He Loves Me So

I woke up this morning I was panicked at the sound of my mother lecturing me because I had over slept by 12 minutes. I was also lectured the night before because I stayed up like 11 minutes past my bedtime. What can I say I loves to watch WOD (World of Dance) and all their great dancers. Oh I'm forgetting something VERY important. Silly me. My name is Raquel. I'm 17 and an only child. I am a total flower child I love my peace and music. And I'm a dancer and singer and chef and cook........ Wait those are the same things....... *leave awkward silence* So uh yeah also I'm not really the talking type. I'm on my way to school right now and I am very much excited I started not too long ago. It's only the 5th day. I got out the car and walked to my friends. 

Me: Hey guys

Everyone: Hey

I walked passed them and entered the gate. I don't normally look for anyone/anything when I go inside. I got into the school yard and looked at all the younger kids pass by on the other side. The high school was nicely sized but it would've been nicer bigger. Someone had bumped into me while I walked towards my class even though the day hadn't started yet.

Me: Oh sorry

Guy: Watch where your going next time *rolls eyes*

Me: Uh there's no need for attitude *looks up* O.O YOU

Alex: Yes it's me and again as I said WATCH where you go

Me: *walks away*

Alex: *smirks*

I had walked faster and walked into someone else this time and I had a clue who it was

Me: Sorry -.-

Jerome: Well well if it isn't you

Me: Leave me alone you jerk

Jerome: Meet me after school down the block or else *smirks*

Me: No!!! *runs to my class*

Jerome: I'll get you next time *walks to Alex and high fives him*

Welp those 2 guys are bad news I always try to avoid them but it's like I never can. I used to have a crush on Jerome but then I found out he was a total Jackass and stopped. As I walk to my class I enter the door and see my teacher and I walk up to him and talk to him.

Me: Hello Mr. Helm

Mr. Helm: Hey Raquel, how are you

Me: I'm good how are you

Mr. Helm: Pretty good I have good news for you

Me: I could use it 

Mr. Helm: *shows my a picture on his phone* Suprise

Me: NO WAY finally took you guys forever. Congrates!!!! Mr. Helm is a father to BEEEEE.

Mr. Helm: Yes My wife and I are so happy

Me: Well I'm glad *sets my things down at my desk and has a worried look in my eyes*

Mr. Helm: Are you okay?

Me: Oh yeah I'm fine

After Homebase I went on the rest of my day and I just kept flashing the thought of should I go down the block or not. The last 5 minutes of school were on the clock and I had some free time so I tried to listen to my music to get it off my mind. I remembered today was the first dance class. I was really happy to show off my moves. People called me "Rocky" also because that was my nickname. I got out of class and I walked to the bathroom cautiously to go change into my dance clothes. I wore my grey leggings, a grey shirt with a blue Jacket over it and my white running shoes I got from my friend. I walked into the inside lunch court and signed in and listened to the music that was playing it was free to anyone. Today hip-hop was a kind of audition day. I had a specific song in mind. I went threw my bag looking for my phone when all of a sudden someone sat next to me and I jumped.

Me: *gets scared and flinches*

Guy: Woah chill Rocky it's just me Vernon I'm not gonna hurt you *rubs my back*

Me: Oh *puts my hair up* I'm sorry it's just...... nothing just nothing

Vernon: Alright well it's nice to have you back in here can't wait to see what you got.

After I found my phone I put it in my pocket and I got up to talk to Lolo she was now in College but took the time to still teach our hip-hop class.

I watched all my wonderful fellow acquaintances dance to their music then it became Lolo's turn. When she danced everyone was stunned she was a great dancer. Then it became my turn after her so I walked to the speaker and put on my music and told the music guy when to hit play. I got into position I was nervous but I was prepared and ready..... I knew the guy I liked was in the same class so I had to do my best. I told Ethan to press play and I got into position. (Watch the video above that would be basically what I did :DDD) I danced and everyone was in total shock. After dance class was over I figured I should get going. I walked out the gate and I told someone to follow me to where ever I was going just in case. 

I walked down the block to meet up with Jerome. I walked into the building and I followed some weird noises. I walked down the somewhat dark hall and into a full with full lights on I was scared and hoped that for all this Jesus would not let anyone kill me. I looked into the room and I saw Jerome and Alex and then I realized the weird noise was coming from a girl. She was going "things" to Alex I really which I hadn't seen but lucky they were in the corner and kinda covered up. Jerome took me to the room across form that room nobody was in there. He had closed the door and pushed me down onto the seat and that's when I was knocked out by his fist. The last thing I saw was Jerome being tackled to the floor by someone as soon as I hit the floor it's like it all happened in slow motion. I woke up in my bed at home. I got up and took a shower and saw my cousin waiting for me in my room. 

Me: Oh hey

Cousin: Don't you ever do that again YOU HEAR ME

Me: I'm sorry

My cousin and I talked I was always happy he was there for me. He was always protective of me and since I didn't have any brothers he was like my brother. I loved him soo much and he did the same back. 

Cousin: You know I can't keep you out of trouble forever right

Me: Yes I know and I understand that.

Cousin: I can't believe I'm saying this but it's time for you to get a boyfriend

Me: Really have you seen the dudes now a days

Cousin: Don't tell me you don't have your eye's on someone at school. I know you do. 

Me: Okay I do but I can tell you now I know he's not into me plus he's older than be who wants a girl 2 years younger than him.

Cousin: I understand your point but Jenni was right you do need to make a move at least be subtle about it though.

Me: Alright I will.

My cousin let to go to his apartment afterwards and I stayed in my room. I went and made dinner and my phone rang. I picked up and it was Jenni. We had talked for a few seconds because she was going to her other friends house and she just wanted to check on me. I had made some hamburgers and I sat at the table and eaten. It was a good day besides getting punched and slapped. It was Friday so I was fine.
