazards to mental health that causes madness occurs in the hostile environment or dangerous environment. Also the exposure to bullying , customer abuse, aggression or violence occurs within the hostile or dangerous environment.

Again , Arnold commented that examples of behaviors that could create a hostile work environment or dangerous environment is that a hostile or dangerous work environment arises from any verbal or physical conduct that is based on or related to an employee protected status such as race ,national origin,religion, sex, age or any other sort of disability.

Most of the inhabitants and Arnold observed that the hostile or dangerous environment often use languages such as insults,slurs,vulgar words, name-calling and offensive nicknames in their medium of expression that brings about quarrels, fights and loggerheads among each other.

Some unwanted physical contacts, assaults, threats mockery or intimidation,hazing and then ridicule occurs in the hostile or dangerous environment.

Whenever someone is being bullied at a work or hostile and dangerous environment that victim must report the bully to the Police for proper measures to be undertaken . Whenever one is in a hostile or dangerous work environment, the individual must make it a mandate to report all sort of severe harassment to the leader,employers or the Human Resource department of the organization. Also Arnold and other victims who fall prey of such threats in a dangerous and hostile environment are always cautioned to file a claim with the EEOC or find a new job.

It is always better and important for harmful behaviors to be stopped entirely.

Finally some dangerous and hostile environment includes created hazards such as air and water pollution ,toxic waste, pesticides and chemicals ,including Galamsey health hazards.

Other dangerous and hostile environment inludes houses in slums that most Armed robbers and thieves often dwelled in.

Some friends of Arnold the Actor lived in slums especially the cruel Mr. Nobody and his family although they knew that they were living in a hostile and dangerous environment,they could not afford basic housing and other amenities like toilets and bathroom.

They sometimes find it difficult to fend for themselves within the community.

Lastly confined spaces ,fire hazards or fire outbreaks , harmful substances made Arnolds community and environment prone to diseases due to that the inhabitants often called Arnolds environment to be a hostile and dangerous environment to live and dwell in with an entire family.

In a nut shell, a hostile or dangerous environment made employees like Arnold in this scenario felt uncomfortable in the workplace and then unsecured or intimidated.
