Drama Mystery Thriller

It's a starry night, with luminescent stars lighting the sky. Just ten minutes before the clock strikes. Many emotions swirling in the room, happiness, anxiousness, and many more. Kids filled with excitement jumping around, the elderly reminiscing all the old times, and the parents proud and excited, with it ready. But what is it? Our family has a tradition passing down a favorite toy to the next generation, with only the eldest being able to receive it. Nine more minutes until its twelve, oh how I'm excited, what could it be? Could it be a robot with flashing lights, maybe a toy car that's as fast as light? Eight minutes till we get to see how lucky are we? Only child or firstborn was this moment just meant to be? With siblings of to the side looking with jealousy, they won't be able to see what it might be. Five minutes left, so near yet so far, the parents have disappeared going into their cars, with me wishing on a star. Where have they gone? I just want to know what I'll be getting at twelve o' o. 3 minutes gone, at least they are back, but what are they hiding behind their backs. One minute left, my nerves are quaking with delight. Dad's hand behind his back slowly but surely revealing it. What is it? What is it? Time slowed down a few seconds felt like a thousand years. But what is it now it's finally revealed! Oh my, I don't know why, but apparently, it's a pair of eyes.

(It is supposed to be an open ending. But I need to put 1k words. So I will write an epilogue. I am 14 yrs old, which means I will have mistakes in grammar and other things. Enjoy the story!)

Apparently, my parents have always loved playing. But it was with various types of eyes. Blue as the seas, and green as the leaves of a tree, they enjoyed many as a child. They enjoyed staring at these pretty eyes, but what they gave me was quite a surprise. It was eyes the color of molten gold, swirling, enticing, drawing my attention with its hypnotizing color. I could keep staring at these gorgeous pair of eyes for days. This is a horrifying beauty, a blessing, and a curse, but I can't look away. Everything around me becomes a blur focusing on one thing. I can't hear the fading voices of my parents, nor the jealous remarks of my siblings. I am trapped with the fierce emotion and gaze of precious eyes. I now know why they are my parents' favorite toy, something that gives them longing and joy. Disgusting others might say, but when you feast your eyes on this magnificent sight, your thoughts disappear steadily into the night. A robot with flashing lights, or a toy car as fast as light can't be compared with these set of eyes.

(Ok, I don't think I want to write after this, so I am just going to spam random things to reach 1k)
