Romance Lesbian Drama

The rhythmic clatter of the train's wheels on the tracks was oddly soothing, like a heartbeat steadying the nerves that fluttered in Alexis' chest. She glanced out the window, watching as the landscape shifted from bustling cityscapes to sprawling countryside, the buildings giving way to rolling hills dotted with clusters of trees and the occasional farmhouse. The sun hung low in the sky, casting a warm glow across the scenery.

This was Italy, beautiful, historic, and entirely unfamiliar. Alexis had never been here before, and the unfamiliarity was both exhilarating and daunting. She had boarded the train in Florence, its grandeur and history overwhelming, and now she was heading to a small, lesser-known town nestled somewhere in the Tuscan hills. She’d memorized the name ‘Montepulciano’ though it still felt foreign on her tongue.

The reason for her journey sat in her pocket, in the form of a folded piece of paper. It was a letter, handwritten and heartfelt, from someone named Lucia, a woman she had never met but had corresponded with for months. What started as a chance encounter online had quickly become a deep connection, late-night messages about art, literature, and life itself, spanning across time zones and miles. When Lucia had invited her to visit, the idea had seemed romantic, almost like something out of a novel. But now, with each passing mile, the reality of it all was beginning to sink in.

The train rocked gently as it sped through the countryside, and Alexis tried to calm the anxious thoughts that threatened to take over. What if Lucia wasn’t what she expected? What if the connection they had forged through words failed to translate in person? What if this entire journey was a mistake? A big one.

But alongside the fear was a quiet hope, one that whispered of possibilities and new beginnings. There was something magical about traveling to a place you’d never been to meet someone you’d never met. It was a leap of faith, and despite the uncertainty, Alexis knew that this was a moment she would never forget.

As the train slowed, approaching what she knew must be her stop, Alexis took a deep breath. She gathered her things and stood, the letter still tucked safely in her pocket, a tangible reminder of why she was here. The doors hissed open, and she stepped onto the platform, her heart pounding in her chest. The town of Montepulciano spread out before her, quaint and picturesque, with cobblestone streets and ivy-clad buildings.

And there, standing a few paces away, was Lucia. She looked just as Alexis had seen online-tall, with dark hair that curled slightly downward towards her chest, a warm smile that reached her eyes. At that moment, all of Alexis' doubts seemed to fade. With a smile, she walked forward, ready to finally meet the person who had brought her halfway across the world.

Lucia opened her arms as soon as Alexis started to approach, a comforting embrace, and a lustful kiss. Alexis could feel the warmth of her body heat, after coming off of the cool train ride.

“You are here!” Lucia said, grabbing her face and kissing her closely. Her strong hands fit her physique. The thick accent of her voice, very broken English, and beautiful tones add to her appeal.

“I am, the trip was so long, I’m really-” Lucia quickly interjected. She seemed to be excited.

“Tired, yes, let’s go get ah you settled down on my place” The adorable but broken english is a lot funnier to see in person, rather than reading Lucia’s text. She notices Alexis’s bags, grabbing them for her. The eye contact and simultaneous smiles are not going unnoticed. As she moves the bags into her small little rusty truck, Alexis notices the muscles and physique of Lucia’s arms effortlessly tossing them into the truck bed.

“Shall we?” Lucia said while opening the passenger side door.

Alexis gets into the truck, surprisingly the interior much cleaner than the outside. A good sign, because Alexis is a very neat person. It’s an older truck, running on a six speed manual transmission. Something Alexis knows very little about, cars. Lucia climbs on in next, tossing her thick wavy hair off her shoulder. She graciously pulls off from the train station, now entering the town of Montepulciano.

The medieval feel of the town almost makes it look like it comes out of a documentary. The hillside stone structures are long lasting, very well kept, and clean. The ride to her compound wasn’t completely silent, small broken conversations of how they were excited to meet and see each other.

Alexis can’t help but to observe how far out of town they seemed to be getting, what first started as a few seconds between structures became a minute or two, stretching to 15.

“How much farther until we make it? I’m just a little impatient” Alexis lets off a small nervous chuckle.

“We are already here, we just need to get to the main part” Lucia replied nonchalantly, although it is her normal, it most definitely isn’t Alexis’s. Within that same moment a colossal villa becomes bigger and bigger upon arrival.

