The crickets sang in harmony on a humid Thursday night outside of Glendale Apartment Complex’s apartment C9. The television flickered out of the open blinds as Daniel studied from across the street. His target was a man named Edmond, a car salesman who pissed off the wrong wife’s husband. Daniel took no pleasure it what was to come but he was paid for a job, a job he intended on completing.
