Struggle of a young girl

Life is full of struggles and our future depends on our way of crossing the struggles. This story is of a girl who decided to cross the struggle and not to give up on it. Even she was so young and inexperienced she decided to learn.

                CH.1 Depression

All reporters were taking pictures of her, Suddenly A reporter asked her, “Mam, how was you able to achieve such big post in such an early age?” She replies with a smile “you need to….

7 YEARS BACK…………………………………………………….

A C.E.O of gaming company (Mr. Brent) was sitting on is bench and reading a file made by A new Intern, who was standing in front of him. She was shivering with fear. Suddenly Mr. Brent throws the file.

Mr. Brent- “Ms. Anna what do you think this is? Huh!? This is the 2nd time I am rejecting your project. What do you think? Why have you got this Internship? I want the new project in 1month. Do it anyhow or leave my company. GO NOW!”

Anna picks up the papers says sorry sir and leaves.

She sits on her table and puts her head down. Something was going on her mind but she couldn’t think about that all she could hear and think about was the whispers coming from her back. ‘She got scolded again, she can’t do anything right, what is she doing her if she can’t do any work?’ She was about to cry but her phone ranged. It was Scarlet her sister

Anna- hello

Scarlet- What happened your voice sounds so pale?

Anna- [Clears her throat] Nothing, why did you call?

Scarlet- As you know I have taken internship of reporter; I have been given one assignment to go to the celebrity’s hall and second one is to go and find a nice place for side seeing. I want you to go and find a good place and click some nice photos for me on this week’s Saturday.

Anna- Saturday? But Saturday is tomorrow and….

Scarlet- I am so thank full for your help Thank you!

Anna to herself- She never listens to me

She starts thinking and searching about the place to visits. She goes to super advisor to ask and get help for a new project but rather than helping, the super advisor scolds her and tells her to leave. She returns to her apartment. She lies in her bed and thinks about her project and soon falls asleep.

On the next day she goes to the CEO office.

Anna- Good morning sir,

Mr. Brent- Don’t waste my time and leave my office if you have nothing to say.

Anna- Sir, Regarding the new project I wanted to have a leave for today.

Mr. Brent- WHY? [He shouts]

Anna- [clears her throat] Sir, I want to see a location for making the game better

Mr. Brent- Do what you want and leave my office, but if I dint find your project in 30days, YOU WILL BE FIERED.

Anna- Yes sir.

She leaves the office. Once again, she sat on her table and listened the whispers but ignoring them, she packs her camera and laptop. On her way to the snow fall mountain, she gets a text from her super advisor telling her to leave the company if she cannot give him the updates of her new project on Monday. She signs and closes her phone. The bus stopped she gets down the bus. While she was climbing on the mountain, she was only thinking of one thing that was what is she couldn’t do the project, what if she gets fired? Thoughts like that were popping in her mind that she wasn’t able to know when she came on the top. She tooked the photos of the place and leaves the place. She gets to her place and starts to think what to do in her project but suddenly she gets a text from her boss that she is fired. Her mind stopped working suddenly the doorbell ranged. There was a parcel. When she opened the parcel there was her office things notebooks, Diaries, Files and much more. But there was also a letter. She opened and read the letter-

Dear Anna Gomez

   We have decided to fire you from your job as an intern. Your I.D has been removed. Thank you for serving as an intern.

    Thanking you

RYAN’S ORGANISATION

Reading the letter tears were flowing from her eyes but she wiped them and said it’s alright….

From the next day she finds 3companies offering job. So, she went on the first company interview-

Interview was going alright but the interviewer says- ‘sorry we can’t hire you…’ Anna was taken aback after hearing that but she said it’s alright with a smile on her face. This happened till 1month continuously. Anna goes to the snow mountain again.

Before this girl was broken but not shattered but now, she was shattered. Looking in the depth of the mountain she could only think to jump from the mountain. That day she lost someone it was her, a girl who would never give up was giving up now. She was thinking to jump but suddenly a voice came from behind.

The voice- “DON’T JUMP!”

When she looked backwards, she sees a man may be around the age of 27 or 28.

Anna- “I was thinking to jump but I dint”

The man- “but then also you should not jump, by the way why did you think to jump?

Anna- “why would I tell you that?”

The man - “Because A stranger is the best person to tell anything.”

