I make a conscious effort to correct my posture and lift my feet, although I am weary to my bones and it is just so hard. But I know my mother sees me. I keep that knowledge to myself, because I also know that not everyone agrees with that line of thinking. Still, I know my mother sees me, so I do my best to walk with my head up and my back straight and to not drag my feet as I walk along. I also know my mother loved me, and I loved her, so every day I try to remember to be the person she thought I was.

Hello all! What to say on a self-written bio? How would I describe myself? Let's start with this: I own and operate an orchard in Alberta, Canada with my husband and best friend (same person). I am a wife, mother, nature lover, tea-addict, pet rescuer (1 dog and 4 cats at the moment), tarot reader, motorcycle rider, MotoGP enthusiast, reader, writer, painter, jewelry maker, fantasy TV binger and video game player. I've been reading and writing for as long as I can remember, but just for myself really so I am looking forward to putting some ideas out there for feedback. Thank you for having me here!
