You have always known the stranger danger rule, but sometimes crossing that line is just too exciting, you enjoy evening walks with a some of the friends you're close to. One of them suggests a random game of truth or dare, you all agree and its all child's play at first that is until a dare gets you walking up to a stranger and scaring them so bad she passes out, that awakens something in you which seemed impossible, a scene where being the stranger is way fun. You can't help but want a do over of scaring random people, the shock on their faces awakens an urge every time a new person reacts to your specialty, your new found hobby gives you the drive you have been searching for until you accidentally shock an elderly to his death, shocked and scared you call for help and all is well as it is proven to be natural causes behind his demise, having learnt nothing for the wrong, you seem to have loved a bit of what just happened, maybe not a bit,time goes and by now you are well down a path of darkness and seems to have a no return ticket for how deep the hunger suppressed had surfaced, you take evening walks but now its alone, and have taken lives of the elderly too cowardice to take on someone stronger and able to defend themselves, soon you are well down the serial killer road, families puzzled as to why and who is behind the elderly killings. You eventually up your evilness as courage creeps in and thanks you the evening killer is now in full swing, some of your friends have fallen victims by your hands, in your head they deserved it as it was the annoying ones. By now you thrive on how much the town has given you the respect you think you deserve, the news had been all over the crimes but nowhere close to capturing the evening serial killer, the rest of your friends are all in touch with you but when evening comes everyone goes to their respective homes as there was a curfew to follow, the fact that you have shaken up an entire town without being caught or so much as be a suspect was something you were too proud. Now you have a whole program on how to go on about your business of wrecking havoc to a once silent rather boring town you call home. Going to work was always a bore for you, but now you couldn't hide your ugly grin as you know what your evenings await you. The killings are coming to a slow as the enforced curfew is proving positive for the town, but this was not what you are after, the lust of blood grew and now it was like a drug you could not withdraw from. The evening was not enough to satisfy you anymore, the morning had started feeling like the time for the killings now, but that was not as smooth as the former, the public was at high alert when the day begun, the officials were well on higher alert, kids guarded all over, no where you turn would be easy anymore. But as evil as you have become there was no way of turning back, nor do you want to. You start off by one of the friend you think has grown distant, next was one of the neighbors that looked at you unpleasantly that one time, you had no specific time now, all you needed was a small window of opportunity and you would strike. Getting sent out to another town for work emergency opened up a new and easy ways for you now, you finally had a way of killing two birds with one stone. The neighboring town starts panicking as to all the new killings, not so much a silent town as yours but no crimes enough to cause alerts had taken place before. What every serial killer never anticipates is a random person taking notice of your comings and goings, and you are no different. On your routine work to the neighboring town a young lady approaches you, you are taken aback with her beauty and sincere smile, getting a bit lost in thought on if you want to end her or date her she snaps you back to reality, she just so happens to be a new worker who was assigned to help you with work but you were too caught up in your head to know all this. The trip this time is less eventful, but your mind is to blame as it is fully concentrated on a new unseen distraction, everything about her has you weak a your knees, for the first time in a long time, you find yourself thinking of how nicely you want to be in front of a stranger, you get closer and now your guard is all the way down, the stranger brings you back, the you that was long gone and taken over by a serial killer, she just has a thing about her you could not quite place, when you finally get the courage to ask the stranger out, she accepts flashing the smile that got you. While on your date, everything goes smoothly, sipping away at your drink and gradually getting tipsy, she invites you over at hers, you don't even care how fast she seems to be going, but things take a turn when you reach her place and see a photo of you on her table side, and by now you are too drowsy to fend for yourself if a kid tried pushing you, she flashes that smile and soon enough you know it is too late to get out, she ends up saying how you should be wary of strangers who love their deceased grandparents. You know how this will end and how karma will always find its way back to you no matter how long it takes.
