The first time Hope met Sky was not so sweet.  They were classmates from high school to college. Hope posses characteristics smart, brilliant, simply beautiful and belongs to the lower class family. Her friends and family typically calls her as Hope stands for real name Hershey Olivia Princess Ellen Morgan. While Sky stands for Sid Khalil Ynigo Smith possess qualities where most girls truly admires him. No wonders Sky is indeed a girl fantasy material. He’s a total package as they say. Sky is handsome, womanizer,  belongs to high class family. Sadly, but not for Hope’s sight. For her this guy is so rude. Never on her wildest dream to be with on this guy as friends nor more than friends. They treat each other as “ best enemy “ that’s the exact word patterned. She was still remember that day and will never erase on her memory since then.

“ Ohh…my…gossshhhh… Hope said while screaming with a face looks so pale. Who puts dead cockroach on my bag? If this a joke then I have no time for this kind of joke. Shall I deserve on this treatment? I am not doing anything bad whoever you are. She’s almost shouting while in tears glimpse in the corner of her eyes already. She caught all attention most eyes were also asking and wondering.

She didn’t stop thinking to find a way who did that mistake. On the next day she found herself as tough decided to the plan.

“ Please go Hope ! you can ! more convincing powers silently whispered prior started walking straight in the office of student affairs. She did not ask assistance to her adviser thus she was alone.

Inside the OSA office, she gave all the details about her complaint with regards to her shocking experience inside their classroom.

“ Madam please help me as I want to trace who did that to me. “ Hope sincerely said.

The OSA officer was proceed to the next standard procedure. Opening nd reviewing CCTV footage is the best way to find a solution.

“ Why I feel so nervous? “ Hope was came up with a very strange feelings that time but eagerness in finding truth shall prevail.

Hope can’t believe upon discovered at the moment. She didn’t notice sequel. Her consciousness got faltered when someone caught her eyes coming. She didn’t know why does her heartbeat getting so fast that time. Their eyes meet for longer time where seems there’s no people surround and world has been stop evolving.

Back to the reality. She was took down head to recover something had lost unknowingly. Until now she feels something staring at her. She cannot deny that she feels really awkward. For what reason is it? absolutely got her unaware too.

“ Hope what’s happening to you? Weird hmmmm…something fishy stranger.  She whispered to herself reluctantly.

“ Mr. Smith perhaps you have an idea already why I called you about the complaint of Ms. Hope upon checked and reviewed CCTV footage. You are the one who put the dead cockroach in her bag. Am I right? Now I want to hear from you first one: the reason, second one: why? You may start now. “ OSA officer said in a powerful voice.

Sky took a deep breath before says something “ Madam actually… I have…Sky looks so hesitant. He’s trying to control himself for what he wants to say. He’s stammering. His head was bent over but his eyes still finding the latter girl. He don’t know why he was so curious for Hope’s reaction in fact he always get irritated to this girl that’s why…but now what is happening to him? “ come on Sky…that’s  not you ! He said by whispering himself.

“ Mr. Smith I don’t understand what you are trying to say “ disappointment looks obviously.

Hope threw a blade of sight to Sky thus she was expecting for the same but truly wondering it’s not. Sky looks different. His eyes was dimly and gently looking at her. In that way she cannot control herself to feel awkward again and again.

“ I hate him. He’s my enemy. “ a  whisper from her mind but what about from her heart?

Quickly woke up from the brainstorming when the officer said “ come on Mr. Smith waiting for your answer or you want me to call your parents. The powerful voice was threatening.

Sky was stretched out in the chair and looks straight in the center of the table where the OSA officer sitting.

“ Please Madam no need to call them. Please I cannot say anything except for “ Sorry “ forgive me for what I have done rest assured it will not be happened again. His eyes focused to the chair in front where Hope was sitting.

Hope accepted his apology. Besides she don’t want to make it hassle in front of school officer but it doesn’t mean.

While walking she didn’t aware that Sky is already at her back.

“ Hope can we talk? “

Hope keeps on walking assumes that nobody speaks around her

“ Hope please I’m sorry “ in a voice was deeply imploringly

“ For what reason Sky? It’s done your apology was accepted so please back off. Hope was answered sarcastically.

Sky holds her hand quickly prior to get rid of something by jerking away the hand.

