It takes a licking.

Keeps on ticking.

No. Not like a time bomb. When there are good and honest persons at the helm of the decision making. And rest assured. There are good persons at the helms of the decision making.

It would behoove you to get to know them. Really. Get to know them. Their what’s.Their whys. Their, “How I got here stories”.

When and if you choose to place your so called baggage into the hands of a newly met stranger, in an instant you will be able to tell if they can take it and you from here to there. All the rest is just gravy.😵‍💫

Privacy is so so important.

Said and verified by a self-described privacy freak. Yes. A Freak.

Why individuals seek to place their souls on “a book of face” is still beyond me.

Still. Beyond. Me.

and I am ok with that. Those who know me. Know me. I opened the book, or some may say “diary” for a time. But only if instinctively I felt I had a hunch. Of trust. And you will too—know. When and if it is time to open your book to another person.

Laws and privacy are a thing. Protect yours at all costs. The “book of face” will not do it for you.

Three words to remember: Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally identifiable information = You. Protect it at all costs. Your privacy. Privacy law exists. Get to know the meanings. The nuances. The meanings and the sooner the better.

Actions speak louder than words. Attitudes do matter. Toward you and against you.

Privacy law is the body of law that deals with the regulating, storing and using of personally identifiable information. INCLUDES: personal healthcare information, and financial information of individuals, which can be collected but governments, public or private organizations, or other individuals.(wk)

Please remember those words. Place yours in the hands of a capable and honorable individual otherwise you will be “giving it all away” in the blink of your eye” the blink of YOUR eye.

Not surprisingly. Under European and other jurisdiction and the purposes for which the term is being used, not all identifying or identifiable information is treated “equally”.

Treated “equally” as in discrimination.

Distribution. Accesibility. It can and will be used against all of us in a court of law. A court of public opinion. Are sure you know where your PII will “end up”. because the fine lines have been blurred and no prescription glasses in the world will help someone without a conscience or soul see “better”.

This so called dance has been going on a very, very long time.

The good news, is now we are aware.

Important confusion arises.Is there any other kind of confusion? Nonetheless confusion arises around whether PII means information which is identifiable that it can be associated with the persons or identifying. That is associated uniquely with a person, such as PII identifies them.

Sounds good on paper. It is not a legitimate, bonafide law with which to govern a nation and the peoples, the citizens. The Declaration is considered a “milestone” and worthy of the paper it is printed on. Special and provocative notice must be noted. It is not enforceable without the persons undertaking the hard work to enforce its meanings and goals. The principal and his word. His lawful word.

It may work on your soil. But is not legal on these soils. These U.S. soils.

Ratification must occur in order to exist under the umbrella of existing foundational principals of this county. Not of your country. We can all get along but not at the premise of bending our rules, so they can be bent and broken and discarded.to fit the mold of whence you came.

Ms.Roosevelt had the heart and the will and the supposed platform to bring about change. Kudos. Effort really counts. It does.

But bonadide caring does more. Fighting for one’s country while,respecting it are two golden rules. To repudiate the rules and laws of the country that hosts your well being is wrong.

Deny. deny. Deny. Refuse to fulfill, spurn, reject all because it does what is best for you is evil. Belonging is the price we pay for the battle for the fight for one’s country.

Even if it is wrapped up in a handsome package of smirks, sideways glances and smiles. The truth eventually eeeks it’s way out. Eventually. And what one is left with will be anyone’s guess. Repudiation occurs when one party refuses to honor a contract an agreement, oath, promise with another party.

It is unlawful too, to snide against an agreed upon contract.

In addition if one party cannot perform: loss of wages, loss of notice, loss of consortium. loss of sanity. Loss of limb. loss of sight. loss of sound. Repudiation involves the validity of a contract and refusing to honor its terms,

For whatever reasons. Truth be told. The truth is rarely told. For many reasons. For many frailties. For many vulnerabilities.

Hope can be a four letter word.

If you repudiate an agreed upon agreement, contract, promise, it does not automatically terminate it—-but the misery in the meantime may.

Actions speak louder than words. Then again words matter greatly. Wholly.

Hopefully someone will be in your corner to shield you from the slings and arrows on the path to the privacy and secrets you hold near and dear—hold close to the vest of your most intimate, sometimes scary, frightened, hopeful thoughts and feelings.
