- 3 cups anger
- 1 cup betrayal
- A pinch of danger
- 1 tbsp of deceit
- 1 cup of unexpected twist
- A dash of envy
- 2 tbsp of silence
- 20 chips of happiness
Caution: Follow the ingredients as mentioned, if you add your own flare that will make it better but do not change the quantity of the major ingredients, it is for your own good but a change up is always helpful.
How to prepare:
- Preheat the protagonist's life: Your protagonist (Dina) is preparing for her entry to a fine art university in Paris for which she has worked tirelessly for 2 years. But on the day she was to receive the scholarship she was given the news she was no longer getting her dream scholarship to a prestigious university in Paris. She was shocked and devastated by the news. The scholarship was given to another much deserving student. She decided to speak with the principal to sort this out.
- Prepare Dina: Adding 2 cups of anger at first. Mix well and let it rest to allow the anger to fester. She knew she was more deserving as she had brought the school quite the popularity with her art. Dina Hurried to the principal’s office where out of sheer luck, discovers from eavesdropping in on the principal's meeting who the scholarship was given. Add 1 more cup of anger and again mix it well and allow it to rest. Make sure to mix by hand as it gives the best results.
- Mix in Betrayal: After letting the mixture to rest for about 1 hour add 1 cup of betrayal. Dina, after the meeting ends with the principal, calls Simra her best friend since childhood and asks her to join her for lunch. Some 30 minutes later Simra arrives at the cafetera and heads to her table where she sees a cake sitting there.
- Add a pinch of danger: A red velvet cake from up close. Simra, smiling and oblivious of the danger within the cake, sits at her table and waits for Dina to arrive. Dina arrives, sees the cake and heads to bring a knife from the staff. Dina sees the card next to the cake which says “To Dina. From Simra”. Dina hugs Simra for the cake and slightly pushes the cake towards Simra with a knife. Dina motions for Simra to cut the cake. Simra cuts a small piece and places it on a plate.
- Now add 1 tbsp of deceit: People gather around and watch as Simra cuts more pieces and hands them to other students. She then takes her fork, cuts a bite from her piece and feeds it to Dina. Dina happily takes the bite. She then grapes at her throat and starts to turn red. People pull back in surprise. Some come forward to help her and Dina points at Simra while choking. Dina faints. She wakes up in a hospital with only the doctor and police and her parents in the room.
- Now mix in a cup of unexpected twist: Dina tells her parents that Simra knew she was allergic to walnuts that were mixed in the cake but she had tricked Dina into eating it. Police and the school began their investigation and learned Simra had ordered a cake and asked the staff on call beforehand to have it ready on her table. This news was not good for anyone and Simra’s scholarship was revoked.
- Add a dash of envy: Simra comes to Dina’s hospital room when no one was there. She asked why Dina lied. To that Dina simply replied “I never lied, you tried to kill me. First you take my scholarship even though you don’t need it considering you are rich enough to afford it but then you try to kill me so I couldn’t contest the sheer discrimination.”
- Two more steps, add 2 tbsp of silence and let it bake: Simra tries to talk but doctors enter the room and Dina accuses Simra of having come to hurt her again. Doctors call security and escort Simra out. The news channels publish stories about how Simra tried to kill her friend over a scholarship, effectively ruining her reputation.
- Once it's baked add 20 chips of happiness: Dina after being discharged is then presented with the scholarship of her dreams. From the crowd of onlookers stands Simra in a disguise. Dina can see through it, she smiles brightly waving her scholarship in the air. She winks at Simra letting her know she was set up and that she should have never messed with Dina or her dreams.
- Final tips: This recipe requires meticulous planning and some luck but you can achieve it just as I have. Even if you have now come up with a plan this recipe is here to guide you. Please do not use this recipe word to word, you will not succeed but by adding your own flair will definitely benefit you a lot. One final tip, do not let anger fester for too long or else it will ruin everything. Make sure to let anger fester for just the right amount of time.
- Note: You may feel different emotions from the leftover (aftermath) but for that you could either try to manage it yourself or you may try my other recipe “Bakes n cakes with honey delight of letting go”. Either way once you start this recipe see that you follow it through leaving it in mid-way may cause more damage than you realize.
