A Loving New Year

As LaTosha sits at her desk New Years eve of 2022 wondering what Mike has planned for the night her boss taps her on her shoulder and she turns around her boss has twelve dozen roses in a beautiful vase and hands them to LaTosha she sits them on her desk thinking how sweet Mike is. Mike sent a message on a card telling her that he will pick her up at three. Mike starts to make reservations for their night hoping that she is going to enjoy everything he has planned for them. After Mike makes all the special reservations for their evening he decides to do a load of laundry, do the dishes he has accumulated, and then he takes his truck through the car wash. Mike checks the time it's now 2:30 and time to pick LaTosha up from work at American Directions Group. He drives carefully through the traffick and arrives at LaToshas work. LaTosha is standing their awaiting Michaels arrival with her beautiful red roses. Mike thinks to himself look at her with her beautiful long red hair and brown eyes. Mike gets out of the truck and opens the door for her and holds the roses until she gets in. "How was your day at work today Mike asks LaTosha." It was a typical fun day I got lots of surveys but the best part of my dad was getting the beautiful roses that you sent to me. " Thank you very much Mike they are beautiful." They drive to LaToshas house so that she can get ready. Mike plays the play station while Tosha takes takes a shower and gets ready. Tosha washes her hair and feels so much better now that she is in the shower still wondering what their going to do. She steps out of the shower wraps a towel around her and goes to her bedroom. Tosha drys off standing in front of her walk in closet staring at all of her sun dresses and picks out a purple one with spaghetti straps and butter flies she wears her white sandals it is now four pm. "We have an hour drive Mike tells her and she said ok." He turns on the radio they both like country music so the two of them sing along to the radio until they arrive in the parking lot of the beach Marina. "Mike said this is the beging of are special evening together we have a tour booked to ride along the water and watch the sunset." " Oh my goodness Mike this is so cool I have never done this before. They meet the tour guide Shane and he takes them to the boat. The two of them board the boat sit next to each other and hold hands. Watching the beautiful waves ripple in the water. Shane stops the boat and the two of them watch the beautiful sunset together. Shane takes LaTosha and Mike back to the areana and they thank Shane and head back to the truck. It's now time for dinner at one of the finest seafood places around called Cedar River they get their at about 7pm and have to wait to be seated. They are greeted by a waitress named Sam. She sits them in a booth and ask what kind of drinks would you like. Tosha orders a mountain dew and Mike orders a sweet tea. Sam leaves to get there drinks. This is so cool Mike Im definitely a sea food lover of course you already know this because we've been out before for seafood dinner. Sam arrives back at the table with there drinks and takes there order. Tosha orders shrimp, cheese grits, and fried okra. Mike orders shrimp, baked potato with butter and sour cream, and fried okra. Mike and Tosha talk about there new years resolutions together. Tosha says hers is going to be to lose weight. Mike says his is to get in better shape and go to the gym more. Tosha replies well we should both get member ships to the gym and work out together then. Mike said yes that would be a lot fun. They have a gym in town that even has a swimming pool. Sam arrives back at the table with their hot steaming food and the two begin to eat their dinner. Sam grabs there drink glasses and takes them and refills and brings them back to the table. Tosha and Mike finish their dinner leave Sam a tip, pay for their dinner go to the bathroom and head for the parking lot it's now 9pm so they head for Tosha's apartment where they are going to watch the new years show and bring in 2023 together. They walk in to the apartment sit down on the sofa turn on the TV and there it is the Rocken eves new years show with Ryan Seacreast they watch Jennifer Lopez perform. They watch Shakira perform which is one of LaToshas favorites. The next part of the show is country singers they show Dolly Parton Islands in the stream, Tim Mag Raw and Faith heel it's your love, Sugar land performs stuck like glew, and then I forget the name of the singer but she sings you gotta girl crush. Mike and Tosha are holding hands as Ryan Seacreast appears back on the TV screen letting them know it's now time for the ball to drop. The ball shows up and the count down begins. 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 Tosha turns to Mike and plants her lips on his and they have the most intement sweetest kiss. Tosha and Mike kiss as long as they can. They make out on LaToshas couch for a little bit and the two decided to play the PlayStation together for a little while they like to play the Mario game together. They have been dating for six months and they haven't yet gone all the way not because they don't want to they just are waiting to get to know each other a little better before they take that final step in having each other in such away. When they are not together Tosha dreams about how it's going to feel and what it's going to be like when they do finally take the step and go all the way. Mike also finds himself wanting LaTosha and he has to push it to the the back of his mind because it makes him literally throb and ache for her. After playing Mario brothers together. LaTosha walks Mike to the door and gives him the most deepest, passionate, kiss like no other that he has ever felt before.
