Fashionistas beware.

What you may think we are talking about isn’t really what we are talking about. What you think you can see through is really just a mirage. What you think you know, isn’t what it seems. The veil of truth and justice.

Huh?

Life can be a beautiful puzzle. If we take a quiet moment and do not try to “cram” all that is necessary into all that is needed.

Huh?

Life is a puzzle. (sa). Life can be many pieces of a puzzle that cause us to wonder about the wonderful. To wander about trying to piece “it” all together.

A puzzle.

A puzzle is a game, a game whose purpose is to attach pieces together. We assume they go together because the pieces arrived in the same box, with an accompanying picture of the finished masterpiece. The puzzle boxes come in different amounts of puzzling pieces—50 to 5000.🫨

When we begin, we assume the puzzle pieces go together. We may come to find, they don’t yet fit together snugly, comfortably. What is needed is focus, attention to detail, steady handed ness. Like humans, the puzzle pieces come in different shapes, different sizes—boxed together for a common purpose. Finish what we start.

The goal of the adventurous venture? A final product of cohesiveness and finality.

Huh?

To some, puzzles are simply no fun.

No fun.

Who has the patience? What is the point? Why must we embark on such a stupid activity?

Well. It can be good for you. Like broccoli.🥦

A puzzle causes us to think “outside the box.” Outside the puzzle piece box of the so called connective big picture. Yep. Frustration at the length of time it may take, the pieces that do not fit, the hope a piece is not “lost”. Puzzles can take an abundance of time to complete, an abundance of time for the eye to see eye to eye. Frustration may cause us to flip the table over and scatter the pieces away so we do not have to “deal with it.” Patience may be a virtue, and it may be sorely lacking in world of the puzzling puzzle pieces.

It. Being the truth. The lie. The misgiving. The delay. The deflect. The deny. The reject.

Rejection.

The rejection is the hardest part, at times. Seldom feels real good. Rarely feels swell. When used as a tool of communication, can feel downright awful. Yet. Rejection is a tool that may make the most difference in a world of differences. Soooooo in certain cases, it makes the only sense in a moment of frustration.

Blocked.

So the mind can rest and the heart won’t wander into territories of the unknown. Unknown territory can cause unrelenting fear and confusion. Darkness has its roots in it—deep. Even if and when we open our eyes at the nighttime sky, looking for answers, we see only pieces of light in the sky. Wondering what it all means. Which one shall we follow? Which illuminating twinkle up there knows best how to get me out of the funk of darkness I cannot seem to escape.

We look up because looking down is too dauntingly familiar. We do not want to see eye to eye because when the pieces are separated and crammed together too soon, lightness turns to darkness real quick.

Real quick.

Our expectations mount into a giant heap of trouble and we are left scrambling for relief. Somewhere. Anywhere.

”The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not overcome it.”:John 1:5.

What does this mean?

”May you be strengthened and comforted in knowing that the light that has come into the world for us reaches into even the darkest of our corners.”

Phew!

Hallelujah.

Thank God and goodness.

He commanded the light to shine out of the darkness.

Phew!

Hallelujah.

Thank God and goodness.

l AM the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.

YOU are the light of the world!

Phew!

Hallelujah.

Thank God and goodness.

I will follow you!

When the purpose of this crazy life is not a scattered box of puzzle pieces just waiting to be joined. We yield to Him to help us make sense of the insensible nonsensical.

I will follow Him.

The meaning is paramount as is the twinkling beauty of scattered lights in the night sky. Each sparkly twinkle tells us He is there, watching over us. Now. Get to work. Get to the task at hand. Piecing it all together.

Fitting the puzzling pieces into a cohesive masterpiece of peace and understanding. Wonderment and beauty and all things the opposite of puzzling.

Definitive. Like Him and His love for us in the trying-est of moments. The grit-the —teeth moments of biting-the-tongue and running for the exits ASAP. Because when we stop it. We learn the beauty of the real virtue of patience.

Light. Lightness. Light-filled knowledge of good over evil. It takes time. It takes your time. It takes my time. One glorious day. It takes over. The light takes over the darkness and we are no longer left with a heavy heart or empty feeling of shallowness, but with a light and airy lightness we never thought would occur.

Confused as to how it took so long, or how the puzzle pieces were intended to go together. We abandoned them on a table long ago. We were irked. The pieces just would not fit together. We tried and tried to make it look like the picture on the cover. But to no avail.

We went back in history and tried to repeat it. Thinking foolishly that the answer lied in the familiar. The patterns repeated and we thought all was ok. In effect, we fought change so hard we disallowed it to chart our new course of action. Health, prosperity, goodness for all.

When we looked up instead of down, we noticed the twinkling stars winking at us telling us all will be o.k. If we believe in re birth and rejuvenation each year at this time. A tiny and strong being fought for us from the day He was born. He shared his goodness year after year for us to learn it is o.k. to be kind to one another.

Puzzling as it may seem, it is never worth selling your soul for something you think you may want versus something He knows you need. He freely gives us the answer in His goodness and light. If we remain still and quiet and listen to the quiet messages in the twinkling stars above.

We finally get it.

The pieces begin to effortlessly fit together.

The masterpiece takes hold.

Life is good.
