I am a fan of science fiction, non-fiction science history and magical surrealism and most of my thoughts on writing incorporate elements of this genre. I am new to Reedsy and like the opportunity to practice writing and I hope you enjoy my thoughts and I would really appreciate any feedback or critiques readers may wish to share. This is a self-improvement exercise that I hope will improve my skillset. I like cooking, reading and taking long drives while listening to audiobooks. My favorite authors are Arthur C. Clarke, Neil Gaiman, Isaac Asimov, Haruki Murakami. Recent books I have enjoyed have been the Bobiverse saga, the expanded Foundation universe series, Anansi Boys, The Gods Themselves, and To Sleep in a Sea of Stars. Currently reading American Prometheus, Consider Phlebas, The Making of the Atomic Bomb, and Predictably Irrational.
