Sometimes I have trouble falling to sleep. Just lying in my bed tossing and turning hoping that sleep will come soon. But it seems I can never find the slumber I want. Trigger warning: violence I had a tough time sleeping that night. After all the stress I endured today it felt like I was losing my mind. It just felt like my mind was foggy. I remember walking down a common hiking path up the snowy mountains in Montana at 3:00 in the evening. While hiking in these mountains sometimes it is hard to get a signal; but I was only going to walk this trail for 30 minutes or so and come back to my car.
