The Prank

 “Give it back to me,” said Jessie to her younger sister

“It is not yours, give it back” she continues to say in rage. While her younger sister is waving her brand new caseless phone from the other side of the couch.

“ Come and get me,” said her little sister as she was sticking her tongue out. With frustration Jessie charges at her sister with all her might. Her sister screams and throws the phone and it goes flying across the room and that was the last they both saw from Jessie's new phone. But that isn’t the only thing the girls have ever had they fought about. You see Jessie was the older prestigious sister who was really mature for the most part, and who had big dreams of going to her dream college and starting her own life where she doesn't have to worry about her sister breaking her stuff. But her dream was about to come true. She got accepted to Princeton University on the other side of the country and she has 2 weeks left before she leaves for college and her younger sister isn't quite happy about that. Her younger sister is actually really mad that her sister is leaving because even though they fight a lot she is gonna miss her but she doesn't want to admit that to Jessie so she decided to give her one of the worst two weeks of her life as revenge for leaving.

Jessie was so sad at the thought of leaving her parents to go to school on the other side of the country but her sister didn't really seem to care very much about her and Jessie was fine with it as long as she didn't pull any pranks. As Jessie was with her parents looking at her baby photos trying to get her parents to stop crying, her little sister decided to start her week of revenge. They were currently washing their white clothes and Jessie's little sister saw this as a perfect opportunity to start her revenge so she grabs her mom's red socks and throws them in the washer. When the deed was done she saw that Jessie had just bought some new clothes and it couldn't have been any better timing so she grabbed the lightest colored clothes she bought and threw them in the wash with extra hot water.

“Jessie you're washed finished” she screams Jessie walks away from her parents and a few minutes later you hear screaming, sobs, and arguing and that's when she knew her job was done and that was just the first of many pranks to come. That week was one of the strangest weeks ever for Jessie it started with her clothes turning pink; then she somehow got signed up to about 20 different newsletters; then she got emails saying she has been selected to be on TV shows and that was just the nice things that had occurred. She lost her apple watch, she had to watch her room being painted because it is going to be turned into her sister's room, she woke up with her bed wet, her hair was somehow being turned lighter but with all of these things going on she still couldn't tie any of them to her sister. But then the biggest worst prank of all that completely ruined her life occurred. Her sister thought it would be a great idea to not only spill all of the secrets she has ever known about Jessie but she also posted some of the ugliest pictures she could find of Jessie and the post went viral she became memes and had tok-toks making fun of her. Jessie was outrageous and she didn't know who did any of this until she looked at the mysterious post and it was signed your #2.

When Jessie’s sister was born she hated her through she was an extra unnecessary piece of her family who craved attention and she never called her by her name she always called her my #2 and when Jessie read that signature it looked like she blew a fuse she turned so red of anger she had steam coming out of her ears. 

“Olivia!” Jessie screamed at the top of her lungs

“Olivia where are you! I have had enough of all your little games” 

“ Have you seen what you have done to me” She continues

“I look like a fool in front of the whole world because of you. Why would you do this to me? I never did anything to you sure I never really liked you and now with this were you trying to make me leave faster” Olivia yells. But the house was quiet, almost too quiet. Jessie knew Olivia was hiding somewhere and she had to be ashamed of herself right? Upstairs Olivia was hiding not knowing what to do or what to say to Jessie. Does she act cool like she meant to do it or does she act sorry for her because her prank did go a little overboard? She hears Jessie's footsteps coming upstairs and she is stomping so she has to be mad.

“Hey, were you looking for me?” Olivia finally says.

“Was I looking for you? Are you kidding me you just ruined my entire life and you think you can just get away with it and act like nothing ever happened!”

“Ummm yes?”

“You gotta be kidding me,” Jessie said, turning redder than ever. “ You ruined my life and what I am going to do to you going to be two times as big and hurt 3 times as hard and the best thing is that you will never know when it is coming so sleep with one eye open tonight kid,” she said backing up Olivia against a wall and then out of nowhere Olivia doesn't defend herself she runs to her closet and starts crying.

Sighing Jessie feels like she has to help, “ Why are you crying? I should be the one crying, you didn't mess up your life, you messed up mine, and no one will ever know” Jessie knowing that her “pep-talk” made things even worse and Olivia started to cry harder.

“Ugh, fine, why are you crying?” she asked. Through the muffles and the sob, Jessie makes out the words

“Because you are leaving me and I am going to miss you”