“That is absolutely stunning, this is all yours? You are just so amazing” Alexis awed with astonishment. She grabs Lucia’s leg, shaking it with excitement.

“I’m so excited for you to be here, we going to have so much fun” Lucia returns the excitement. Putting the car into park, she leans over the center console and kisses Alexis’s cheek. The dusk perfectly glowing across Alexis’s face, shining through her hair, all her features as alluring as Lucia’s.

As Lucia shows Alexis around, the villa is a serene retreat, nestled on a hill with panoramic views of the large body of water nearby. Its sunlit rooms, with high ceilings and large windows, open onto terraces overlooking lush gardens and an infinity pool. The interior blends rustic charm with modern elegance, offering a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. There are women lounging by the pool, conversing, having a grand time.

While entering Lucia’s master bedroom, a woman comes out of the bathroom holding a towel in her hand. Curious but dismissive Alexis leaves it alone, and Lucia greets the woman in her native tongue. The woman leaves and Lucia begins “dinner will be up shortly, I think it would taste better in bed, yeah?”

“Yeah that sounds really good” Alexis wraps her arms around Lucia’s neck and kisses her warmly. As Alexis pulls away her smile is stretched across her face. Pulling her phone out, she puts on some music. Her hand reaches out and takes hold of Lucia’s, pulling Lucia into her arms. They both let out a giggle, the connection they share is palpable. Their bodies are perfectly in sync, each step they take giving them moments of delight.

The dinner that was brought up earlier quickly was devoured, the two enjoying every last piece of the four course meal. Drinks were poured, and the first one was not savored. Throughout the night the two shared meaningful conversation, of passion, of love, and experienced the touch of lust. Their hands were fixed to each other, unable to keep them off for very long. Eventually coming to a point where they needed to break and a pause for water.

Alexis woke delightedly, glad to be in Lucia’s bed, she rolled over reaching for her. Her spot is still warm, but no beautiful Italian woman is next to her. She quickly sat up in bed, observing the grand room she had the honor to lay in. The need to figure out subsides as she gets out of bed, twirling around in just her smooth skin. Grabbing one of Lucia’s blouses, and finding the panties thrown off last night, she opens the door peeking her head out. No one lingers in the hall, and no noise echoes. Alexis puts on the slippers by the door and makes her way down towards the kitchen.

Arriving to see Lucia half naked, standing in front of the stove. The most shocking part wasn’t her appearance but the three, also half naked women, inches away from her. Alexis eye’s widen, and her mouth drops open. Lucia unmindfully turns around to say “Ahh good morning love”. The woman closest to her says good morning as well, coming up to give Alexis a kiss.

Standing in shock she kisses her back, then pulls away from the strange woman. Raising her voice “What is this? I think there is a big misunderstanding” Alexis doesn’t wait for a response and walks out.

Running back up to the room to collect her things, Lucia doesn’t even follow, the woman who kissed her did. “Who the hell- get out, please just leave me alone” her emotions are high and get even higher when the woman speaks in a language she can’t understand. She grabbed her open suitcase, barely zipping it, already tugging it out of the bedroom door.

As Alexis rolls it swiftly past the kitchen frame, it catches Lucia’s attention, pulling her quickly to Alexis.

“No no no, where you going?” Lucia stops Alexis on the steps right outside the villa.

“What do you mean where am I going? I’m going cause what you were doing!” Her voice breaks with every breath she takes.

“I thought that is what you wanted, I thought you knew” Lucia calmly stated. Of course Alexis didn’t know, a villa filled with lesbians who all, apparently share each other was not something that was common, at least not for where Alexis was from.

“How could I of known that, with all of your words that kept pulling me in and in, the way you treated me when we were so far apart, for me to come here and believe I was just getting you, is what I knew, but clearly it’s not what I’m going to get” Alexis whips around and strolls her suitcase behind her.

Lucia's face dropped and guilt creeped up her stupidly beautiful spine “I can try? Please” attempting to get Alexis to stay.

Alexis pauses and raises her finger in the air “Get me a cab or a driver, or give me a fucking donkey, I’m leaving, have it come find me” she stomps away from Lucia.

For the woman she traveled miles upon miles for all but an interesting walk, all the way back through the Tuscan hills, into Montepulciano’s small train station. Catching a trip and another journey back to where the lesbians are found, in ones.
