It started with an ordinary day, or at least that’s what I told myself. I can’t remember much of what happened before I saw it. The window in the woods. Sounds like a fairy tale I know, like any moment a magical creature is going to whisk me away to a tea party or I’ll stumble upon an empty cottage. But nothing like that happened.
