(Transcript Start)

(Phone rings three times before Mr. Larson picks it up.)

  • 0426: J. Larson: "Yeah, what do you want? it's four in the morning, buddy."

(Muffled shouting can be heard on the other end of the line.)

  • 0426: J. Larson: "Buddy, if this is a prank call, I'm going to tell you right now that I will call the cops, so get on with it or-"
  • 0427: A. Paul: "There's something outside my house."
  • 0427: J. Larson: "What was that?"
  • 0427: A. Paul: "Something is outside and it's trying to get in, Jim."
  • 0427: J Larson: "Austin, is that you?"
  • 0428: A. Paul: "Of course it's me, did you hear a word I just fucking said?"
  • 0428: J. Larson: "I did and that sounds shitty, but like..."
  • 0428: A. Paul: "What? like what?"
  • 0428 J. Larson: "What is it?"
  • 0428: A. Paul: "...What?"
  • 0428: J. Larson: "Is it an animal or a person or whatever? What does it look like?"
  • 0429: A. Paul: "I... Fuck, I don't know it looks like a guy in a gorilla suit or something. It's fucking dark, it's hard to tell."
  • 0429: J. Larson: "Did you call the cops? You got a right to if he's trying to break in."
  • 0429: A. Paul: "I did Jim. I tried, I mean, but the fucking call wouldn't go through."
  • 0430: J. Larson: "What was that?"
  • 0430: A. Paul: "I said that the call wouldn't go through. Something about the line being busy. I couldn't even talk to a person; it was one of those stupid robot voices, so I just hung up!"
  • 0430: J. Larson: "...That doesn't sound right."
  • 0430: A. Paul: "No shit, Jim. When this is through, the lawsuit is going to be fucking massive, I swear to god."

(A loud bang is heard, ending Mr. Paul's tirade.)

  • 0430: J. Larson: "What was that?"
  • 0431: A. Paul: "My fucking door! It's breaking down my fucking door, Jim!"
  • 0431: J. Larson: "Austin, calm down, alright? I know that you've got a baseball bat in your room. Go get that and bust the guy's skull."
  • 0431: A. Paul: "I'm not fighting someone that fucking big, Jim! The motherfucker's head is past the door frame!"
  • 0431: J. Larson: "Then hide, for fucks sake. You called the cops, they can't be that busy, no one's setting the town on fire again."

(The sound of glass shattering is heard on Mr. Pauls' end of the call. Shouting can be heard as Mr. Paul seemingly drops his phone.)

  • 0432: J. Larson: "Austin? Austin!" What's happening?!"

(Mr. Paul can be heard screaming some distance away from the phone. Inexplicably, a sound similar to a chimpanzees hooting can also be heard, as well as a great deal of crashing consistent with damage done to Mr. Paul's home. This goes on for two minutes before stopping.)

  • 0434: J. Larson: "Austin! What's happening?! Fuck it, I'm going to come over! Hang in there, bud!"
  • 0434: Suspect 1: "Well hi there, Josh."
  • 0434: J. Larson: "Wha- Who the fuck are you?"
  • 0435: Suspect 1: "We're some old friends of Josh, Josh."
  • 0435: J. Larson: "Who the fuck is Josh?!"

(Several instances of hooting can be heard from Mr. Paul's end of the call.)

  • 0436: J. Larson: "Where the fuck is Austin?!"
  • 0436: Suspect 1: "Josh is hanging out somewhere else now, Josh."
  • 0436: J. Larson: "Who are you?!"
  • 0437: Suspect 1: "We're Josh, Josh. Your friend is Josh too."
  • 0437: J. Larson: "You motherfuckers! When I get you, I'm going to..."
  • 0437: Suspect 1: "No you won't, Josh."

(Mr. Larson becomes incoherent, apparently slamming his phone down. He can be heard marching off. It is believed that Mr. Larson was attempting to collect a shotgun he owned. On Mr. Paul's end of the call; the suspects can be heard speaking to each other.)

  • 0439: Suspect 1: "Josh is going over there, right?"
  • 0439: Suspect 2: "Yeah Josh."
  • 0439: Suspect 1: "Good on Josh, we need more Josh."

(The suspects can be heard leaving, dropping the phone without hanging up. After three minutes, Mr. Larson can be heard moving through his own home, being stopped at his front door.)

0442: J. Larson: "What the fuck!"

(Five minutes pass in which no intelligible dialogue can be gleamed; all vocalizations consist of screaming, muffled shouting, and hooting, as well as two instances of gunfire aligning with holes blasted into the wall and ceiling of Mr. Larsons home. After five minutes, all vocalization ceases. At this point, it is assumed Mr. Larson is dragged out of his house by his attacker(s). Five more minutes pass before a voice is heard on the line.)

  • 0448: A. Paul: "Another Josh for the pile, Josh!"

(Call is terminated on Mr. Larsons side.)

(Transcript End)

Due to the isolated nature of both Mr. Larson and Mr. Paul's residences, no eyewitness accounts have been made. Evidence found at the scene of both homes encourage the view of a violent home invasion, though all that blood was determined to be nothing to worry about. Due to the statement made at the end of the transcript, Mr. Austin Paul is considered a suspect in the disappearance of Mr. James Larson.

The number of individuals involved in this abduction are unknown at the time of this writing but are estimated to be not too many to worry about. New information is to be properly vetted before being added to this file. If you have any questions regarding how to do so, or regarding the case as a whole, please contact Josh your supervisor, or, failing that, your good friend Josh your immediate superior.