“ Please Hope don’t make it hard for me “.  Sky said in a husky voice. Is it crying? Why? Those questions was trigger on her mind. Until the moment came where Sky was gradually approaching to her but won’t allowing by keeping distance away. She looks around and came to know that they were already in the corner of school campus covering by various colorful plants hence nobody could see.

Hope is trembling knees. The weather is not too warm nor cold but she feels the same extremely severe hot and cold coming somewhere around her body. She don’t know what is the appropriate words coming out from her mouth. She’s trying to control everything.

“ Sky as I’ve said your apology was accepted I guess it’s ok right. So! I don’t see anything that could make it hard for you.” Hope said fluently determined at the moment.

“ No! You didn’t understand me Hope! Did you know the exact reason why I had put dead cockroach in your bag? Sky said seems to be begging while picking up stone was quickly threw up. He sat down on the lawn got sighed.

Hope was confused. She don’t know what to say after a seconds just found herself sitting down in the lawn as well.

“ Hope “ only this word came out from Sky as incident was so happened quickly like a falling down meteor from galaxy.  But this time she can’t resist when Sky starts holding her hands tightly and looked her in the eye. Again, her knees was trembling.

“ Sky “ words she only  said might that she was already slave of the strange feelings starts emerging. When Sky hugging her no wondering at all that she was reciprocated by covering her arms at the back of him and leaned on the shoulder.

That’s the time they found themselves kissing each other not just only a smocked kiss but a torrid one through sucking a mixing saliva, deeply around tongue tenderly. She will be liar if she will say that she didn’t like it too. In fact she’s responding for every Sky’s move.

But suddenly fade away when she was shocked after hearing.

“ Sorry Hope ! I was just carried away, you know I’m a man and…

“ I’m a woman “ her is face getting red. Hope was cut the words. While Sky saw a flame hatreds over him.

Hope really feels frustrated, annoyed, embarrassed. She feels too much shame in herself.  Why did she carried away to this kind of man. It’s a big mistake. Sky made her like a puppet where he wants only to play after a moment’s happened between them.

She did quickly stand up just to recover herself and enough throwing a strong couple slap on Sky’s face.

“ Damn you Sky !!! “ that’s all was she said. She run away as quickly as she can. She was never looked at the back where Sky standing alone and silently crying in tears.

Hope hated him.

Sky hated her.

Both beliefs and thought follows as time goes by.

During their high school commencement exercises. They are both graduated with high honors. Hope was a class valedictorian and Sky was a class salutatorian. Great far achievement for both of them but sad to say always keeping distance and far away from each other.  They have never been talked except just passing away from each other inside the classroom and school campus. For the two of them. They hated each other. That’s a law between them.

She’s about to leave with her parents when something caught her eyes put on the chair. It is a wrapped box designed with a big heart emoji. She’s wondering that’s why  her eyes was rolling in the ground, surrounds people then but nobody catches. Her eyes returned to the box and saw the stuck paper.

Hope started creating a puzzle in her mind. “ Who is this? “ She has admirer calling her “ my princess “ love” those words was truly sinking in at the back of her coconut shell head bone. It’s anonymous except leaving the word “ love “ and a “ ? “ question mark.

On the next couple of days still confusing but she keeps herself busy for preparing in the next stage of her life which is the tertiary level. Since then, she had no updates nor news about Sky, last time knowing about him is the guy was taking Architecture. While she took Accountancy in St. Margaret University as a full scholar.

4 years later. She was graduated as Cumlaude with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Fortunately, board exam successfully passed not just only dreaming hitting the passed button but bagging Top 1 among 5, 329 examinees. She has a lot of good merits of records stand as newly Certified Public Accountant.

Therefore, it is not difficult for her in  finding a job as the company the same offers job with competitive salary to her. She chose not a famous one but the company where she feels capable giving excellent love for the employees back.

In the world that full of tricks, surprises and playful destiny. Even in her dreams never imagined  that one day she will come in the office.

“ Hi! Madam CPA Princess” I would like you to meet our newly hired employee. She was busy then on the bulk papers from the table when she looked up to get freeze upon recognizing the guy in front her along with their engineering head.

“ Our very own, architect Sid Khalil Ynigo Smith “ Sid was looking at her that’s very unusual thing that seems nothing rough happened between them on the past. She would not affect also in the presence of this guy, assuming that they didn’t know each other just be civil for the sake of work matters as they were not young teens now.

