Can't Fool Me

It all started from a vigorous group of five teenagers working for a little café owned by themselves. Dazzle, Sia, Marie and Poppy were the girls and Jasper was the boy among them. They all were best friends once they were little kids. It wasn't so known that all of them loved cooking. So when they were almost ten, they told each other about their interests and everybody had kind alike choices. They decided to open a little stall just to check if it worked out and it was a more than suitable job for them! So Marie had an exotic idea for opening a café. Everyone was kind of excited for that idea and were pretty sure they would agree with it as this wasn't a hard job for them anyways. They decided to start a business of two years and observe if it was suitable for them. Two years had been passed while they were working for it even with school but still were appreciating for working together as a team. The enticing name of their café was 'Café Connections'. Nobody was the leader as they thought that all of them were equal so everybody had a mild job on the other hand of handling the café. They had mild refreshments available in their café like mint drinks, handmade snacks, coffee, tea, sweat breads and salads. Sia and Poppy were the chefs there as they had a great taste in their hands while Dazzle was at the coffee and tea counter and Marie was approaching the rest of the café. Jasper was the delivery guy and used to bring the items, grocery and everything else the café needed. The café was beautifully decorated by all of them with flowers, sceneries, clay items, plants, Matte marble, attractive funky paints. The café was very popular and exalted in the whole wide Brook town with official and memorable costumers who used to visit every day. They used to get orders more than visits for special events, occasions and parties. All were professionally trained for cooking and baking and the art in Sia and Poppy’s baking was absolutely awe-inspiring! They were successful in their work without any sufferings and struggles so they decided to continue this job. The third year was started and it was the mid of March. All of a sudden, Dazzle shouted and told everyone about the arrival of April fool’s day very soon! Marie, Poppy, Jasper were equitably excited for the day except of Sia. Sia is a girl amongst the team who likes to be simple, quiet and decent. She doesn’t like talking and chatting too much and often just focus on her school and café efforts. And thing that obviously should be mentioned is that she was not excited about April fool’s day at all. She didn’t like this day since she got to know about it and while the team was talking about the day and deciding the special dish for the day and the tricks they would play, Sia just walked away from there and deceived them by informing them that she was studying for school even though she was not but she just wanted to get away from the April fool’s day thing. The team had planned to prank Sia this time. They always tried to but they failed because Sia is a mature and sensible girl. She knew that they were pranking her. They planned for making Sia’s popular Dish, Apple pies, but with a little difference and the difference was to put Colored pigment in it. Whenever someone takes a bite, the pigment would pop out on their face! Poppy thought that this wasn’t a good idea and even could turn into disaster like always, Sia can never be pranked on April fool’s day! Well they left this topic and started planning about the April foo’s day special and it took them a while to decide about it. Finally when it they planned to make Chocolate cookies and Vanilla ice-creams! Poppy was an expert for making ice-creams and on the other hand, Sia’s cookies were fresh and very popular. This time the both dishes weren’t the normal ones they used to make but this time, just for the sake of April fool’s day, the ice-creams was going to be of butter-cream just lie the normal Vanilla ice-creams and the Chocolate cookies were going to have a pop-out pigment in them as they planned for Sia’s prank too. Time past swiftly and just a day before, the team arranged the Café for the day. On the first of April, Sia at sharp six am, started preparing Chocolate cookies and Poppy started making ice-cream cones. Marie decorated the board outside with their special today. At almost twelve pm, the chefs were done with the dishes. Sia told them that she wanted to go back home for a while as she wasn’t feeling well excuse to get rid of the April fool’s day celebration… the team got a little worried as they had secretly made doughnuts with that pigment and hid the secretly so Sia doesn’t know and it was all just to fool her this time, but she informed them and left the café for good.  Two hours had had been proceeded and Sia still wasn’t back at the café and the celebration of the day was at its peak to start. Sia wasn’t actually back to her home but went far away to spend her time alone for at least the whole day. She went to the Jasmine’s Park and saw nobody there. Not even a kid. So she decided to spend some time there and sat near the pretty flowers there. She started picking them up and made a bunch of them like bouquet. She decided to go someplace else but instantly, she noticed a lady with a little infant in her hands. She approached to her and she liked the baby so much! She gave the flowers bouquet she made to the baby’s mother. The mother thanked her and even asked that why was she alone on this day. Sia told her that she didn’t like April fool’s day at all and with that note, she left the park with a see off to the lady. While coming back, she observed that the lake that was miles away from the park was looking absolutely serene. She decided to sit there for some time I peace and she even saw an old lady there. She couldn’t quiet notice what she was doing but when she went near. She saw the lady sewing a sweater kind of thing. She requested that old lady if she could sit with her. Sia was very frank with that old lady as she was her grandma! Sia observed that the old lady was a bit worried and confused so Sia asked the lady if she had any difficulty or issue. The old lady told her that the sweater she was sewing was for her son. She promised him that she would gift him a hand-made sweater for his birthday but she was afraid that she had forgotten how to sew and lost her hope. Sia advised her that if she could sew the sweater as she was pretty good at it! Sia mother was an expert at sewing. Whenever she used to sew something, Sia would go and sit near her to see how sewing works. The lady instantly handed the things to her and she made a pretty good sweater for her in no time. The old was so proud of her and didn’t know how to thank her. Sia appreciated her kindness and noticed it was too late so she waved the lady a good bye and left. She decided to go back to the café because she thought that the celebrations would be over now. On her way back, she could hear somebody weeping in a low voice. She looked all around and noticed a girl sitting near the bushes. She instantly went to her and asked what was wrong. While wiping her tears, the little girl told her that she wanted to surprise her friends with jellies but she couldn’t find jellies anywhere, the girl tried to make them too but failed which is why, she was ashamed of herself. Sia felt sorry for that girl but then she got a mind-blowing idea. She told the girl to come with her to her house and she would make some fresh jellies for that girl and her friends. The girl came to joy and agreed. Sia took the girl to her home and took her about fifteen minutes to make fresh jellies. Finally when she was done, she handed the jellies to the little girl and the girl couldn’t control her happiness. She was so happy that she could finally spend her time with her friends. The girl hugged Sia while thanking her and left. Sia now thought to go to the café in case the team needed her help. Once she arrived and entered the café, she saw everyone waiting for something and then realized that they all were waiting for her! Everyone asked if she was feeling better and well than before. Sia told everyone that that she was now fine and came to the café in case you guys needed my help. The team informed her that everything went great and now it was over but they had a little surprise for Sia and with that note, Dazzle went to the kitchen counter and bought a plate full of doughnuts for each of them. They told Sia that they made it especially for her and themselves. Sia said “wait a minute guys, I’ll be back” and she went to the kitchen and took out a doughnut from the oven. Everyone was surprised and confused at the same time. Sia told everyone to take a bite, the team did and the pigment popped all on their face but when Sia took a bite and there was no pigment in her doughnut! Everyone was shocked and was staring at Sia like dumb. Sia giggled and told them that you guys can never ever fool me. I knew you guys made a plan to fool me like this, I heard it all! That is why I even left the café but came back because I knew the plan and luckily, I had an extra doughnut for myself…
