Inspirational Sad

I met her in the streets where I went to refuge after experiencing the worst part of my day. Becky was about 17 years of age I could tell from her behavior and most of all I was from the same age group.since in African streets people tend to mind their business when its approaching eight in the evening to avoid curfew,I minded my own business and sat almost two metres way from her.I was in the middle of pain so I kept on sobbing.

"We can't be together and definitely I know that pregnancy isn't Mike you are friends with many guys out there how sure should I be? And above all am engaged to someone else to whom my parents want me to marry I can't betray them so just get out now before my lady arrive"Bonface's words rang through my mind.suddenly I was stopped by loud cry.I went to her and asked what was happening.she was so furious, tired and felt betrayed and almost loosing hope she wanted to commit suicide.I had to leave my own problems to comfort her.since it was almost curfew time we searched for a better place to lay our heads.

Early the next day I was already up-the place was not that comfortable and found it hard sleeping-i could watch her and see the pain in her face so I decided to make her forget what happened."naitwa modester na wewe?"I asked her using our language what her name was and she replied Becky. I took her to the beach, that was the only public place we could go without looking like fools in the streets so we went swimming.we competed laughed and shared experiences on water she seemed so happy and I was thankful she was yet I didn't know what her problem was.later that afternoon we went to a hotel asked if we could was the dishes and get some leftovers food.we could wash play laughed and when the workers in charge came over we all went silent and serious. It went over for a week and one night she asked me what I was doing on the streets yet I don't look like one."Iam paying for my word decisions"I answered."you've never asked me why am here why?"she asked."We all need somebody to lean on,if they have a problem we'll understand,"I told her,and we went to sleep.I called a friend of mine who offered me a job to asked if there was still a chance left. Luckily there was and I connected her to the job,she was offered a job at the cleaning department,it was still a new clinic in the area.we slept there were she had her room given. She could thank me all night for what I did.later that night I experienced a sharp pain in my stomach and before dawn I realized I was wet allover when I was taken to the clinic since it was just there,I realized I just had my miscarriage. She was so shocked that I had a problem and a very risky on yet I was so into her than my condition.sometimes making others forget their past and see the good things coming is more important because it also relieve us from our pain. I was weak due to lack of proper diet so I had to go back home and tell my parents I was just staying at a friend's house and felt sick just to secure me from sharing my experience and the pain it will cost to visit the wounds.we kept on communicating with Becky as I hustle to help other youths of my age through what they experience silently. Upto now am still not sure of what made Becky want to commit suicide but am happy I gave a shoulder and made her forget her old life and started a new beginning.she let go.

After two months I met this girl in one of the hotels I used to take my meal,it wasn't the 1st time I saw her but I felt something was wrong, she could hide it that one could think she's just a worker or someone minding her ow business.i took her to our house though my parents were against it but I told them she was my friend who came to visit me for a while.i made sure she was comfortable then through her pain that she couldn't hide she told me what happened.she was dating this guy who she fell in love with. He was a police officer and she knew she was safe. After a month she became pregnant and she was working in this contract jobs that the Chinese were doing in our country and her boyfriend was an officer there. They decided to live together and because of difficulty in managing the effects of pregnancy and the job she left and stayed in the house.Day by day her boyfriend would come home off mood changed and always on phone chatting and making calls outside.they would fight over simple this they could solve. She had to endure all this because she didn't want to stress her parents and they new she found a job after finishing her secondary level. The abuse became intense and it became a police case she was told to go back home until everything is settled but after a week the guy brought another woman.she wanted to file charges for the baby's care to be catered for but both the guy and his new woman threatened her and she was left with no option to wonder around.

That day we took a walk went to the beach visited baby shops and could argue the gender she was carrying and would bet and slowly she forgot a out the guy and the abuse and could eat make stories and shared what her dream was.i found her a job but she wanted to go tell her parents she was expecting and they don't need to worry because she had a job.

On the other side i created a group on social media to atleast find those young ladies like me who are almost loosing hope because of one incident in their lives that they can't forget it no one was serious and it ended up collapsing so could go to school and wonder who might be suffering out there but there is no one to listen.

One a Sunday afternoon after church went hiking and could see the perfect view of the town and smiled that someone is happy out there and could not remember their past.
