In God's Eyes

In God’s eyes, you’re really really beautiful,

You’re unique, loved, anything but usual.

In God’s eyes, you’re especially special,

You’re a-one-of-a-kind, a unique shaped vessel.

From the beginning of time, 

He loved you before stars could align.

God so loved you and me,

He loved you for who He made you to be.

In God’s eyes, you’re pure, righteous, perfection,

You have no need of this world’s false deduction.

In God’s eyes, you’re loved for, cared for, respected,

He gives you all that you need, and more than expected.

In God’s eyes, you’re one with the Father,

His Son died for you, and was even slaughtered.

He was bleeding, bruised, and worn out too,

But He clung to that cross, and He did it for you. 

But it didn’t end there, in the grave in the garden,

God raised Him up from the dead, and he was instantly pardoned.

3 days after His death, he rose up from that grave,

And many men rejoiced that their Messiah was saved. 

In God’s eyes, you are perfection in Christ,

You are His child who cannot be bought with a price.

In God’s eyes, there is no flaw or imperfection,

Just a wonderful human, so stop lookin’ at that reflection.
