Monday, July 21, 2020. 8 o'clock pm.I'm walking along the street of Kato, in Kano State, Nigeria. I decided to come at night to flee from the peering eyes and inquisitive looks of my once-upon-a-time playmates and street buddies who would've been trying to guess who I was, if I had come during the day.