They were both dumbfounded for what they heard. Sid was the one who quickly get over from the conversations. While Hope still feels nervous, sweating and her face become redness. She wished that nobody noticeable otherwise it’s quite embarrassing but she was definitely wrong.

“ Hope! come on are you blushing? the man was joking, it was obviously teasing both Hope and Sid.

She does not need to be embarrassed this time as she had enough embarrassment that has experienced before.

As time goes by, Sid and Hope more became elusive to each other but no one can escape in the call of fate as they say.

On that Saturday morning around 5 pm. She went to the office to get some important documents. While she’s about to leave in the building. There were noise heard coming in the nearest room from the security guard area. Due to curiosity she pushed the door. The snoring drunk Sid was exposed in front of her.

Hope’s face filled with concern. She moved quickly as she supports him to lie down on the floor. She took her handkerchief inside the bag, poured it using mineral water. She wiped Sid’s face around neck until it was regain consciousness and stop snoring. She’s wondering to herself why she’s acting like this over her anger. She moved fast and left.

A group was having lunch in the pantry when Hope was entered.

“ Hi guys! Have a great lunch “ she was greeted happily

“ Hello! Madam Hope, same too you. You’re always blooming few days ago, is there someone special came “ one of the group joking with her.

She was laughed exactly when she didn’t notice that Sid appeared from her back. She felt awkward and turned gaze as usual then sat down in the other table.

“ Sir Sid does Ma’am Hope did wiping your face when you’re drunk? “ teasing again

Hope cannot swallow foods in her throat after words heard from the group. She feels that water pouring at the top of her head. How does they knew that incident. She could not move and speak. That’s the time she realized when in a hurry handkerchief was forgot to take it back.

“ Guys ! forget it never mind. She did only help me if that is her? “ Sid’s eye was asking while looking in Hope’s table. Hope was remain in silent. But she would be more surprised what he heard next.

“ Yeaahh…guys! stop teasing them as Sir Sid is nearly getting married “ one in the group engineer was bullying Sid indeed.

Sid could not stand without sweeping looks where Hope sitting. He don’t know yet why he wants to see the facial reaction of this girl.

She can’t explain how it feels in those moments. Is it true that Sid will getting married? Why does she seem to be crying? Is she hurt? With those questions she came out that she was in the comfort room already which crying freely. But for what? Does that mean that she loves him despite the anger.

On the next couple of days, she was admitted that she cannot focus on her work. She decides to take her 15 days annual leave. She needs some refreshment.

Some restless days. Wondering why the office was closed.

“ Sir Sid…Ms. Hope is on leave…missing her? “ his officemate was jokingly with him. He just smiled.

The sea shore was quiet only waves can be heard. Sunset view was inviting an amazing ambience capturing crystal fluids shaking from the waves. Life is so beautiful. Howsoever, she felt that her heart eliminates baggages in a while. After 30 minutes she got up from her seat and walks along the shore. Picking up shells while walking, embracing sea breeze, closing eyes for a seconds, whispering to the wind were spectacular moments.

“ Why do I love you so much Sid? As tears begin to flow. Why do I care so much about you despite of my angers  ever since? I don’t want to feel it but this is what my heart says.” the tears kept falling.

She took a deep breath and blew in the wind.

“ I thought I will forget you Sid in recent years but I was absolutely wrong as time goes on my love for you deepens. My heart is dumb hoping that you were the one who gave the box then. But how can everything be fulfilled now that you are getting married?

Her cold sniffles out. She was sighed that’s why she didn’t realize.

“ Yes I am “ even the voice was very rare to be heard but it seems familiar with her. She turned head swiftly to get shocked the same after recognizing someone in front of her.

“ Sid “?

“ Yes my Princess “ a huge smile from Sid. Portrays of a complete happy man.

She could not believe what he heard. If she’s just dreaming she wouldn’t want to wake up. She just kept quiet while observing it. Nothing has changed with Sid yet even more handsome.

“ How long have I been waiting for this opportunity. I hide my feelings for you in anger. The kisses we shared before were truly melted in my heart a contrary to what I said before because I don’t want to hinder your dreams and both of us have to prove to ourselves to have a good future. I am doing bad things to cover my love for you but the truth is I love you very much Hershey Olivia Princess Ellen Morgan “

Those words was sincerely suffice. She was hugged tightly.

“ I love you very much Sid Khalil Ynigo Smith.”

Their lips was met much deeper and so intensely.

I love you my anger love. Indeed love conquers anger.
