It’s 11:30 on a cool night in mid-October. I just got off work and am not quite ready to go home. I decide to go for a walk to clear my head. I get showing up fashionably late, but this is almost ridiculous. Work was crazy, out of control. I'm lucky to be getting out of there alive. Shayla's gonna be so pissed. Deep sigh.