Anna- [thought once and then] So, let me tell you in short, got fired, applied for interview in 10 to 14 company but got rejected, not having any guardian or parents who would help me to pay for my expense and have no reason to live

The man- Looks like you got rejected and fire so that you could work for me. My company is having vacancy for an intern and chief. Somehow, I will adjust for chief. But you can work as an intern. [He takes a name card and gives the name card to Anna] 

Seeing the card Anna was shock she was about to say something but when she looked up there was no one but only an I.D of T.I.G.M company with her photo.She was shocked seeing her photo

                        And contact but as she was not

            Having any choice, she

                           Preferred to go on the company

Next day.

Ch.2 I want to achieve more

So, having a lot of questions in her mind she went to the company. When she gets inside the company, she was so astonished seeing that all the employees there were wearing causal uniform, there was even a resting lounge for the employees who were exhausted doing their work. Suddenly A middle aged lady came.

Lady- Hello Ms. Anna, I am Liza you can call me Lizi. Here you don’t need to be formal with anyone. You can act freely. This will be your desk you can do anything you want, but it should be related to work. Right now, you should be going to Alex’s office since he is calling you.

Anna-ok, Thanks Ms.- Lizi

Anna knocks at the door of Alex’s office

Alex- Come in!

Anna- [ Comes inside the office] Yes sir,

Alex- Anna. You can call me Alex and you will start your internship from today, you have a chance of becoming the Chief in the next meeting which will be held in one month I hope you will try your best in becoming Chief.

Anna- Yes Alex, I will

Anna leaves the office and sits on her desk. She starts scrolling on the web. She works hard on making a new game. One month passed away and the day for meeting came. IN THE MEETING-

Anna- Welcome everyone to this meeting, I have been working on making a new game. When I searched and made a survey on teenagers most of them said they like the games with blood, fighting and killing scenes. So, I have thought to design a game on a historical war game.

Like this the meeting went well and because of the meeting Anna was promoted to the chief position. Her life in TIGM went well. But one day Anna goes to Alex’s office.

Anna- Alex, I want to give you something.

Alex- Yes, what is it?

Anna- Gives out a letter from her hand.

Alex- [shocked] What happen?

Anna- I want to start something by my own.

Alex- Can you briefly explain?

Anna- Sorry Mr. Alex, I had a great time here. I worked hard, Achieved big. Got and made much money and respect. But I realized I need to do something for myself. I need to have something for myself. Therefore, I want to Start a company.

Alex- [ With a smile on his face] Alright.

Anna-thank you sir.

CH.3 Sometimes you need to just see things properly maybe it is in front of your eyes……

Sitting on her sofa Anna says to her self

“Do something for me, Huh! Is this that something? I am so bored I don’t even know what to do, it’s just I am wasting my time.” Suddenly the door bell rungs. When Anna opens the door and there comes her sister.

Sparkle- Hey, clean your room properly. [ She sits on sofa]

Anna- What and why are you here?

Sparkle- To stop you from wasting your time, you said you wanted to open yours company but now here you lie JOBLESS, UNTIDY and LAZY. Do you want to waste your time just like this and die?

Anna- Then what should I do? I don’t have any ideas for any game and all I do in my free time is making costumes, Nothing else,

Sparkle- that is what I am trying to tell you. You do what you want to do, since you were 8 you just used to make costumes that also looked really nice, But I don’t know from where you wanted to become a Game producer. I mean you do good in that but you can do Fashion designing better, you can even earn better from that.

Anna- Are you crazy? There is a difference between HOBBY AND CAREER. Hobby makes you time pass and Career gives you money because of which you can live in this world.

Sparkle- Ah! I can’t make you understand something. But look, What I have in my hands,

Anna- What should I do of this?

Sparkle- Oh god! Are you even my sister? For opening company, the 1^st thing you should be doing is BUILDING A SUPPORTING NETWORK, therefore you should go to this event with me, While I will take their photo you can go and talk to the other and make some people your supporters.

Anna- Oh! You are really witted.

Sparkle- I know that, Be ready tomorrow at 6pm sharp.

[saying this she leaves her house]

NEXT DAY, 6PM

Anna and Sparkle together went to the event. When they enter the event, Sparkle went to other side and Anna was standing there all alone, she saw a group of women talking, without hesitating she went there.

Anna- Hello, I am

A lady standing there- Anna Gomez

Anna- Yes, Ms. Sandberg

Sheryl Sandberg- I have heard a lot about you in news.

Anna- Thank you mam.

Sara Blakely- But Why did you left your job as the chief?

Anna- I thought I should do something for me therefore I left the company. I am trying to start a new company.

Like this they talked, exchanged their name cards and she build a lot of support thanks to her EX. Job.

