Chapter 1 

in the office of TX all the employees are rushing and trying to look presentable as the CEO was going to shortlist few people and send them to his new office location. He was going to choose the new people the freshers but talented one. finally, when the old so came risk and all the employees the documents their work and choose for people and the names are Amira, Julie Neo and Terence. All the four when you to the company they were excited for this upcoming project. They went to their home and packed up their stuff and left to go to airport. Then reaching the airport they had a flight of 6 hours and then finally they reach the destination. Reaching their they were shocked to see a small town it was nothing as what they imagine they dreamt of fancy places with high technology but what they saw was nothing like that no crowd no technology but only locals. What was coming next what was enough to crumble their dreams. Small van came and took them to the office Seeing the office actually all of them lost their remaining hopes. It was an old building with no structure but looking strengthen entered the building there was no internet connection nor there was any place to keep the PC or there was no office material to work on. Amaira Julie neo and Terence sat down. They were thinking how easily they got tricked. Finally gathering all the courageous they decided to call the CEO. What they thought was he won't pick up the call but he picked up then he gave them to options one was to either run away from the assign task and the other was to turn the place into a successful project. They decided to not to run and make a list of things they need. That night the eat cup noodles and sleep on floor. 

Chapter 2 

next day all got up early in the morning and started to clean the place as it was very dirty and no one could work in such a place. When they were done cleaning, they heard the local shouting all rushed to see what was happening outside. All the locals were suspicious of them they ask them to go back and not to create hinderance in their personal matters. They also claimed that the place was there's always screaming and shouting. Terence run inside and brought a note with him it was a piece of paper. It was given to him by the CEO as he knew that this thing is going to happen in the future. Seeing the paper one of the local backed out saying this paper and the news commerce are telling the truth this place is sold to them and we can't claim it any more to be ours. Understanding that the locals can't remove them they had to leave the place. The newcomers were relieved. They waited for a long time outside for the office material to arrive. Meanwhile the girls left to bring some vegetables and necessities but none of the local were ready to sell them when they returned said they were surprised to see all the office material and on top of that there were also vegetable food grains and some necessities. Boys told them that some of the locals are very kind they are helping them and are also willing to learn from them. 

Chapter 3 

Slowly more and more people came to work with the newcomers as they were curious to handle the technology to see new things gradually, they were getting more and more engaged in the work and now we're also skilled in some of the things. Few were dealing with PC better than the newcomers. One day suddenly the system stopped working when the newcomers tried to work out it was not happening then one of the local who was working, they stood up and repaired the system always shocked he then told them that he always dream to work with species to work with the technology. Also, he told them that there are many who want to learn new things but step back because they like information they lack of understanding. This was enough for the newcomers to realise that there are still many who want to learn who want to survive in this competitive world who want to have a better life so from the next morning they started to go to every person of the hometown and Knock at the door and explain them to start what they want they also promised them to help them in case if they need the help. Initially no one came but slowly people started to come some of them even join the company. 

Chapter 4 

it had been six months the locals were now no more suspicious of the newcomers they were confident in their ideas. The company was progressing swiftly. Every household in the small town engaged in companies work and earning something some or the other way. Many young people who were working in the company's got the offer to work in the headquarters also. The lifestyle of the people in the small town was getting better and many positive changes in the life. Many people started their own online business and somewhere now independent and skilled enough to start of their own small business. The newcomer succeeded in getting help from the locals to open the library many children while getting education and also got the chance to improve the standard of living. The newcomers were also improving themselves they became professional in their company they were the seniors in the company now they had their own way to deal with the problems and to deal with the CEO was also very happy to see the progress of the company. In a year the company of the small town had
