The unexpected day

When I woke up that morning I heard a scream it scared me. I looked outside and Grandma was here then I knew it was Freddy screaming. I tried to go back to sleep but Freddy came in “Mable Grandma is here!” I got up “I know Freddy” “come say hi please she came here for you” “she came here for me?”. That made me actually get up. I walked down stairs “Mable honey” Grandma said I hugged her “I got a present for you” she reached into her purse and she poled out a beautiful bracelet it was silver with letters that spelled Mable “thank you Grandma, thank you very much I love it” “oh your welcome dear, now try it on” I tried it on it fit. “Grandma do you want to see my dress?” I asked “oh yes dear I would love that” I ran upstairs to put it on and this time I put it on with boots and the bracelet and the necklace “oh honey it's gorges” Grandma said “mom Mable get together I want a picture” Mom said.  Me and Grandma got together, right when mom took the photo I tripped on mister Mower and the photo turned out interesting let’s just say if you’re feeling blue look at that picture. After that funny scene I ran upstairs to change. I decided to put something different on, I put on a striped black and white shirt with blue pants and my brown boots. Me and my Grandma went for a nice neighborhood stroll. When we came back I went to Audrey’s house and Grandma stayed home with Freddy and my mom. “Ding dong” I rang the doorbell, someone answered it. At first I didn’t recognize him so I relisted “hi are you Audrey’s brother?” I asked “yes I’m Gabe” “well nice to meet you Jack i mean Gabe is Audrey here?” I asked “yes she is right upstairs” “ok thanks” then I walked in and ran upstairs. “Hi Audrey” I said “hu, oh hi Mable” “hi” “how are you?” Audrey asked “oh Me?, I’m good, how bout you?” I asked “good” she replied “so anything new happens?” I asked “um yes really big things” she told Ben came over. “If you would like to hear the rest of the  please read the Audrey book where it tells you all about Audrey and her life or you can read the Michal book and it is suggested  to read” Juliana said the Author. “Wow really that is really funny that really happened?” I asked “yes he was kind of mad but it was funny” Audrey said. After we calmed down we both headed down stairs for a snack then we talked about the dance “so who are you hoping will ask you to the dance?” Audrey asked “um I don’t know there is this kid named Micha he seems nice, I don’t know, I don’t really care who asks me, I don’t even care if I don’t get asked” I said, and it was true if I don’t get asked then I will just go with some friends, I mean it wouldn’t be so bad. “really you wouldn’t care?” Audrey asked surprised “I mean not really” I shrugged “Mable you will  get asked to the dance, I just know it” Audrey said trying to make me feel more confident. “Thanks Audrey that was nice” I said “your welcome” “now Audrey who do you want to ask you to the dance?” I asked intrigued “um well, ok, I want Ben to ask me to the dance he seems nice hZ zxzce is a little attached to his phone though” Audrey said disappointed “oh well he’s nice so that’s good, right?” I said trying to cheer her up “well yeah” Audrey said “And it’s not like you are marrying him when you get older, I mean I can’t date till I am eighteen” I said “same” Audrey said and then I had to go, my Grandma texted me. I wasn’t expecting my Grandma to text me I was expecting my mom to text me. I walked out of the house. Hopped on my bike and rode on the side of the road.

       When I was riding I looked down and at my feet was a squirrel I screamed “ahhhhhhhhh!”  I was terrified I started to twist and twirl all of a sudden “I have a squirrel in my pants!”. That made me jump off my bike and run all the way home then once I reached the house it jumped out of my pants and sprinted up a tree. I was so glad that was over, then I walked back to grab my bike, when I got to it, it was totally demolished

       “no no noo!” I yelled. A car must of ran over it. What am I going to tell mom? I called Audrey “VRING VRING!”  “Hello” Audrey said “hi Audrey its me Mable, um my bike got ran over can you ask your mom or dad to come pick up wats rest of my bike?” I asked “um actually my mom and dad are not home right now but I can bring my brothers wagon over?” Audrey said “ok that sounds good” I replied. A few minutes Audrey arrived with a wagon and a rope to hold my bike down. “Wow your bike is totally demolished” Audrey said. My bike's wheel was ripped in half, my handle bar was bent with the grip sliced into little pieces, and my seat is still on the mane middle piece but it’s a little bit ripped up. “I know” I said then we pulled it back to her house and I walked home. By the time I got home it was dinner time, I told my mom about the bike she didn’t really care so I just went upstairs and read a book. It wasn’t a really good book but I was bored so I didn’t really care. After twenty minutes went by I found myself asleep. When I woke up it was about dinner time. Grandma was cooking dinner. I could smell the wonderful egg omelets, and her yummy chicken cooking in the oven, and her most tasteful desert. She was making apple pie. 

    Maybe I love it so much because apple pie is my favorite food in the world. I quickly ran down stairs. “Grandma are you making apple pie?” I asked excitedly “well yes I am” she replied “can you tell me when it is done?” I asked “yes darling” “and I will make sure Freddy doesn’t get to it first” she whispered in my ear.  So, I headed upstairs to do some homework. Homework took a while because by the time I was done the apple pie was done. 

The dance was in two days. I had everything I needed just to find myself a dance partner. That day at school was just an ordinary day, I did homeroom then science then math than lunch. At lunch I sat with my normal group Audrey and Michal. We talked about what we had planned for our weekends and what we were excited for and what we weren’t. After I finished my lunch I decided to go to class early. I was walking out the doors when I got asked to the dance.

