Romance Happy Funny

I hate almost everything. From chocolate to roses. From talking to playing. But most of all, I hate change. I am not one to welcome it. I despise it. I like being alone, but people always think of me as a poor, lonely girl. My only best friend is Oreo. He is my 1-month-old Shih Tzu pup. I can proudly say that he has more patience than any person in the world. Shih Tzus are known for being lively, but I guess mine matches my personality. He only opens up to some people. Though I dislike many things, there are a few things that bring a smile to my face.

  1. Dogs
  2. Reading
  3. Writing

I am a very ambitious person who won't let anything get in the way of her studies. I bet you wouldn't have guessed that from my bio. Anyways, you might be wondering what I am doing right now. I am in my homeroom, and the teacher is blabbing about something. I take a glance at her and see that she's got a nose piercing. I wonder how she scratches her nose when it gets itchy. That's when I notice something out of the corner of my eye. There's a boy walking into my class. He has brown hair and hazel eyes. I wonder who he is as I have never seen him before. The teacher introduces him as Chester Nut er- Chester Campbell. All the girls are flattered by his stunning looks but not I. I only think of him as a rich brat. I realize that there are only two empty seats. One is next to me and the other is behind Olivia. I quickly put my bag down on the seat so he doesn't sit there. But that doesn't stop him from asking. Miss Garcia notices it and quickly asks me to remove my bag. I do it but with a heavy heart. As a good gesture, I introduce myself, but that's the farthest I am gonna go. As he sits down, I notice that he is wearing a Cartier watch. Guess I was right about that rich brat thing. After an eternity, homeroom ends, and I make my way to another class. He comes running after me. Maybe he wants to be friends. I put on my earphones hurriedly so that we don't interact. Close call. That introduction thing was not a good idea. Turns out his second class is the same as mine. Chemistry. Great. Thankfully we aren't partners. During recess, I see him bragging about his watch and his smart water bottle and his cologne and his this and his that. God, I hate people who boast. I loathe him because of his snobbishness. Finally, school gets over. I walk to my bus and start scrolling on my phone, the second I sit down. I get off at my building - Sovereign Apartments. He gets off too. This is not good. I continuously pray - God, please don't let him be my neighbor. Meanwhile, I get in the elevator, hoping to escape from his gaze. Even after all of my begging, he gets in at the last moment. Right now, we are the only people in the elevator. He strikes a conversation again but I go back to scrolling on my phone, hoping he gets the hint. Suddenly I hear a loud thud. The elevator stops moving. I never did like these dumb machines. He starts panicking, I tell him to calm down and breathe. He tries to breathe but it sounds more like wheezing. I try to figure out a way to get help. I message the authorities, but by the look of their texts, they are not gonna come any soon. Fortunately, there is some ventilation. I can't help but look at his face. He has a chiseled jawline and sharp features. Then, I remember what happened earlier at school today. I decided to tackle him about it. He responds by saying that at his previous school, he did not have any pals. He was singled out by the wealthier kids. That's why he had changed schools. He wanted to prove his past wrong and tried to make friends by showing his expensive accessories. Which he had realized afterward was not the best way to do so. Now, I kinda feel bad for him. I feel happy that he admitted his mistake. Suddenly, out of the blue, he says I have enchanting eyes. I forgot to mention that I have blue eyes, a rare color. I just flash a smile. Oh no, I am starting to like him. Shit! It can't be happening. I check my phone for new messages and then catch him dazing at me. I think we're gonna kiss. My first kiss. I ask him what happened, and he replies that I am too beautiful for his eyes. I say nothing. Instead, I kiss him on the cheek. My lips slide down and meet his. They feel so soft, so warm. He kisses me back, and we keep going, oh never to stop!

Another one of my stories:

DAY 1 - How bad can a day get?

Dear diary,

How was your day? Let me tell you about mine (please bear with me and my emotions) .............. Uggghhhh, how I hated today! Today was supposed to be a good day, a fun outing to Mr Dunkin's Amusement Park. But no, God definitely has some serious issues with my itty bitty happiness. I don't feel like, but I will still fill you in on what happened. I woke up at 7:30 (for the first time in my life). I drank some water (Mumma says it's good for your health) and then, while still being sleepy, I started to iron my new teal jumpsuit that I had selected especially for today. I so so regret doing that! You will get to know why in a minute. In my drowsiness, I accidentally turned the heat all the way up (I don't know what was going on in my head), and then to my great horror, some cloth came off of it. Totally burnt. And there sat the most gigantic hole I had ever seen in the whole 13 years of my life, on the right leg of the jumpsuit. Great, that was just what I needed to start my day. I went into full panic mode. Nothing could calm me down, not even chocolate, AND that's something! That's when mom came to my rescue. She suggested that I put on a dog sticker.........and it worked! Hurrah!! I completed all the morning essentials and changed into my jumpsuit. I had breakfast with my annoying brother and eccentric cousins, and then off we went. Throughout the ride, a million speed-breakers had given us company. Quite shockingly, I managed to reach there in one piece. We went to get the tickets and suddenly I saw my worst enemy, like LITERALLY my worst enemy, in front of the line. Let me introduce you to Ms Hoity-Toity. Her name's Abigail, and she always walks with an air of arrogance. Also, she can't speak without malice in her voice. She has a punchable face, which is quite true. Still, all the boys are at her beck and call. I don't know what they see in her because I can look right through her and see quite the opposite. Would it kill her to be a little pleasant? Anyways, I had my fingers crossed the whole time, praying that I wouldn't run into her, but alas, we crossed paths near the snack bar. I tried to keep my cool, even though it was damn hard, especially with her annoying attitude and face. Somehow, I managed to get a polite 'hi' out of my mouth and walked away. I wish I could have punched her in the face. I shouldn't be thinking of all this, but snobbish people like her are not doing a good job leaving me alone. After nearly ruining my dress and stumbling upon Ms Fancy Pants, I was ready to get on a few adventurous rides and have fun. I decided to try out the rollercoaster first. I had butterflies in my stomach the whole time. Each time it took a sharp turn, I felt like I was an inch nearer to death. I got off the seat as if I was an angry bull that had been kept in captivity for years and was finally let loose; I felt as though some powerful energy had thrust me off the seat. I have to say, it was one dizzy ride. Whew! Next, I opted for a ride on the Ferris wheel, which was not a good decision, considering the fact that I am not a big fan of heights. After all those stomach-turning rides, I was ready for a snack. I got some ice cream with cotton candy while Cedric got a giant choco-chip cookie. Then off we went to the sound and laser show. It was absolutely mesmerizing! We clicked some photos and made our way to the parking lot. And that's when I realized the ring that I always wore was not there. I had received it as a birthday gift from mom and dad. It had a perfect aquamarine, so I am sure mom and dad must have paid quite the price for it. Where could it have gone? That's when I had had enough! I was ready to break into tears. But then, I remembered that I had kept it on the restroom slab before washing my hands. I bolted like lighting through the paths, trying to find it, but it appeared as though the restroom had vanished. I asked a worker for help so he led me to it. I searched every single corner, but it was nowhere to be found. By then, I was a hopeless mess of guilt. Now, I was ready to head down on the pillow and just clear my mind. I told my family about my unsuccessful search and we headed back home. Bonne Nuit!
