The streams were flowing and the sun was about to set...

His legs were stumbling …

His eyes were about to lose their luster...

Tears were flowing from his eyes...

He wanted to connect his life with the horizon of death

In despair, he lowered his face

And stared down from the height of a college building

"Hey … loser, idiot, stupid, silly boy, … There's nothing you can do, you don't have any worth"

All the voices were making noise in his mind.

He was on the verge of a plunge but he fell on his knees and cried ...

In the middle of the class, a boy Riz with dyslexia (with the obliviousness of his learning disability) was standing to read. Staring at the text of his book; he could not distinguish between some words like d and p, had difficulty with fluency, and could not even recognize the sounds in language. Tried hard but failed, all the students were laughing at him.

Who better to recognize except teachers that this child may have learning difficulty but unfortunately, untrained teachers did not acknowledge. Keep reprimanding him and calling him ridiculous words.

After class, a group of four boys made fun of him and started cackling at him. Ironically, one of them pushed him, snatched his bag, and threw all his books to the ground. Laughing at him, and giggled: loser, loser … the situation was getting worse and worse. The principal also complained to his parents that your child could not read or write properly.

When your family or friends support you, no problem is so troublesome that you find it difficult to survive. However, he had a hard time, endeavoring alone with his parents' squabbles, the ridiculous attitude of society, and depression. His parents could not resolve the dispute. So how can they understand the problem? He needed to talk to them but no one listened to him.

He failed in school many times, eventually, he passed his school and entered college.

What will be the personality of this child who has been told that you fail at life, except lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem? One who does not know how to love oneself.

He was reluctant to talk to anyone because he did not want anyone to know his weaknesses. He was in an art class when he met Zoya. His painting was nearing completion. She paused in amazement and glanced at his painting.

She asked him, "Why did you make storm painting while the teacher demanded a pleasant painting?"

He smiled and explained: You saw things being destroyed by the storm but you didn't see the roof of the house that was blowing in the wind, a man peeking out of a small window. Sitting still, he is not bothered by all the pessimistic things or predicaments around him.

Do you know what peace is?

It is the name of inner peace. Who knows that difficulties arise from ideas, not circumstances and I can't rectify my thoughts. The last thing he muttered was that she couldn't hear.

She inspired and applauded him.

Meeting in the Art class was the beginning of their friendship, maybe more than a friendship. He was feeling well with her since now someone is here who believes in him.

Nevertheless, how can he forget that moment; when he passed his college exams with low grades. Arrived at home, his father blurted out: "How much are we expending on your education but you failed and you still fail … a dumb boy …" He couldn't listen anymore. Whenever he admonishes him, he feels a severe headache and his monologue reminds him of all the absurd words.

During this worse situation, he looked impulsively at the opened door, where Zoya was standing outside, came to return his notes: she had heard everything. When they glanced at each other, she was going to leave because it didn't feel right to stay there.

It wasn't such a matter or reason that she would leave him. Regardless, his great depression made it arduous. Keeping himself confined to the room, his mind constantly reminded him that he was a loser, failure, stupid, dumb …

Fear of leaving, why would she accept a loser and failure? He has been living with all these ludicrous conditions since childhood but the fear of losing love is killing him.

Deprived of all hope of survival, he stood up again, sighing and closing his eyes. At that moment, Zoya called his name and shouted: What are you going to do?

He bawled: I don't want to live anymore, I have no worth, I can't do anything for you, even for myself; no one loves me or maybe; maybe I'm not even capable of that someone loves me. He told everything that he listened to from his childhood.

She reassured him: I never told you how much you are worth me and how I love you; how can I live if you die? Deliberately, she moved on and continued her conversation.

He stood like a stone. She took his hand gently, holding her hand, and came down. Their eyes filled with tears and they hugged each other.

They consulted an educational psychologist who pointed out his learning disability and explained: There is nothing wrong with his brain, he just requires it to be used differently. Learn some dyslexic techniques that help him learn.

After completing his law degree in dyslexia, he worked for dyslexic children and that was his goal to help them. At once he delivered a speech in a college, that he remarked:

He had to struggle with this society, his parents, and his teacher because he was unaware, and making fun of someone is immoral which is unacceptable in any aspect.

He added: "We need to learn how to help, how to love and we desperately need to train our teachers to help children who have learning difficulties."

In the last, he quoted: "I don't 'suffer' from dyslexia, I live with it and work with it. I suffer from the ignorance of people who think they know what I can and cannot do." - Erica Cook, Learning Ally member.

Her expression of love saved her life. Sometimes you need to tell your family and friends how much you love them because you don't know what part they are enduring. No matter what you do for them, expression is important because words have an effect.
