Angela loves to bake perfectly as she was taught by her late Mom. She has this aspiring spirit of becoming the best Baker in town. Obviously, she's gonna be. She works in a bakery in a small town where she lives. This bakery is the best in town which was named "Tasty baking" by a granny which she is normally reffered to. Granny employed Angela in her bakery since she was twelve because she saw the skills she has and noticed that Angela had this great talent. She observed that in five years, Angela has been going for competitions but since she lost her mom, her motivating and activating spirit stepped down. Granny knew she had this special ingredient which she included whenever she bakes. It added alot of taste and sweetness to her baking. Granny also employed three other bakers , Esther, Sam and Daniel. Esther, she's kinda harsh with Angela and gets very jealous whenever Granny praises her. Sam, he's cool, Esther's bestie but found no problems with Angela. Daniel, quiet of all, Angela's crush. He's really good at baking and he's very close to Granny. In order words, called Granny's pet.

The usual days of work is five days a week but Angela prefers to work completely and this has made the bakery earn alot of income. Granny always watched Angela bake cupcakes, bread, biscuits, birthday and wedding cakes and so many other snacks. In all, there's a special ingredient added for all. They chatted for a while and sold almost all the cake baked. Granny got tired because of the change in weather, it was very sunny and it made Granny sweat alot. Granny needed Angela to stay with someone at least for assistance so she called up Daniel to come stay with Angela. Angela became shy while attending to the customers. Daniel tasted the cupcakes which Angela baked and it was so yummy, he started Wonder what Angela could have included to make the cake so tasty. At some point, he tried baking a cupcake and afterwards, he tasted his and Angela's. There's a very big difference. He couldn't bake perfectly just like Angela did so he started thinking she's a witch from another planet. Angela looking from behind saw exactly what Daniel did , she came inside and started baking another set. Daniel took a video of her baking in order to learn her skills. While, Angela baked she danced to the tune of the music played.

Daniel asked Angela a silly question though funny.

"Are you a witch?"

Angela didn't see that coming and changed the curve of her smile.

"Are you calling me a witch?"

" Obviously, I just did"

"Do I look like one?"

" Yeah, because you are cute"

Angela's heart skipped and blushed a bit but she hid it as she could. Before, she could say anything, Daniel interrupted.

" But that's not exactly why I called you a witch"

" So what's the exact reason for you calling me a witch?"

"That's because I've tried baking cake the way bake yours but still I just can't bake like you. I followed the steps accurately but seems like I can't find out what your special ingredient is"

"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!"

"What's funny?"

" Nothing"

" Like seriously??"

" What do you want me to say?"

" Something ........ I need to find out what your secret is because you are the only one making the customers love you"

" I don't have a secret relative to baking. Honestly, I don't"

Daniel went out to attend to the services of the customers. Angela wondered why everyone's getting jealous about the love and affection she gets from the customers and Granny. It was getting late. Daniel and Angela in a haste made everywhere neat and sparkling.

Granny called up everyone early in the morning, attention is needed urgently. Angela was the last person to come for work. She noticed that everybody's face looked kind of tensed and everywhere scattered. She asked Granny what happened............

Officer James, Granny's oldest friend back in high school came for a bite in the most popular bakery in town. Granny's bakery is reffered to as the most popular in town because ninety percent of the residents in town usually come to customize her bakery with so much joy and love-filled in their hearts.

Opposite Granny's bakery, there's also a bakery but not as popular as Granny's. Back in those days, Thomas and Granny used to have conflicts. They reconciled after two years. Thomas waved at Granny with a tricky smile and Granny did the same. Daniel's phone rings......

" Hey! We need to discuss about the plans"

"Yeah, I'll be right there"

Daniel left so quickly without uttering a word. In after few minutes, Daniel was with Thomas and some group of people. Thomas gang has been trying to discover the secret ingredient in Granny's bakery but all to no avail. In the mid-hour, Daniel and the other group were planning on how to break into Granny's bakery..

A sketch of Granny's bakery was taken down, the in and out, private sectors were all drawn. Daniel explained the best way of entrance and exit. The gang was divided Into two sections - one group in charge of stealing the secret ingredient, fixing the bullets into the guns and making sure that Thomas wins in this battle. The other section is in charge of executing the plan. Daniel's work was clear, folly Angela wherever she goes and monitor her every move.

Thomas thought of a plan and was to be executed before the day time. Angela once again used a the liquid substance to bake and Daniel could not get a hold of it neither does he know the name of the liquid substance...

Meanwhile, Thomas gang had planned carefully and wisely. They were to take actually by 12am but they left around 11:58pm. As planned, he followed through the window. After Angela cleaned and swept the bakery. Daniel left the window open which would aid the plan and make it more easier. He turned off the security cameras and they entered.

