It was two o'clock in the afternoon. The scorching sun was at its fullest; spreading its burning radiation all over the city. The heat gave people misery as well as joy. The misery was in having to spend the day sweating, and burning up. The joy came in eating ice cream, going to the beach, having a water balloon fight, taking a swim, or just lying in front of the AC after terrible hours under the sun. In her room, she laid crying. The AC was ON, She was eating chunks and chunks of ice cream, but no amount of comfort could mend her aching heart. She was surrounded by a dustbin full of tissues and torn up letters. She ate a spoonful of ice cream and wept, ate another spoon, and wept some more. Once the container of ice cream was empty, she threw it in the trash can, wiped her tears with some tissues, and said to herself, " Why would he do this to me?" She had just started talking to herself again when suddenly… SPLASH! Something hit her window. She knew exactly what it was. She stood up furiously, opened the window, and was about to yell something when another one came rapidly towards her and hit her face. It was a water balloon. It burst open the moment it hit her face, and the water in it washed her face and her grief. She immediately yelled, " Daniel!" A joyful voice, indifference by the furious yell replied, "Yeah Sis!" She immediately replied, "Daniel, Why did you throw that balloon at me?" in a tone indicating her severe rage. " Because," Daniel replied. " Because why?" his sister inquired more infuriated by her brother's insolence. But Daniel calmly replied, " Because you've been moping around all day in your room, about how Cameron dumped you. It's summer vacation. Come play with me, Darcy. Let's have a water balloon fight or play tag." Darcy took a deep breath and replied, " I can't because…" But before she could finish, Daniel threw another balloon at her and it hit her in the face again. Now, she had enough. He had pushed her last nerve and like all older sisters, it was her obligation to take revenge. She stood up and furiously ran out of her room, down the stairs and out into the backyard. As Daniel saw Darcy coming towards her he ran and climbed up into his treehouse. He had expected her to come to take her revenge, so he had stashed water balloons up there. As she came towards him he threw water balloons at her. He missed most of the time. But sometimes he would successfully hit her. She looked unarmed and he planned to use that to his advantage. He hit her with all he had. But somehow she was still climbing up. In his head, he thought of the possible outcomes and acts of revenge she might take, " Nuggies, wet willies, or … No, she can't… Maybe… Oh no… She's gonna give me a wedgie!" The horror boosted him to make all attempts to keep her down, but once he was out of ammo she came to like the wind. He tried to run, but he was trapped from all sides. He knew there was no way out and he accepted his fate, but it was first then he had thought. Once she surrounded him, she pulled out 'The Hose'. He exclaimed in terror, " Oh no!" But Darcy mischievously grinned and said, " Oh yes baby!" The fleeting stream of water released from the hose hit him like a torpedo, pushing him against the wall with an ever-increasing pressure as she switched from medium to TURBO. He was drenched in water and screaming hysterically. As he struggled for control, Darcy laughed and yelled jovially, " Say, Uncle! Say, Uncle! Say it! Say It!" But he resisted and yelled, " Never! Never!" Then she diverted the water from his belly to his face, till he finally exclaimed, " I give! I give! Uncle! Unnnccllle!" Having heard what she had wanted, she stopped the hose, threw it down the entrance of the treehouse, and sat down beside him. Once he stopped gagging, she gave him a big hug. She laughed gleefully as she wiped the water from his cheek and gave him a loving kiss. Daniel blushed and asked her, " What's this for?" She smiled at him and said, " For cheering me up" Daniel smiled too and gave her a big hug. As he hugged her he said, " It's nice to see you laugh." Darcy replied, " It's nice of you to always be there to make me laugh." They hugged for a while and then Darcy began looking around. She looked at the pictures on the wooden walls, the drawings, the hand-turkeys, and the funny drawings of Nemo, Pikachu, and Simba they drew together. It all came back to her, sitting in this treehouse with her little brother when he was no more than seven and she was a little above thirteen. She recounted all the good times they had together in the treehouse. Playing, eating, dancing, singing, having tea parties, playing Peter-Pan and Elsa and Anna. She looked around and each little memory made her smile and laugh. And then she looked at her brother who was almost twelve now and she will leave him for who knows how long. The thought of leaving made her cry and a tear slid down her cheek. Daniel immediately asked her, " What's wrong?" She wiped her tear and answered, " Oh nothing. I was just thinking about all the great times we spent in the treehouse. Playing and laughing. Your just over ten and I'm gonna leave for college in two months. Leaving you behind for who knows how long." At this, she began to cry again. Daniel lifted her face with both his hands and said, " Oh Sis! You're still gonna come back. And if not I'll come to meet you with Mum and Dad. But don't cry about it. I don't want you to cry in the last few months I have with you." These words hit Darcy's heart like lightning, she said to herself, " I've been leaving this loving brother to meet that no-good Cameron. Oh, I am so stupid." She smiled at him and said, " Well if that's so. Let's have a game of Frozen. I get to be Elsa." Daniel laughed and said, " No. I wanna be Elsa!" And the rest of the day flew away like the wind. They played, laughed, ate ice cream watched Shera, and played monopoly all day long. The next coming days were also full of fun and excitement.

A very sweet story and I think you showed the brother/sister relationship very well as this kinda sounds like my relationship with my younger brother. However, make sure that you use proper paragraphs and punctuation. Having to read a big wall of text that has no gaps can get really hard to read. Paragraphs are used to discuss one main idea using a bunch of sentences. Every time your scene changes (like when she rushed downstairs) you would change the paragraph, or when a new character is introduced like her brother. Keep an eye on you...
