October 3rd marks the much-beloved (if informal) holiday known as “Mean Girls Day”, based on a throwaway line from the cult film. While it’s remembered for its iconic jokes, Mean Girls isn’t just a great comedy — it also includes sharp social commentary on the intricacies of adolescent relationships.