The first set of gang made a way clear and the other gang executed the plan. The scattered everywhere, turned everything upside down. Nothing was in its initial position. Daniel made sure Angela doesn't come back to the bakery. During the theft and scattering, one of the boys discovered a hidden safe locked up with a password. This safe contained something no one knows about. They tried unlocking the password but they couldn't. Seems as if, the person who locked it was very smart. Even the most intelligent boy in the gang couldn't get a code to unlock it. They had no other option than to steal the safe. Thomas insisted that Daniel rearrange the bakery but Daniel Suggested they live it as it is.....They can't find out.

Thomas hid the safe and tried his best to unlock the safe but he couldn't. Thomas wondered what was in the safe and who could have hidden the safe? Daniel also thought of it.

" Oh my gosh!!! What happened here?"

Granny screamed as she tried to call the rest. Everywhere was disorganized...Sam tried consoling Granny because she was in tears. She called officer James to do a thorough investigation on the break in.

Angela quickly ran into the baking room and in a haste started scattering as well which surprised everyone.

" Hey! What are you looking for?"

" Daniel leave me, you won't understand"

" I can help you find it, are you searching for a safe?"

Surprising..................

Even the officers were wondering what was stolen.

" I know it's a safe you are searching for"

"How did you know?"

" Angela I don't understand what is so special about the safe and why you hid it from everyone especially me"

Angela kept silent for a while and asked Daniel if he was the one who broke into the bakery. Daniel tried to avoid eye contact and made it clear he's not a thief.

Officer James decided to ask a few questions:

" This is Granny's bakery "

" Right" Esther said.

" So which one of you is close to Granny?"

"I am..." Daniel said.

" I'd like to interrogate you in Private"

" Officer James, please ask him the question here." Granny requested.

" Yeah, officer I'll like to have this interrogation here to prove my innocence to some people"

" Alright. If you are the closest to Granny, you can agree with me that you know the hideouts in this bakery"

" Of course, it should be kept confidential"

" What time did you leave work?"

" Everyone can agree with me that I was the first to leave. Around 2pm "

" Where did you go to?"

"I went to meet my friend, Thomas"

"Afterwards, where was your next bearing?"

"Home"

" Thanks for your cooperation"

Officer James was about leaving when Angela called him back..

" Sir, I need to tell you something... "

"What?"

" Sir, I think I know why the theft took place in our bakery"

" Elaborate"

"It's a safe. It's because of a safe that contains the secret ingredient of our bakery"

Granny became surprised.

" What is the secret ingredient?"

" I don't know exactly."

" Alright, I'll be asking a general question"

Everyone noded in togetherness.

"Who knew about the safe ?"

"I!" Angela said

" Anybody else??"

No one else.

" How did it get into this bakery?"

" I don't know how it got Into this bakery and who brought it, that I don't know."

" But the safe has a code and I couldn't get the code neither do I know what's inside...it's just too difficult to find out because I tried breaking the safe but it's kinda strong"

" Did you try shaking the safe to know what was inside?"

"Obviously, because I tried breaking it but I don't really know what is inside"

" Can you describe if it made a sound to understand it's make? This is my little clue to my investigation"

Angela tried recalling.....

" Honestly, I don't know what hat was inside and how to describe it's sound"

" Try to remember please"

" Sir, this is my limit to remembrance. I can't recall"

In disappointment, the inspector left. Angela and the rest tried to rearrange the scattered things. The inspector observed that th window was open and thought of taking everyone's fingerprint and the print on the window too for his further investigation.

The safe which was with Thomas and the gang was hidden as they tried unlocking the safe...it's code was so difficult to find... Daniel hurried and reported the incident to Thomas and looks like, Thomas denied him completely and now, If they results are out, Daniel would get arrested. Daniel thought of stealing the safe as well which he finally did.

Daniel became Granny's spy. Granny suspected Thomas and wanted relevant information which he gave at every single day.. Daniel didn't tell Granny about the safe even though their main target was finding out the safe which was coded... Thomas knew it was Daniel who stole the safe and decided to send his own spy to steal the safe.. All were in search for a safe which was within them.. Granny noticed Daniel's strange movement and decided to outsmart him with her own plan.. Granny later found the safe and immediately, Thomas saw her because they were both in the same room where the safe was hidden. Daniel found out and quickly ran to Thomas bakery and took his journal. He found the code but how would he be able to unlock the safe because the two enemies were with the safe...

Who's side was he on?

He decided to distract the both of them with a silly gunshot..but he still couldn't get a hold of it.

He called the both of them and told them he has the code.

Both Granny and Thomas disappointed Daniel and that's what caused the confusion between both parties. He finally got the safe after much dragging. He unlocked the safe and to their greatest amazement, there was nothing...just a Pen...

Granny, Daniel and Thomas became disappointed...

They understood that nothing important was actually stolen just a pen .. .. They secret ingredient was Angela's happiness and love whenever she bakes....
