Adventure Fiction Mystery

Today we will come into a conversation between two people of interest, and they are both known as Bob.

Either one of them can do the same things as the other, while they are hard to tell apart. They live the same way, they walk, talk, and think the same way.

They have the same sounding voice, are both comedians and they use to be involved with a girl, yet the only differences there is that one Bob dated Ann, who was a very tall girl, and the other Bob was dating a girl named Ann too, who was short but had a hobby of collecting dolls.

Both Bobs are working in similar fields of employment, both having graduated from the same university and having been there for the same amount of time, to obtain the same degrees to be qualified for the same or similar fields of employment, while they both love their coffee black with no sugar.

Both Bobs drive the same automobile which was made in the same year and was bought at the same dealership, in the same city on the same street, paying the same price for all the same features to make the car feel more personal.

So that no one will become confused, we will name Bob (A) and Bob (B), and these two identical Bobs are so much alike that it can get like seeing double if you are not careful. Bob and Bob are always involved with the same types of sports, whether participating in or betting on them.

Both Bobs became separated from their former girlfriends, after they both proposed to them at the same restaurant, with the same sized ring and they were both in a booth when both Bobs asked their Anns if they would marry them.

When the time came for a promotion at their respective jobs, they were both promoted and both moved into an office on the same floor, on the same day, at the same time. They both were given raises of the same amount, had the same new boss and both Bobs were nervous about the new responsibilities that were part of this new promotion.

Bob (A) and Bob (B) were satisfied with the new job; both were hoping to make this job more like a career and help them one day become permanent, yet this new job, as it was apparent to both Bobs, had some drawbacks and they both conveyed their disgust at the long hours and not being able to be with their girlfriends Ann (A) and Ann (B).

Both Bobs wanted to start families and were looking for a place that would be close to their jobs and to schooling, parks, and of course near to the inner-city stadium, so they could participate in more sports, which were soccer and baseball.

They had plans to further themselves and eventually make more money, but they were doing their best to be patient and pace themselves, which was hard for both Bobs being determined to make a long-lasting impression on all they both met.

Both Bobs played in little league growing up. Both Bobs were on all the extra-curricular activities all throughout school, from Elementary, Middle School and High School.

Both Bobs were always wanting to run for various school programs and after school events, to hone both their skills that were the same. They both went on the same trips with the school, liked the same girls, were both the teacher's pet and excelled in all the many things that they were placed in charge of doing, no matter what they were asked to do.

Both Bobs lived for the moment, never shied away from anything, both had taken karate, also participated in fencing, playing chess and various forms of board games and card games too.

Both Bobs had the same friends, went to eat at the same restaurants, drank the same beverages which ranged from a simple beer or mixed drink to scotch and bourbon. They both also bowled in leagues, had the same number of siblings, Bob (A) had four brothers and three sisters, Bob (B) had four sisters and three brothers.

Both Bobs enjoy being outdoors whether it is hiking, camping fishing, hunting, rock climbing, parasailing, hang gliding, or one of the many million other types of sports or activities that could be done outside.

Both Bobs owned the same car and made the following automobiles while growing up. 1965 (Ford) Mustang, 1971 (Ford) Maverick, 1970 (Ford) Pinto, 1967(Mercury) Cougar, 1953 (Dodge) Hemi and later purchased matching 2005 (Chrysler) PT Cruiser.

Both Bobs siblings were married to each other, and both Bobs siblings had the same number of children. Their siblings' families went to the same schools as both Bobs had once been to themselves.

Both Bobs realized that they wanted to be back with their former girlfriends and would do anything to make this happen, even sacrificing their future careers and employment. They decided to make up a plan to make this a reality.

Both Bobs were sure they could make an honest go of this and not be too worried how the outcome would either make them or break them. It was one of those unsure and unrealistic moments, that both Bobs were nervous and uncertain about how to make this happen in the best way they both knew how.

If Bobs were always making the same decision in all the many same parts of their lives until today, then they would need to be more concerned about what to do to achieve and complete this for it to become a permanent part of their own lives.

Both Bobs were sure they could make a plea to their girlfriends and were both hoping they would succeed. They decided to try at the same restaurant in the same booth and order all they had the night they would have proposed to their Anns.

The night came and the moment had arrived; the Bobs were waiting for their former Anns to meet them there.

Maybe you can guess which one was a success and which one was having to wait for an answer later.
