Coming of Age

The Oak Takes a Stand

The oak is not the tallest tree… but it is tall. It is not the strongest tree… but it is strong. It may not be the most beautiful tree… but it is stunningly beautiful. It’s probably not the most majestic tree… but it is magical.

Sylvia Ramirez might have chosen the redwood, the sequoia, the elm, the maple, the willow, the white birch, the boxelder, the sycamore, or any of countless others… all of whose branches I could wrap around me with eternal joy.

But she chose the oak as her tree.

She is a common person… like others, drawn to Nature’s common gifts. Oh yes, Mother Nature provides us rare, glorious, astonishing gifts of indescribable beauty and mystery… water and air, earth and stars, touches and tastes, music, aromas, scintillating sights, and the miracle of the human embrace.

Nature knows what She’s doing, and in the category of trees, the oak is definitive. She has designed it to reach its thick arms upward and outward from its massive trunk, inviting the birds and squirrels to take shelter, as it sinks its roots deep into the soil, daring the winds and storms to bring all they’ve got. Through the Earth’s forested history, the oak has taken a stand.

And Mother Nature provides us other gifts, as well… some of which also take a stand, just like the oak tree. One of those is Sylvia Ramirez.  Sylvia is a strong, brilliant young woman who knew no parents, but grew up in caring foster homes that nurtured her attraction to the golden rule, her potential to lead, and her penchant, like the mighty oak, to take a stand… to call out to us, her sisters and brothers, to come together in the unity and strength of human embrace, to dispatch the politicians who have endeavored for centuries upon centuries to control our destiny, and whose selfishness now draws us to the very doorstep of human demise.

Sylvia Ramirez calls us to unite in compromise of our differences, to dismantle political parties, dispatch their leaders… say no to the MISOGYNIST MONARCHS, the PUTRID PUTINS, the XENOPHOBIC XIs, the TRAITOR JOEs, the TERRIBLE TRUMPS and all the others who are or seek to be dictators, oligarchs and totalitarian autocrats… the communist, imperialist, socialist, democrat, republican and other PARTY POLITICIANS who seek to rule us and herd us down the path toward our division and ultimate extinction.

Sylvia Ramirez observed:

that by 2023, numerous measurements demonstrate the United States’ sharply accelerating risk of reaching ‘failed state’ status within just these next few years, as its skyrocketing national debt surges past $31.7 trillion on the wings of unsustainable government spending and high inflation, and as its education sags, its streets become frighteningly dangerous, and its people are intentionally turned against one another on issues that could be easily compromised;

that our disingenuous politicians of feigned allegiance to left or right, red or blue, point their focus on the polar extremes of every issue, shared by only a few hard-liners on either side, and intentionally fan the divisive flames, while they undermine our economy and our civil tranquility;

that with an upward trending annual budget deficit climbing above $1.8 trillion in 2023, the national debt is now projected to approach or exceed $40 trillion by 2030 and $60 trillion by 2040… if the government hasn’t by that time already defaulted on its debt, and declared insolvency;

that extreme price inflation, triggered in early 2021 by the government-imposed restrictions on fossil fuel growth, long before alternative energy supply could possibly meet demand, has heaped daunting additional challenges onto an economy still staggering under post-COVID supply-chain issues and the enormous cost of the newly-installed government’s Order to defy the Constitution and succumb to the invasion of our southern border by millions of invaders who choose not to enter through the gate of immigration. The back-breaking cost of intentionally-induced inflation, combined with the cost of intentionally feeding, housing and caring for millions of undocumented invaders has driven national debt interest expense through the roof, further swelling a budget deficit already suffering the massive costs associated with the accelerating undeterred government spending on wasteful and good-old-boy contracts paid to pals of the political machine.

that billions of people in dozens of countries across the globe are laboring to survive under atrocious living conditions, heartbreaking poverty, pervasive unemployment, and brutal government repression. As tens of millions of those people have left those countries in search of a better life, the United States has been their first choice for decades, and increasingly so in recent years. And it might remain so for a while, but not for long, as our own economy and standard of living are crushed beneath the unbearable weight of providing entitlement to the invading millions;

that as our government increasingly disregards Constitutional mandates and fails to provide to all US residents equal protection and enforcement under the law, and as they fail to adopt term limits for elected officials such as themselves, and fail to compromises on divisive issues such as abortion, they take on more and more of the characteristics of the governments that the other countries’ refugees have been fleeing;

and that as our economy suffers the cumulative weight of high inflation, the cost of 24/7 welfare for huge invader populations, and rising drug addiction, crime, homelessness and a myriad of other socioeconomic challenges that drive us toward recession, rising unemployment and poverty, and increasing civil unrest… the US will no longer be the refugees’ first choice… they will look elsewhere, to find some economy that they haven’t yet plundered.  As evidence, just look at the demographics of the invaders… largely males between the ages of 15 and 40 years old, many of whom have criminal histories even before crashing through our borders. And ultimately, many of our own citizens will, in time, be driven out, because our fate as a failed republic-turned plutocracy, might already be sealed.

Ultimately, Sylvia Ramirez resolves to make a stand to save this country from that fate… to be the catalyst to lead people to look past the government-fed propaganda of political correctness and cancel culture bullying, to see the tragic future that otherwise soon awaits us if strong young leaders from among us do not quickly pull us together in compromise of our differences, as an apolitical unified force of resistance, to take a do or die stand against the politicians and wealthy elite, who are committed only to themselves, and to our servitude.

Can Sylvia Ramirez save us? We’ll find out by the end of 2024… but in the meanwhile, we might get a preview at www.dearroxi.com.
