Adventure Christian Friendship

THE GOAT.

Be the change you want to see.

Trying to sell something that is not genuine is a daily lesson in futility.

Debates swirl.

Opinions abound.

Competitions come.

Competitions go.

Breaking news comes.

Breaking news goes.

Gossip comes.

Stirs the pot.

Gossip goes.

Throughout the trials of life, we bet, we hedge, we lie, we sneak and steal away the moments in life with which we care not to encounter or endure.

Too difficult we run away from the truth.

How to get back on track?

Running in circles is never very fun. Oftentimes, like a dog, we chase our tail. Until dizziness overcomes us and we fall down.

Day by day we daze through life searching for meaning. Believing we are owed something, anything.

Good or Bad.

Just to shake things up.

We are board.

Forgot where we came from.

We thrift and sift through life.

Day by Day.

Same patterns.

We thrift and sift through life.

Lay our heads down at night.

wake up and do the same thing all over.

The Lord is not repetitive. (pf).

He does not buy our fake attempts at change.

He knows a jewel when he sees it. And he tries to cultivate change through the beauty of its radiance. In Him we learn. Daily through kind and quiet gestures of another, of ourselves to discern in order to find.

The Precious Pearl.

The Greatest Good.

The Discerning Good.

The Value of Life.

Spent in genuine service to our fellowman.

He teaches us to become a smart shopper!!😃

He teaches us to accept the value of another at face value. He guides us to continually look for more beautiful!! In life. In others. In ourselves. Moving away from the habits and mediocrity we hold so close. He asks of us to recognize our desire to engage in meaningful and service minded acts of unselfishness towards others.

Discern in order to find.(pf)

Sacrifice our wants and needs in the spirit of giveness😇.

He guides us to find meaning.

Real meaning.

Valuable meaning.

Real and valuable meaning.

Like that of a precious pearl.

Seeing that all lives, although imperfect, are precious in their own way, own ways.

The Greatest Good is Him.

The GOAT is Him.

He is the greatest of all time.

He teaches us to recognize the precious gems of life. Discern them from junk.

There is a phrase among doubting humans. They tend to say when they are unconvinced. “I Don’t Buy It.” As in I don’t believe it. I don’t believe this or that. With God, He teaches us to be the merchant of our own lives.

The merchant in search of that which is precious.

How did God teach His son to be a great and superb shopper of all things Life?

  1. By searching in life. Exercise my desire for good.
  2. By finding in life. Practice discerning what is good.
  3. By buying in life. Spend myself for Jesus.(pf)

The Greatest Good. One can buy.

Use others as merchandise?

Not quite, not exactly. One must dig deep. One must learn the skills of discernment the Father teaches us.

There are rare gems, beautiful gems, sparkling gems.

But there are very few authentic, genuine and spectacular ones that shine above the others.

There still exists much exploitation, inhumane, dis humane indifference. Wrapped in the packages of here to get to there activities and events.

This is good.

But it is not

Great.

Seek to find The Greatest Good.

Recognize when true encounters with the Lord happen in your life. Stop. Examine them. Closely. Completely. Thoroughly. In these encounters you will be able to discern the meaning of the present and the future.

What the future holds.

For you.

For others.

It is never a waste of time to make a mistake.

It is a waste of time to not learn the best lesson from and of the mistake.

The Lord is not repetitive.

He is complete and thorough in His love for you.

He WANTS you to get it right. Find the diamond in the rough. On the roughest of your days. He implores us to keep searching for the pearl of great value. The level of great wisdom.

We must train ourselves. Train ourselves to recognize the precious gems of life. Separate the precious from the junk. (pf)

Investing in His lessons is a walk toward his endless stores of faith.

A Sharp Eye.

Be the change you want to see.

Some may say, “Fake it til you make it.” And go through the motions. Until I get what “I “want. Suit yourself. Live life as a repetitive robot and this will be what comes your way. Robotic intentions of false authenticity. If this is what you seek. Sought and you just found.

Consider of yourself and your intentions that,

The lesson has not yet been learned.

Nowadays. A high price is the cost for willing to pay for perfection. Not always a slam dunk, sure thing way to a life well lived. Once the check is cashed and we forfeit the chance to learn, really learn the mistake.

Demand action. To seek and find the genuine and beautiful.

”The deal of a lifetime”. How many times have you heard this phrase said. In media, in shopping centers, buying a car😌.

Be prudent.

“Jesus said, “The Father’s kingdom is like a merchant who had a supply of merchandise and found a pearl. That merchant was prudent; he sold the merchandise and bought the single pearl for himself. So also with you, seek his treasure that is unfailing, that is enduring, where no moth comes to eat and no worm destroys.” (Gospel of Thomas)

The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty (proverbs 27:12)

To discern is simple. It is not easy.

The Greatest Good.

Aspire to keep a sharp eye on the prize each and every day.

Not the generic.

Not the imitation.

Not the knock off.

Not the impression.

Not the reproduction.

Not the duplication.

Not the carbon copy.

Not the forgery.

Not the fake.

Not the rubber stamp.

Not the phony.

Not the likeness.

The Real Deal.☺️
