Author bio

Being a middle aged man with four children and seven grandchildren. Writing was never something I thought about. But a Terminal cancer diagnosis changed that quickly. I suddenly realized I needed something to leave behind, a legacy for my family. Thus "The Tin Cup Clan" blog and book series was born. It's a place for memories and tales of growing up in Southern Appalachia. I wanted my kids to know they have roots, this was the best way to tell them.
