Will had partied a lot last night. He bounced from party to party all throughout Boston. One party at his friend's apartment, celebrating their birthday. At the other party, he snuck into a rich hotel and attended a fashion party. He also went to a couple bars, he even hooked up with a few beautiful girls. Except, he can't remember anything from the night before. He can't even remember why he has someone else's clothes on. Once Will woke up and went to the bathroom to throw up, he looked at himself in the mirror and realized that he wasn't wearing his clothes. He was wearing a flowy floral dress and had white kitten heels on, he also had on a full face of makeup. He spent much of the day questioning what he did the night before. "Why can't I remember?" is what Will kept asking himself. Will called up one of his friends and asked what had happened the night before, and his friend, Jackie, said that he had a lot of fun the night before and got incredibly drunk. But this conversation didn't help him figure out how he got these unusual clothes on. He got changed into his "normal" clothes, which consisted of black jeans, red flannel, and some Vans, and walked to the bar he was at the night before. His friend, Jackie, said that they went to the Alley Bar, which he thought was peculiar because the Alley Bar is a known Gay bar in Boston. He talked with one of the staff who worked the night shift and they started talking, that's when he asked, "what clothes was I wearing when I came to the bar last night?" She was confused and replied, "You want to know what you were wearing when you came to the bar? Wow, you must've been shit-faced. You were wearing a floral print dress with white heels." Will was taken aback and soon left the bar, leaving the bartender without any more context. He then roamed aimlessly through Boston until he got to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, and that's when he realized, "This is where the party I snuck into last night. I've got to go in and get an answer." He went in and was soon escorted out by security, due to him not dressing up to par. Will was disappointed with not being able to remember anything from the night before and was still confused as to why he woke up in a dress. He got onto the train and he got a text from an unknown number saying, "Hey, it's me, Myles, the guy you hooked up with last night. Wanna go for round 2? Come to the HI Boston Hostel room 102." Already being confused from the night before with the dress, Will was now more confused as to why he hooked up with a guy. Will got off at the next station and walked to the hotel. While he was walking, he started thinking about sexuality, and some of his thoughts gave clear(but unknown to him) answers as to what happened the night before. He got to the hotel room and was so confused about himself that he got into bed and made passionate love with Myles. This was the best sex Will had ever had. The way Myles made him feel good drove Will to the conclusion that his sexuality was different than he thought. He spent the night with Myles in room 102. The next day, Will woke up early, still hurting from the night before, and got out of the hotel room and headed to his apartment. When Will got home, he looked at the dress and heels and realized 2 things, with the way Myles made him feel, he knew that he liked guys, considering he had multiple failed relationships with women, and he also said to himself, "These clothes are, yes a stranger's, whom I will never know, but this dress makes me feel... complete." And Will put on the dress and heels, shaved his legs and underarms, and went to the closest women's apparel store, the store that when he passed it on numerous walks, would always stop and look at the displays, Kate Spade. He called his friend, Jackie, and asked if she would come with, now her. Jackie couldn't refuse and they met up. Jackie was so proud of who Will had become. A strong woman who doesn't give a shit about others' opinions. Will spun in a circle for Jackie and asked, "Does this dress make my ass look good or what?" Jackie laughed and said, "Oh please, I'd eat breakfast off that ass." And they went in and shopped. Abruptly in the middle of the store, Will turned to Jackie and said, "Honestly, do I look weird?" Jackie slapped Will and said, "Not at all, now let's shop." But Will still didn't move, "Then why do I feel weird?" Jackie calmed Will down since Will was about to cry and said calmly, "Because you spent 23 years hiding your true self, so of course, you're going to feel a little weird because you are seeing your true self from a different perspective. So let us take a minute to calm down and then continue to shop." Jackie also said right before they started shopping again, "What would your mother say to you right now?" And Will gazing into Jackie's eyes said, "Stop crying Will, you are so amazing at everything you do." And Jackie gave her that look as if Jackie was saying, "go on". Will continued by saying, "My mother would want me to be happy in my own skin and she would want me to live my life to the fullest." And Jackie, looking pleased said, "So then live that life to the fullest and stop thinking about what other people say, because there will always be people in the world who will look at you funny and possibly say mean things, but you mustn't let that stop you Will McWeeny." Will always felt comfortable talking with Jackie, considering they've been best friends for 12 years. Jackie was Wills' confidante. Jackie even had Will move in with her at 18 when Will's mother overdosed on heroin. Jackie's always been there for Will which Will greatly appreciates. "Let's shop for a new dress," said Will. They spent the rest of the afternoon in the 3-floor store and spent well over a grand on items, but Will didn't care, Will was now finally happy with herself, after years of denying who she really was.
