New York was busy as ever on Monday morning when Vincent Moretti stepped out of his apartment in Little Italy and began his daily commute to Park Row. It was another week of labor for the lad, but the thirteen-year-old was used to it by now  because of his three year experience as a newsboy for the New York World.
