I am Joanne, a 65 year old male who has dressed as a woman my entire life, I have always known that I wanted to be with men but to keep up appearances I dated a few women & even married one, that only lasted 1 &1/2 years due to my constantly wearing my wife's clothes & makeup & being caught on the phone inquiring about getting prescribed female hormones & having a sex change. My wife was very generous with giving out all of the photos that I had of myself dressed as Joanne to all of my family & friends & even used some of them in the divorce hearing.
