Adventure Christian Kids

Remember: We are all children of God.

Reminder: We are all children of God.

When we, at times, choose to act, perform an act, say a word, blurt a word, sing a song, dance a jig, read a good book, it all matters in the grand scheme of life.

Perhaps, the most important:

Walk the Walk.

And in our beautiful world, on our beautiful earth, means differences may be what drive our choices.

Only peace and harmony should drive the motivations.

Talk is cheap in the mouths of the wicked.

Whitsuntide like there is no tomorrow.

Dance like there is no tomorrow.

Jig like there is no tomorrow.

Read His scripted words like there is no tomorrow—over and over.📖

Talk. Talk with meaning behind one’s words. Whether they be whispers, screams, whatever.

True. Sometimes, it isn’t what we say. It is how we say “it”.

Consequentially the rightness and wrongness defines our souls. Even bone tired, at the end of the day.

Let’s finally admit it. No one of us always understand the words of another— the inflections, the word speak, the FACT we do not understand what they may be saying, the speed of their words, the grumbling and mumblings.

Yes. At the end of the day life is good when we are

Heard.

It should not be a “one way or another” embarkation or disembarkation of all things good. On the boat. Off the boat. Does not always mean: “We have arrived.”

It should just be good. Good enough to be here. Let’s start there. And here.

God did not put us here on earth without knowing us, testing us, challenging our mettle of how to be. How is can be.

Be good!

Yes. Simple. But. Not easy.

Why?

We become angry when we do not get our way. Reminder: We are all children of God. That does not mean we, especially the adults in the room, must act like a child😊What happens when we do not get our way.

Screaming.

Tantrums.

”Ghosting”

Bullying.

Rioting.

Looting.

Online or Offline.

It is all just the same.

The permeation begins young nowadays. The permeation of viewings of normalcy until saturation befalls the common sense. Hindering our abilities to make sense of the nonsense staring back at us,

with our own eyes, even.

Ugh.

Leaving us wondering did we really choose “this”?

Simple:

Soul Crushing versus Soul Searching begins with a Soul.

Compliced: Meanness

A Soul.

He gave us all one. We need to nurture the power of His gift with the gentleness of His power. He is—for all of us—a daily dose of power—when we pray, when we ask Him for His advice. When we fail.

Especially when we listen in silence to His words. The best question to ask is: “What is the goal?” “What is our goal?” Thinking we can outsmart Him and another is so, so

Foolish.

Of course. He knows a lot about fools, too. He carried the cross for them, for us.

He does not wish us to be fools. He can spot one a mile away, in a nanosecond, too. He wants better for us. We should want better for us, too. We think, sometimes, when we become tired, that we deserve, less than.

We order, pre-order, check the order. Then, unfortunately we choose to

Disorder.

In an attempt to order the way we want things, the way we like it. Bump another out of the line and take their place—-satisfied and thinking incorrectly— we won the fight at all costs.

When we see a fork in the road, we not only take it.

We steal it.

Then.

We lose it. Our minds. Because we are hungry. Throwing away our freedom and morality with the chicken bones and cookie crumbs. All because we refuse to admit we were wrong, bringing everyone down with our selfishness.

Reminder: We are all God’s children.

We, adults, do not always have to act like one.

The cost of losing our soul=High. Not standing in the spirit of the Pentecostals journey is not smart. It may result in outsmarting another. That is easy. To outsmart another satisfyingly. The “buzz” is short lived. The damage can last forever.

Thank God he walks along side us. Day by Day.

When we do not grow in the mercy He provides for us, we must try, try again. If at first you do not succeed, try, try again.” It is how we grow in His love. And. His love is great. To “kid” ourselves into thinking His love is not the greatest is to deny ourselves true love.

Leaving us seeking it in places that are empty.

And

Losing our intelligence. In the midst. Losing purposeful action. “Doing it” to get ahead, to homewreck one another. Wreck the home of another.

He writes, re writes revises the life of God according to God as a reminder to us to get real, get to work, get down to business of running our lives not into the ground, but into an uplifting spirit like that of His.

An ascension. Like today. Fifty days after he left His mother and all of us.

He came back. To remind us to be kinder and gentler to ourselves and to others. He knows we are flawed. He never waivers in reminding us. To be better. Day by day. For eternity.

Yes. Eternity is a long time😊. Promising to do good by someone, our neighbor, may, at times seem like an eternity. 🙃 He taught us to be strong in our power to act with only kindness.

Ugh. You may say with the words of a child, “I don’t wanna.” Well. Kids get a pass. Adults should not.

Old testament. New Testament. In the end it is really All testament. To Him. He gives us the words, has most assuredly provided His actions as proof.

He wants only the best of us for us to share with one another. How we choose each day to share is our business. The kids, the real kids, are watching.

The adults in the room. Their gestures of dialect. Of life, humanity and hope for a brighter future. (pf)

We need to echo—loudly—if necessary. Listen to the whispers gently and when the screams become too much to bear.

Bear with another.

Read. Learn. Ponder. Yearn.

For His greatness is everlasting.

We owe it to the youth of all our tomorrows that we stop ignoring the wrong of what is today.

Stop pretending.

That is child’s play.

Get real.

He leaves His words with us each day.

Every day.

His manuscripted words have been around for an eternity. We should choose to be the ones who rather than play act out on the screens of our lives.

Get to work.

And if we so choose, be the actors doing what is right instead of simply performing what is wrong in order to pre-order that which we want and use only to get a rise.

He has risen.

He has shown us how.

With the courage to stand alone if necessary.

Now.

It is our turn.

To not sell our soul.

To share the soul and kindness we learn from Him.

With,

The wisdom to know the difference.
