Mike found a letter tucked in the corner of his mailbox. He looked it over, the words were a little faded but he could make out the name. He spoke to the mail carrier the next day and decided to keep it and write to the owner of the letter and let them know he found the letter and that the recipient didn't receive it and that he lives there now. On the way to school, Bobby was slowly walking on the side of the dirt road and heard an unusual sound coming from the ditch. He stopped, just for a moment, to be sure he was not imagining the sound. It got quiet and so he kept on walking. He had fun in school that day but his mind was on that noise he heard earlier in the day. The bell rang, he said goodbye to his friends and started the trek back home.