Days went on and she finally open a startup but it didn’t work. She tried 4 times more but still had faced defeat. She was now A jobless young girl. She fell on where she started, Jobless, Cashless, Broken heart but this time she even loses her spirit.

One night she was sitting on Terrance looking at the sky thinking what she will do now...

Suddenly Sparkle comes and sits beside her.

Sparkle- Stop crying you stupid.

Anna- I am not crying, I am just thinking why am I always losing? I am working so hard but then why can’t I achieve anything?

Sparkle- Do you remember when I told to do fashion designing? Sometimes we have answers in front of our eyes then also we cannot se it. Like, A girl is saying she likes colour pink but when you open her wall robe you can only see colour black, this means She actually likes black but She says colour pink. The same case is with you.

Anna- What do you mean?

Sparkle- I mean you say you like making games but when I will open your desk, I will only find fashion costumes.

Anna- You are right but what does that mean?

Sparkle- That means You are working for money Therefore you are losing, try to work for enjoyment I promise you will win. In short words Try fashion design.

Anna- But what if I fail?

Sparkle- Failures are pillars of success

Anna- What if I go out of cash?

Sparkle- What am I for? Now stop thinking and do the action.

Ch.4- Take the risk

Sparkle and Anna were sitting on the Sofa. Sparkle was making a web site and entering the location of the company.

Sparkle- What should be the name of the company?

Anna- Uh…., ‘W’.

Sparkle- ‘W’ uh… Okay.

Anna- So what are we going to do now?               

Sparkle- We are going to have a place settle for your company.

Anna- But where?

Sparkle- I have brought a complex for you in Queen’s street, Lets first have some interviews So that you can have a staff for yourself.

Anna- Sure. But where we going to take the interview at?

Sparkle- At the café in 2hours, so get ready.

Anna- You should have told me, Alright Let’s go.

IN THE CAFÉ-

Sparkle was assisting beside anna and Anna was the one who was taking the interviews. Suddenly A boy came and Sit Infront for her.

Boy- Hello Mam, my name is Isle Asley. I am 23 years old and I am trying to find a job in a fashion industry. Here are some of my designs. [Saying this he takes out a file and give it to Anna]

Anna- (Anna looks at some of the designs) Hello Isle, you don’t need to be formal with me because I want to open a company where people will enjoy there work so no need to be formal and You are in.

Isle- [with a smile his face] thank you, mam.

The interview went for 3 hours and Anna choose only 4 peoples in the interview according to her she wanted to keep her team small but full of talent. There were 5 peoples in her team-

Anna herself as the head and her co members- Isles, Stacy, Eric and Kellie.

Everything was done now Anna was going to open the company.

She took the scissor and cut the ribbon. Everyone throws the pop ups and cheered her.

Anna- Isle since you know how to Administrate and you pretty much talented so You will be the director.

Isle- Thank you, and you will be the C.E.O.            ANNA- Yes, And Stacy you will be the general manager, Where as for you Eric and Kellie you both will be the manager.                               

The three of them- Okay.

The work starts They decided the best collection for the month of October. Now, they needed to deal with the factories to make their collection. Anna took Eric with her to the cloth factory and Isle, Stacy went to the Leather factory, whereas Kellie was making improvements in the collection.

Cloth Factory-

Anna- Sir, you need to understand its our first order of our company and if the quality will be too good then your factory’s name will be advertised. [ Saying this Eric shows the chief the order placed by the peoples and the prices]

Chief- But what if your order was canceled or something happen?

Anna- We will pay you twice amount then. [When she said this Eric stared at her]

Chief- Alright then.

The same this happen at the leather factory; they somehow convince the owner and their collection was made. But just 1 day before the order should be at the shop the chief called Anna.

Chief- Ms., You need to do something I don’t know how but the water pipe brooked and now the water is collecting at the storage area. You need to move the products to your place in 30min.

And then he cut the call. Anna Panicked and called her team and sparkle over the storage place. Somehow the product was shifted a safe place but they didn’t get to sleep for the whole night.

At the shop

They placed the order on the net. For 4 hours there was no response they were about to close the deal but suddenly Peoples started ordering, it took 30min. for the orders to be fully sold. They got there spirit back and then Anna said.

Anna- Finally, Lets go for dinner tonight, Mine treat.

Everyone cheered and they went to the restaurant.

Days passed and passes and now London’s biggest fashion company is……………………. W.

BACK TO THE INTERVIEW,

Reporter- Mam How are you so successful?

Anna- You just need to follow your passion success will follow you then.
