I think I am a pretty typical middle aged woman. I'm just now figuring out that I spent the first half of my life getting to where I am. Although I don't know exactly where that is. I'm interested in what people think and do, and why. I enjoy movies that don't involve deep thoughts or sad endings. If I need to find something to cry about I will watch the news. I love many kinds of music, and my preference completely depends on what mood I am in. (Or who I want to offend.) I will read anything by James Lee Burke. His writing is beautiful. If he prepared a menu I have no doubt the language would be sufficient for me to find satisfaction in eating the paper.