      I was expecting not to get asked to the dance but I might be surprised. I am not really looking forward to the dance but I mean it's fine. I mean I should look on the bright side. For one i actually  

got asked and i will get to have fun with my friends. 

When I got to my class room I sat in the seat next to ben. Not that fun by the way. He was on the phone the whole time texting his friends constantly. When class started we did some ugly sentences which are not the funnest because I never get to fix it so i am basically just sitting there the whole time.  Then we just did what we usually do for the rest of class. When school was over I got a ride from Michals mom. She asked a lot of questions i can tell their

         When i got home from school i just flopped on the couch accosted. I just layed there for a while until I decided to train my dog. I looked around the house for him but i couldn't find him then  I realised i left the door open. I looked around outside and yelled his name nothing. I told people to keep their eyes open for him. I called mom “VRING VRING” “hello mom” “hi honey, what's going on?” she asked “well the dog got out” “oh no did you look for him?” “yes and i told people to look out for him” “ok good i will be home soon i will help you look some more when i get home” “ok see you then” i replied.

      I was so relieved that I was so cool about this. I was thinking she was going to be so mad and angry at me I guess I was wrong. I decided to watch a movie because I had nothing else to do. I watched beauty and the beast because well its beauty and the beast. When that was over I took a nice warm bath to calm me down. By the time I hoped out mom was back. I quickly got dressed and ran down the stairs. “Mom can we start looking now?” i asked “um ya let me just grab my purse” she said “ok i will be outside” i replied. It was like ten or fifteen minutes until she came out. 

     We started walking down the left side of the neighborhood. First I was holding her favorite chew toy in my hand, squeezing it.  We looked for about three hours and there was no sign of her so we decided to go home.

       I was really bummed we didn't find her. When I got home I was really tired and so I brushed my teeth and walked to my bed. When I sat on my bed there was a yelp. I quickly stood up. I lifted my covers and under them it was Bubbles “Bubbles!” she was wagging her tail so fast. “Mom, I found Bubbles!” I was so happy I almost cried. “ Bubbles” Mom said not as happy but still happy. Bubbles just slept, I love Bubbles. I was so happy I found her. That night I slept with Bubbles and the next day I trained her how to sit. “Mable honey time for school” Mom yelled from down stairs “coming” I yelled back then ran down the stairs picked up my backpack then ran out the door. When I got on the bus Audrey wasn’t there nore was Michal. i was so confused. I looked around to see if I could see Michals. “I love math shirts” or Audrey pink tennis shoes but I didn't but I did see them but I did see Jenifer and her friends. She looked over and I quickly jumped in a seet. I looked over and I was sitting next to a new kid. His name was Calub had blue shoes, a sweat shirt that had the name of our school “pretzel middle school” The sweatshirt had a pretzel on it. I was surprised he actually put on that thing because the name of our school is the worst name in the history of names. I mean Pretzel Middle School. That is awful but it is the best middle school in California so yeah. 

           When lunch came Audrey sat with Ben for the second time. They sit together all the time. I Think Ben is going to ask her to the dance. He definitely has a huge crush on her. I creepily watch them like a hawk. Ben was dreamily staring at his phone and Audrey was dreamily looking at Ben. Audrey finally said something but i couldn't hear her. suddenly she looked over. She did this weird thing with her body like she was trying to karate chop the flo0r or something. I stopped looking at them for a minute and I looked over to Michal.

             He was also creepily staring at Ben and Audrey too. Michal was so integrated he started leaning more and more forward until he fell off his seat and flat on his face. He stood up and his glasses had a big fat crack in the middle of his glasses. He screamed so loud when he noticed the crack.

      The nurse came in her feet moving at like 40 miles per hour. “what happened?” “My my GLASSES!” he yelled and all of the sudden he started crying. The nurse quickly took him away to her office.

       I was grabbing books out of my locker when I looked  over and I saw Michal and Ben with flowers in their hands. Michal was wearing plaid with his black pants and his broken glasses with duct tape in the middle of his glasses and his face was still a little red from when he was crying. Then Ben in his cool tuck seeto and his fancy shoes. Just then both of them asked if Audrey would go to the dance with them.

             “She's not going to the dance with you BOZO” Ben said

“hhh” “do not call Audrey a BOZO that is so rude” Michal screeched. After Audrey said something i couldn't hear all of a sudden Michal goes to lean on Audreys shoulder Audrey goes to whisper something to ben, Michal falls strait on his side “OOOOWWW!” MIchal yells all of a sudden Jenifer walks up “hi Michal” Jenifer says “hi girl whos never talked to me before” “I am Jenifer I see you on the  bus” Jenifer menchence “oh” “um i was wondering if you would like to go to the dance with me saturday?” Jenifer asked I was so surprised I mean the most popular girl asking the nerdiest boy to dance . It was like a romance movie.   Everybody  was waiting for an answer. We waited a minute “SAY SOMETHING!” a voice said coming from the other side of the hallway “yes” michael replied my mouth dropped.

I was waiting at my front door with my blue dress, brown boots and necklaces and bracelet. I was waiting for Finn. Finally I jumped in the car with Finn and his mom. “Hi Mable” he said “Hi” “you look amazing” I said. He was wearing a tuck seeto with his hair slicked back. I was waiting for a thank you or you look good but nothing. I am hoping Audrey will be there with Ben so that we can go as a group. When we walked in there was loud music, kids laughing and dancing  and having fun. The place looked grate flowers were hung above us and streamers in the doorway and some disco lights on the floor. It was so cool.
